Upon arrival we had originally booked a king room, but plans had changed and we requested 2 queens. Front desk stated since we booked through Hotels.com, they could not accommodate the change, even though they were less than half booked. Upon asking for a roll away bed, they changed their mind and offered the 2 queen room….right next to the one we booked. The building is newer, but only has the appearance of being clean. Just about every single door is filthy. The entrance to every room as well as inside the barn door to the restroom. It appeared the toilet had recently been removed and was still loose, as well the tank continued to fill about every other hour. So you could hear it at night. It does have a pool but no hot tub/jacuzzi. The gym are was nice and had a lot of equipment. Overall, I would not stay at this location and will think twice about other Hilton Garden Inns.

Always nice to check into a hotel and be greeted by a clean and comfortable room. The staff here was very friendly and has done an excellent job of maintaining this property. The hotel is spacious and has a great exercise room. Very nice facility overall.

A very safe quiet place just outside of downtown Waco. We were able to park our uhaul trailer there in the parking lot and was well protected. Friendly staff throughout the entire hotel!

Easy check in an out, only downfall is.that the coffe machine in the room did not work, there was some dust in the coffe machine and lamps that made it appear as they were not cleaned in a while

The Hotel is in a great location near everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our complaint is we have always had a free breakfast and although minimal charge, the room price should have included free breakfast. The room was great except we saw a few sugar ants and a rolly polly. It was great for our weekend plans.

Arrived on a Friday afternoon – I was very disappointed in the so called “restaurant” - the menu is very limited and not a whole lot of healthy selections. My dinner order came with a bowl of fruit, which was rotten - literally. The waitress exchanged it for another bowl of other fruit and stated this was fresh. I would question their food safety conditions. Had breakfast and ordered from the menu again, but the food was still below par. The snack area that the hotel provides did not offer any healthy choices, mostly sweets. The room air conditioner control did not function – it was set at 72 and could not be adjusted. The bathroom has a barn door, which does not close all the way, and is very, very hard to open and close, thus did not allow for privacy. Expected better from this hotel, considering the price of a stay.

The property overall was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The A/C in the rooms did not cool very well. They sent someone to adjust some settings in the thermostat but it didn’t make much difference. We had two separate rooms and both had the same issue with the A/C.

Fantastic hotel. Quickest check-in I’ve ever had and great service throughout my stay. Cute rooms, lots of dining options within walking distance, and a nice little lake where you can sit in the mornings for peace and quiet.

Manager cancelled my reservation and told me they would have to move me to another location and split up my family from Oklahoma that was coming to see my son play on the state championship game. She tried to put the mistake on me when they were the ones that made the mistake. She finally gave me a room.

After having an horrible experience at the previous hotel I book and was given a room instantly after leaving the ER. The staff was nice and everything was beautiful. Anything I called for I received with in 5-7 minutes. I am now i fan. I can’t see me staying anywhere else.

Simply terrible on all fronts… We booked 10 rooms for my son‘s graduation from college… The guy at the front desk got everything so screwed up. It took me 30 minutes with people standing behind me… We had family coming in the next day I made it clear to put all their charges on my card .. which he made note of and Had all card information as was present to him at that time… However When family members arrived same guy said they had to each pay with their own card, causing extreme confusion. Then when I walked in, he said oh yeah, he Remembered… We were told by housekeeping they would come back in 10 minutes after we left Morning of graduation… we left five mins later when we came back room was still not clean I went to front desk they said they would take care of it. …They did not …. Can’t really say much positive at all.

I tried room service shortly after check in. No answer. I tried front dek, same. I tried for 15-20 min....then i gave up and used door dash for our meals. I tried 1 more tim to front desk to request extr pillows and was able to get those. I was pretty disapointed i had to order outside the hotel for our meals. I understand all the fans in the restaurant and we decided to avoid the noiseby ordering in. I choose the Hilton's for the extra amenaties like restaurant and room service.

I stay here a couple times a month when I'm in town for business. Ive gotten to know the staff. I like the bar, & food options. I always have a drink or two in the evenings. I keep coming back because once when there was an issue Hunter whent above & beyond to take care of my issue. I continue to stay here because i know that if there are any problems & Hunter is working things will be handled. So if you choose to stay here go to the bar, & ask for Hunter. I guarantee his attention to detail, & customer service.

All the staff was great. Form the misc requests we had from reception, to even borrowing a deck of cards, everyone we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great job by all. The only area of concern was in the breakfast. The hashbrowns tasted freezer burned and dried out. And the French toast was presented nicely but severely undercooked. Raw egg-soaked french toast is never a good thing to eat and could make some people pretty sick. Aside from the food, my experience was great!
