Beautiful views, right on the beach. Helpful staff. I lost count off how many restaurant and swimming pool options we had. Outstanding.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a metà Settembre, la posizione è molto comoda sia per l'aeroporto sia per gite ad Heraklion. Spiaggia privata molto bella ma piccola a Settembre non abbiamo avuto problemi nel trovare sdraio libere. L'accesso diretto al paese è apprezzabile non avrei fatto un all inclusive a sapere che il paese offrisse cosi tanti ristoranti . La Struttura non è 5 stelle è stanca e ha bisogno di manutenzione il giardino una favola il ristorante nulla da ricordare la qualità non è il massimo per una clientela italiana. C'è comunque molta professionalità lo staff è molto carino e sempre sorridente. Come vacanza gradevole.

We were generally very pleased with our stay at Out of the Blue Resort in Crete. We were kindly upgraded to an en-suite room with a shared private pool and a secluded garden with loungers. The suite was very spacious, beautifully designed, and the housekeeping was excellent. Customer service was good, and it was easy to book à la carte restaurants. The ladies at guest services did their best to assist with reservations, and each restaurant offered a unique design, a balanced menu, and attentive service. The kids’ club facilities were also very impressive. Entertainment, however, felt a bit underdeveloped and was not available every day. On the positive side, the spa is highly recommended, and the resort is a wonderful place to unwind. Yoga lessons were enjoyable, though offered only three times a week and scheduled at 8 am, which unfortunately coincided with breakfast time. The beach is not the strongest point: the public sandy beach is quite narrow and lacks facilities, while the private beach has good facilities and a nice bar/restaurant for lunch but no sand (although the water was very clean). My only real complaint is that hot drinks like coffee and tea were not included at lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant — surprising for an all-inclusive resort. Also, the landscape is quite hilly; although golf cart service is available, it can be hard to get one at busy check-in/check-out times, and waiting can take much longer than the 5–10 minutes promised. We stayed for 7nights at out of the blue Resort in Agia Pelagia, Crete, and it was very impressive. Firstly the Staff and Service was very good, and we very much felt welcome from the staff, especially the staff at the bar and restaurant. Special mention to Tudor at the bar who was polite and friendly. However the whole hotel you can tell needs a bit of a renovation, as several parts of the wall and floor looks worn out and the furniture in the reception was slightly outdated. The Jewell of the Hotel is the private beach. Crystal clear water calm water made it really enjoyable to swim. The main pool was a bit small with limited sun loungers. These were always reserved early in the morning even though signs said this was not allowed. The buffet food was good with plenty of options available. We ate at 2 of the on site restaurants which was a nice experience. There was limited evening entertainment at the main bar. We could access the Agia Pelagia promenade from the hotel. The public beach was nice and there were plenty of local restaurants and cafes. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to other families.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The 2 bed room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including 2 bath rooms. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor, right above the area where the entertainment staff performed. It was a bit loud, but we enjoyed the music, so it wasn't a big issue. The variety of food and beverages was excellent, and the spa was both relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, the hotel meets my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The property is huge with so much to do! There are many different pools to lay at, bars to get drinks from, a spa, convenience shop, different access points to beaches, and water sports. It is also in walking distance to aother nearby beach and the activities desk is more than helpful when it comes to finding needed transportation as well as excursions. The housekeeping was always on top of keeping our room clean. The food is not the best for dinner but breakfast is always a hit and it is close enough to the city nearby that you can walk into town to many different restaurants.

We liked the beach and garden and general public areas and pool. The rooms were spacious but not in great condition. Also, small things were missing like teaspoon, milk and personal care products. The dispenser for hair and body was poor quality. The shower screen above the bath swing open and the floor got wet. The floor in the other shower was very slippery.

