Conveniently located close to highway and local restaurants. Nice amenities made stay so much more enjoyable.

The location is easy and convenient; the breakfast is delicious with lots of options. The issue we had was when we booked the hotel it was not listed or noted anywhere that the gym was closed. Working out when traveling is so important and we were disappointed and would have stayed elsewhere.

Too much construction at this time. Wasn't impressed with breakfast. Room was comfortable, nice fitness area with washer and dryer

Home 2 Suites had a friendly staff, convenient parking, quiet, easy access to interstate and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe there.

Front desk attendant, Patara, was so friendly, helpful and cheerful. Enthusiasm and warmth are contagious- i appreciated it. Room was clean, laundry facilities were nice and workout room was bright and clean with big windows. Woukd definitely recommend.

Only issue was Elevator went out prior to and during Stay.

Liked the 24 hr fitness and laundry. Nice room. Clean property and feels safe. Walmart and other restaurants are very close by

Front staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate us. The room had wet carpet, dirty rags left on the counter with hair on them. Vomit on and under the bed when we arrived.

The room was very rundown. The couch had multiple stains and a pretty good size rip in it! The room smelled and downstairs on the bathroom were taped signs on the restroom doors being held up with painters tape!!

Room was not clean, bathroom was gross, kitchen was not clean. Did not smell good. TV - had no selection- breakfast was not very good- not a great selection either. Will not stay again for that price.

Love having a suite style room so a night owl can stay up late and an early bird get up early without disturbing the other. Breakfast was very good and the staff warm and helpful.

Easy check-in. Comfortable bed. I was on the top floor, which was a great benefit. Quiet night. Will book this hotel again. Great for business. Refrigerator and sink was a plus.

I really wanted to rate this property higher. We chose the hotel because of the high ratings from other guests but our experience just didn't match theirs. Upon check in, the representative was on the phone obviously complaining about some other guests and continued with her conversation for like 5 minutes as we stood there waiting. Then the pull out sofa bed was just awful. It was dirty (crumbs and dirt on the fitted mattress cover) and terrible quality. Very cheap springy with no padding at all. No shower gel or body lotion (I had to call and ask for them). Walls are thin. The family next to us had a toddler that screamed into the night and again early the next morning. Then the breakfast was the most disappointing hotel breakfast I've ever seen. My daughter was staying with her team at a much cheaper hotel closer to Augusta and their breakfast was five times the size with lots of choices. This hotels breakfast is literally just a premade tiny breakfast sandwich. No scrambled eggs, meat, fresh fruit (aside from some green bananas), nothing. And the final disappointment was the location, it was 30 minutes from the Augusta riverfront. I knew I was sacrificing location for what I thought was a higher quality hotel but unfortunately that was not the case. Overall a VERY disappointing experience.

I would like to respectfully bring to your attention a few issues that occurred during my recent stay at your establishment. Firstly, there was an incident where an unauthorized individual attempted to access our room using a key. This occurred after 10:30 pm, and while we were fortunately present in the room at the time, it was a concerning breach of our privacy. It is important to note that the individual did not identify themselves as a staff member or announce their presence before trying to enter. Secondly, the mattress provided in the room was not conducive to a comfortable sleep. The bed base was made of a material that caused discomfort, so I ended up sleeping on the floor using the sofa bed pillows. I kindly request that these concerns be addressed to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests. Additionally, I noticed that there was a considerable amount of noise due to the presence of a basketball and soccer team booking at the facility. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Staff exceptionally friendly & helpful. Don’t understand why there was no bottled water in the room complimentary/ or for sale. Very inconvenient. Disliked the barn door sliders on the bathroom, would not stay here again. Booked the deluxe suite, sitting area awkwardly designed and not conducive to being comfortable and inviting. Have stayed at multiple Home2Home properties, this was the most disappointing one.

Very clean, and accommodating. Clean rooms however the dishwasher, large fridge is a bit overkill for my needs. Would prefer bigger beds and more couches. Front desk in morning and kitchen staff very unfriendly. I Asked a few questions and got an attitude. Nice Hotel overall but won't return

Great experience and top tier service and staff.

As soon as I walked in the door the woman at the front desk started shaking her head no. We were an hour early from a very long day of driving. She immediately said they had no rooms ready and it was a bad attitude from there. All I asked was for a place to secularly put our instruments out of the heat and to drop the trailer so that we could go spend a few hours somewhere until we could check in. Everything was a no until she called the manager. We stay at this hotel twice a year to see our grandkids, this was definitely our last stay.

From my arrival to my departure, everyone on site went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect. Cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Room was comfortable, clean, spacious, and offered everything a business (or personal) traveler might need.

Amazing experience! From walking in to the friendliness front desk staff to gaining whole friends upon leaving, I give this hotel a 10/10

A little noisy from traffic outside but not the fault of the hotel

Good hotel, generally. But dismal location, and especially breakfast ... (They try to do it with basically no human staff!) A few slices of old white bread for toasting ... And some industrially produced breakfast bagel sandwich self-served wafle .. ..

Our stay was great, and breakfast choices were good but after 1 night the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly. There is a lot of road construction in front of hotel. We would recommend because eventually the road construction will end. Hopefully, they will update beds soon.

Checking in was great, breakfast was okay kind of wish there was more variety, disappointed I wasn’t able to extend because I booked from a third party (per hotel)

The manager & most of the staff work to satisfy their customers. I had a matter & they fixed it with out any hesitation. Service was excellent. My family enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms were clean.
