Room was clean! But the bathroom door was broken. There was construction going on all weekend. The only ice machine that worked was on the 4th floor. Breakfast was suppose to end at 10 and they started putting the food away at 9:45

2nd time staying there for multiple days. The staff is always awesome, property grounds, pretty much everything. I hate to be negative about anything but the 3 days I was there I had to walk to the front because the side door key swab to open the door was broke. But yet we were told maintenance was going to fix it & never did. Also the ac in my room would not work to well. Granted it was blowing AC but the nights I would wake up sweating. So I’m not sure what the issue was. But anyways I still love the place.

Home 2 Suites is always our go to becausenof its cleanliness and good service. The swimming pools however are often not cleaned/maintained. This particular location jad a swimming pool literally full of insects. It was unsafe to use with my kids.

Hotel wasn’t very clean in general. Shattered glass on 5th floor when you walk out of the elevator. The sheets for the pull out were dirty. I requested new ones. The towels and shower were dirty. Front desk person, can’t remember his name. But he was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast wasn’t bad, one lady had to do everything. Felt bad for her, she tried her hardest to keep everything stocked and going.

Room better clean long hair in the bed on the sheets on the nightstand the tv in the bedroom didn’t work and since I went through a 3 party they couldn’t do anything about a discount I was tired from working at the stadium I didn’t feel like moving to another room the wash towel was dirty that why I always bring on own towels 170.00 for a dirty room

Hotel was newer looking but our room had a funky smell especially if the AC wasn’t turned very low and the carpets and stuff inside the room were so stained. Even the hallway going to our room the carpet was stained. Just looked kind of gross for a newer seeming hotel.

Our room was not clean. Our bathroom had mold and no mody wash. Water pressure was like a third world country. Towel size was like for toddlers. No daily housekeeping, only every other day. Cleaning ladies blasting music early in the morning while cleaning room next to us. TV didn’t work. Hallways smelled bad. Elevator didn’t work well. We had to take the stairs several times. The only good thing was we had so many restaurants and things to do nearby. But, over all terrible experience. We come very often to Tampa as we are Busch Gardens annual pass holders and I guarantee you we will never stay here again.

Hotel is small and clean. Stayed in a king suite and there was no couch. Just an empty living room. Spoke to front desk but nothing ever came of it. A bit uncomfortable if you want to watch tv. No lock on bathroom door, just a hole in the door. Oh well.. Breakfast was good. Room#227

Room we stayed was very clean, alot of space. Coolest thing i didnt know until i was in the room it had it own mini kitchen. So if your staying for few days or longer you can prepare and store food inside your room without getting takeout everyday. Kitchen comes with plates,silverware, cups etc. Awesome setup. Beds were comfortable. Would absolutely recommend staying.

Did not like the sliding bathroom door with no lock, soap dispensers in shower kept breaking off, no conditioner was provided, and tv in room was too small to watch from far end of room. Rooms were clean and nice size for families. The breakfast is very sub par. Your hot items look like your childs play kitchen food items. Besides that they put out 5 to 6 items out then you wait....Round disc items that look like eggs and bacon/sausage that is like rubber. We arrived at 8pm and were put on the first floor. The room had a musty smell so request an upper floor in your reservation i was told. First foor is convenient but a bit noisy and near the not so hot free coffee bar. Giving it a 4 star as its location, size of room and cleanliness.

Never again. Wasn’t the best last time thought give it one last try, never again. Completely not worth the price! Rude, entitled staff. Shower leaked loudly the complete stay and couldn’t adjust temp either boiling hot or cold as shower valve was loose and wouldn’t stay where you put it. We asked for laundry bags were told they had none, dishwasher smelled terrible. 2 day we asked for extra pillows and we’re told only 1 left in the entire hotel. We went to go swimming in the afternoon and pool was locked. We asked why and rudely were told probably because of the weather ( was 70 ). She grabbed her keys and said I’ll go unlock it like we were bothering her. And lastly checking out sat and waited as the pair of women were in back in kitchen screwing around and talking loudly. Finnaly they came out like nothing with a hell of an entitled attitude didn’t say good morning or anything didn’t ask how the stay any issues anything. There is a few more things just lesson learned. I’ll NEVER stay at a Hilton property again.

Staff, Patrick & Iris were incredibly personable. They made us feel like family. There was also a young man with headphones working the breakfast who went above and beyond to check on my food interest and asked about my travels if I enjoyed the area and the hotel. Super excellent staff here!

Problem checking in- had reserved 2 queen beds, as I was traveling with an adult child. Despite an additional call in advance, the hotel did not save me the room I booked and requested, and we had to use a fairly uncomfortable pull out couch. We then had to pack up and leave and relocate to another room the next day. We eventually got the room we wanted. I asked three times for the manager to call me, never heard from them.

Location is great but traffic to get in /out of parking lot is risky & too busy. Checking in/out employee were nice & friendly but at breakfast time the Lady Marisol was very unfriendly & rude. She make was feel like we were begging for breakfast! She needs to be supervised or trained with customer service !

Everything here is perfect except for the slow service of the breakfast. Staff did their best and they were very nice. Room was clean and had a nice layout. The only part not good enough is the speed of offering the hot breakfast. Hard to get the fried egg, sausage, ham and hash browns. If this part can be improved, will be perfect for me.

Everything BUT breakfast was great! Friendliness, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience were fantastic. The breakfast everyone of the four days I was there (and I always went 45 minutes into the 3 hour timeframe) was lacking essentials. Two out of the four days no milk; one day they were out of egg sandwiches and the waffle maker wasn't working; two of the days only had under-ripe oranges and no other fruit; one day there was no oatmeal; and the last day was out of coffee. I understand last minute rushes, but at 6:45 AM it should all be there...it was a challenge to have anything healthy (one day it was a bage or nothing!)

Staff was great and the room was roomy, bright and clean. Breakfast could need a little help. Each day they ran out of something; milk as they were waiting for a milk truck, next time ran out of regular tea, ran out of cream for coffee, ran out of waffle mix. Sometimes there wasn't any coffee made. The pool wasn't very warm for a heated pool.

Room was clean and comfortable. Noisy at times due to something outside the room turning on and off, not the ac unit. Breakfast was lacking. Microwaved ham and eggs that sat in a plastic display case getting cold. Ham was hard like jerky. Several of the breakfast options were missing or out. I was down there at 7am, so there should have been plenty of everything. Waffle station was down. Coffee tasted weak. Not worth the price paid due to unsatisfactory breakfast. I was only staying one night so there was no opportunity for redemption. Facility should offer top notch at all time. Staff was friendly