Bin eigentlich nicht der „AI-Typ“, war aber positiv überrascht, wie abwechslungsreich und lecker das Essen war - top! Getränke hingegen sehr durchschnittlich. Der „Haus“-Wein nichts für Genießer, eine „Light“-Bier Variante - naja - und Cocktails kein wirklicher Standard. Die „Animation“ kann man nicht als solche bezeichnen, wirklich schlecht und uninspiriert - sorry, aber das war eine glatte 6! Warum ich den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr positiv bewerte: Nettes Personal, saubere Anlage, sehr gutes Essen, wirklich geräumiges Zimmer, tolle Lage!

Het zeezicht van onze kamer was een beetje beperkt door de bomen. Vriendelijk personeel. Veel keuze om te eten. Mooie kamer, bafkamer en mooi resort. Proper.

Una struttura meravigliosa. Un resort completo di ogni cosa, personale gentilissimo e buona cucina. Il posto è meraviglioso. Una spiaggetta privata con bar e ristorante, mare splendido. Ma anche una spiaggetta pubblica molto bella con tutti ristoranti e negozietti, essendo un piccolo paese, Unica pecca che abbiamo trovato è stata la pulizia della camera, nel senso che non ci hanno mai sostituito gli asciugamani nei sette giorni complessivi. Per il resto, sicuramente ci torneremo!

Al the staff were amazing, welcoming and helpful. There are varying standards of accommodation. We were basic all inclusive we had a lounge with a balcony and on three other floor the bedroom also worth a balcony. A bath with a shower, a walk in shower and two sinks. Serviced evert day.

An sich ein sehr schöner ort, aber die Mitarbeiter sind oft sehr genervt, Reinigung macht das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber, die Zimmer sind auch ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig. An sich würde ich aufgrund der Sauberkeit dem Hotel mindestens einen Stern abziehen. Kreta ist wunderschön aber nochmal in dieses Hotel würde ich nicht kommen.

Parfaite localisation, personnel poli et très avenant, cependant pour un 5 étoiles le lit était affreux et la salle de bain a besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement.

Struttura in parte ristrutturata, la nostra camera era situata infatti nel complesso nuovo ed era molto bella, grande e vista mare. Partendo dai lati positivi, si può dire che in generale il Resort è bello, molto grande immerso nel verde e con diverse piscine e ristoranti e con una spiaggia privata con un mare stupendo e limpido, colazione molto ricca e buona nel complesso, la posizione con accesso diretto ad Agia Pelagia paesino di pescatori con spiaggia e ristorantini immerso in una riserva naturale, mare incredibile. Venendo alle note negative, la pulizia in generale è scarsa, camere non pulite bene e spazi comuni lasciati un po' andare non da 5 stelle. Inoltre anche se la spiaggia è privata e compresa nel costo complessivo è molto piccola per la quantità delle persone che popolano il resort, io ad esempio mi svegliavo tutte le mattine alle 8 per andare a prendere due lettini e la prima fila era già piena e in parte la seconda e quando si è in vacanza non è molto piacevole. Durante la giornata era solito assistere a litigi per i lettini e a proteste di coloro che scendevano in spiaggia tardi senza trovare posto. Inoltre anche se il resort è per famiglie non è dotato di spazi adult only, nemeno una piscina delle 4 a disposizione ad esempio per chi volesse, durante la giornata, avere un attimo di relax lontano dal frastuono e dalla confusione.

We each had our own bathroom. The grounds, staff, food, views, all amazing. Our private pool was in shade all of the time but it's probably in sin during the summer months. Lots of mosquitos so plug ins are a must. Deet didn't really do anything to deter them and we all came home with bites. Sitting out in our private garden wasn't recommended but the communal areas were fine. We loved the all inclusive food options and the staff were lovely.

View was great but Air conditioning was not working because they had connected air conditioning for all villas and either it could be on hot or cold for all villas. Other villa residents choose it to be on hot so we had to stay in a hot and humid villa and whole night was difficult to pass.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade on arrival, which made our stay even better. The reception and restaurant staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly — they really made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The only downside, and the reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars, was the limited variety of meat options in the main restaurant. It would have been nice to have a bit more choice, especially towards the end of the season. We were also disappointed that we couldn’t get even one night at the à la carte restaurant, especially since the hotel was nearly closing for the season in late October. When we gave our feedback, the guest relations lady didn’t take it very well and rather bluntly mentioned that no other guests had complained about the limited meat options — we felt this was a bit rude and dismissive. Overall though, it’s a beautiful resort in a fantastic location with great staff.

Le personnel est charmant et très professionnel. L'établissement est vraiment très agréable et la chambre était juste parfaite avec vue imprenable sur la baies. Merci à toutes et tous pour ce séjour plus que réussi.

We had a lovely stay. It was end of season and the resort was only half full, they were also closing a day early so had arranged our transfer to another hotel at no cost to ourselves. In addition because of this we were upgraded. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. This was really useful when arranging days out (make sure you have cash!). The resort was quiet and only one Ala carte restaurant was still open (it was good). I really liked the private beach and the bar was great, especially with having light snacks as well. It was nice to get nuts etc at other bars as well when having a drink in the evening. The facilities are a little care worn, clearly some maintenance required, did worry I was taking my life in my hands with the power socket in our room, it was very loose and the sink felt a little unsteady. The food was good standard buffet, so a night after a couple of days is required. It's a very short walk to the village beach front which has sufficient choice even at this time of year. I would certainly like to go again and see what it is like at a busier time, but great if you like the piece and quiet at end of season.

From the moment you arrive you are welcomed and made to feel cared for by all of those working at reception (special mention to Stella). Marina in the customer service area was outstanding as she organized two amazing excursions and an early morning departure! Thank you to all.

Unforgettable Honeymoon Stay! My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and it was fantastic! The all-inclusive package was well worth it—great food and drinks, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We mentioned it was our honeymoon and were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and romantic setup. The resort’s location made it easy to walk to the beach and town each evening. Highly recommend for a great getaway!

They were able to accommodate us same day, when our other hotel was in a bad area. The staff are professional, kind, friendly and very helpful. The grounds are large and safe with May options for food and activity. Their beach access is beautiful, and a short walking distance to “Fishface” beach, which has spectacular views and sea caves. We stayed 3 days and wished we could have stayed longer!

This was our first time there . The room was nice and clean. The food was really good and we enjoyed the food at the buffet, but we tried to book the a la carte restaurant and the person at the reception sent me to the online QR code and i tried to book online but there was not possible, i chat with them through what’s app and the person there was like just go in person to the reception to reserve a table, when i got there they sent me to another person to talk with and was waiting for 30 minutes and no one came to even ask me if i need help so because there was no AC or ventilation i started to feel sick and i had to leave to the room and i just gave up to the a la carte restaurant. The resort is nice but i do not think is worth it the money we pay for and people are not very friendly there. Other than that it was nice. There was one lady at the reception which was very nice to us and the people at the buffet were very nice too.

J'ai apprécié le confort de la chambre junior suite, son immense terrasse avec une vue panoramique sur la mer, le village d'Agia Pelagia et la montagne.

Die „Animation“ kann man nicht als solche bezeichnen, wirklich schlecht und uninspiriert - sorry, aber das war eine glatte 6! Warum ich den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr positiv bewerte: Nettes Personal, saubere Anlage, sehr gutes Essen, wirklich geräumiges Zimmer, tolle Lage!

It was really nice, the food could have been better for all inclusive but overall the stay was great.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay in a 3 bedroom maisonette (upgrade from 2 bedroom maisonette). We were 2 adults and a teenager staying in the last week of the season in October. We each had our own bathroom. The grounds, staff, food, views, all amazing. Our private pool was in shade all of the time but it's probably in sin during the summer months. Lots of mosquitos so plug ins are a must. Deet didn't really do anything to deter them and we all came home with bites. Sitting out in our private garden wasn't recommended but the communal areas were fine. We loved the all inclusive food options and the staff were lovely.

We were generally very pleased with our stay at Out of the Blue Resort in Crete. We were kindly upgraded to an en-suite room with a shared private pool and a secluded garden with loungers. The suite was very spacious, beautifully designed, and the housekeeping was excellent. Customer service was good, and it was easy to book à la carte restaurants. The ladies at guest services did their best to assist with reservations, and each restaurant offered a unique design, a balanced menu, and attentive service. The kids’ club facilities were also very impressive. Entertainment, however, felt a bit underdeveloped and was not available every day. On the positive side, the spa is highly recommended, and the resort is a wonderful place to unwind. Yoga lessons were enjoyable, though offered only three times a week and scheduled at 8 am, which unfortunately coincided with breakfast time. The beach is not the strongest point: the public sandy beach is quite narrow and lacks facilities, while the private beach has good facilities and a nice bar/restaurant for lunch but no sand (although the water was very clean). My only real complaint is that hot drinks like coffee and tea were not included at lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant — surprising for an all-inclusive resort. Also, the landscape is quite hilly; although golf cart service is available, it can be hard to get one at busy check-in/check-out times, and waiting can take much longer than the 5–10 minutes promised. We stayed for 7nights at out of the blue Resort in Agia Pelagia, Crete, and it was very impressive. Firstly the Staff and Service was very good, and we very much felt welcome from the staff, especially the staff at the bar and restaurant. Special mention to Tudor at the bar who was polite and friendly. However the whole hotel you can tell needs a bit of a renovation, as several parts of the wall and floor looks worn out and the furniture in the reception was slightly outdated. The Jewell of the Hotel is the private beach. Crystal clear water calm water made it really enjoyable to swim. The main pool was a bit small with limited sun loungers. These were always reserved early in the morning even though signs said this was not allowed. The buffet food was good with plenty of options available. We ate at 2 of the on site restaurants which was a nice experience. There was limited evening entertainment at the main bar. We could access the Agia Pelagia promenade from the hotel. The public beach was nice and there were plenty of local restaurants and cafes. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to other families.

We had a really lovely stay at Out of the Blue Hotel in Crete. The location is absolutely wonderful — surrounded by beautiful beaches and stunning views. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade on arrival, which made our stay even better. The reception and restaurant staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly — they really made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The only downside, and the reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars, was the limited variety of meat options in the main restaurant. It would have been nice to have a bit more choice, especially towards the end of the season. We were also disappointed that we couldn’t get even one night at the à la carte restaurant, especially since the hotel was nearly closing for the season in late October. When we gave our feedback, the guest relations lady didn’t take it very well and rather bluntly mentioned that no other guests had complained about the limited meat options — we felt this was a bit rude and dismissive. Overall though, it’s a beautiful resort in a fantastic location with great staff.

This was our first time there . The room was nice and clean. The food was really good and we enjoyed the food at the buffet, but we tried to book the a la carte restaurant and the person at the reception sent me to the online QR code and i tried to book online but there was not possible, i chat with them through what’s app and the person there was like just go in person to the reception to reserve a table, when i got there they sent me to another person to talk with and was waiting for 30 minutes and no one came to even ask me if i need help so because there was no AC or ventilation i started to feel sick and i had to leave to the room and i just gave up to the a la carte restaurant. The resort is nice but i do not think is worth it the money we pay for and people are not very friendly there. Other than that it was nice. There was one lady at the reception which was very nice to us and the people at the buffet were very nice too.

The property is huge with so much to do! There are many different pools to lay at, bars to get drinks from, a spa, convenience shop, different access points to beaches, and water sports. It is also in walking distance to aother nearby beach and the activities desk is more than helpful when it comes to finding needed transportation as well as excursions. The housekeeping was always on top of keeping our room clean. The food is not the best for dinner but breakfast is always a hit and it is close enough to the city nearby that you can walk into town to many different restaurants.
