Das Hyatt Place Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen. Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, alles top sauber. Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee, Wasser vorhanden sowie alle Pflegeartikel im Bad. Rooftop Pool und Liegen vorhanden und sauber. Das Personal kocht den besten Masala Chai.

very easy -functional property with no frills whether you are there for business or visiting - trained , courteous and efficient staff . Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Couple of improvements - ( 1 )since dining is in the open lobby/atrium the sounds of clinking cutlery in the entire column could be a bother ( 2 ) housekeeping could be quicker in turnaround timing Having said that - it is a place you should stay - strongly recommended !

Had a good experience and the stay was pleasant and no doubt about it. Did a last minute booking so had to get whatever was available, so got an okay room. However, it felt like staff are not so friendly at the pool. Busy gossiping with each other than giving out information when I asked for little information about pool and changing rooms. Breakfast was awesome. Huge selection and a lot of options to choose from. Masala tea and south indian filter coffee is highly recommended and they are a must try. Will I come back to the same hotel!! May be no coz there are very good deals available at the same price. It’s just an honest opinion.

Just wow!! Loved the hotel…location…room..service!!! Amazing!!! Clean rooms!!! Other best part of the stay was restaurant.. delicious breakfast and dinner.. everyone at restaurant were amazingly helpful.. kids also loved the food.. Last but not the least.. rooftop pool!!! Speechless!!!! Highly recommend for family stay in Hyderabad!!!

This is a great hotel though it caters to the business crowd. Located across from GVK Mall its a great location in Hyderabad. The hotel is a bit dated however that doesn't take away from the location, great staff, and hotel amenities.

Room was spotless, staff was polite, friendly and courteous. Stayed for 8 days and every morning at the breakfast buffet my special requests were catered to. I had asked for my sambar and coconut chutney to be made with no chillies as I have GI issues and cannot eat spicy food. Chef Rick and especially chef Ankit made sure my requests were met in addition to also making sure I got my coconut water everyday. Chef Ankit made me different delicious upmas every day for my entire stay. My filter coffee was also made every day according to my specifications. Robin Sahay stopped by my table every day to make sure I had all my needs met. On the day I was leaving I was given a special send off at lunch by a few staff members who gifted me a picture frame and complimentary cake and dessert. I was touched by the gesture and left with warm and pleasant memories of my stay. A huge thanks to the staff and Chef Ankit for making my stay so enjoyable! Hope to come back again!

The biggest problem with the room is that the beds and the carpet are always damp. The carpet is sticky to walk on. I believe it’s due to poor exhaust system in the bathroom. Without proper exhaust, all the moisture from the showers gets trapped inside the room and absorbed by the beds and the carpet. When we reported the problem, they put a floor fan in the room and that did help keep the place dry. However, that fan was very loud and annoying. Also, the room service would turn off the fan some days and we find everything damp again when we return to the room in the night. I think there’s a serious flaw in the architecture/design of the property. The driveways of the property are so tight that it was painful to get in and out of the hotel everyday. Food is great, and the staff was courteous.

Had a disappointed stay. Very bad hospitality. Staffs especially front desk and reception were not at all professional. Room was very stinky. Called housekeeping staff. They came late and sprayed room freshner. Still bathroom was smelling bad. AC was not working. Called again. They were repairing for 30 mins. And we are in the same room with a kid. After repairing also cooling was not that great. After paying 15k, the front desk staff doesn't have a courtesy to provide another room. We regret selecting Hyatt. We will never visit this hotel. Very bad service. Vinu K Cherian.

Room was spotless, staff was polite, friendly and courteous. Stayed for 8 days and every morning at the breakfast buffet my special requests were catered to. I had asked for my sambar and coconut chutney to be made with no chillies as I have GI issues and cannot eat spicy food. Chef Rick and especially chef Ankit made sure my requests were met in addition to also making sure I got my coconut water everyday. Chef Ankit made me different delicious upmas every day for my entire stay. My filter coffee was also made every day according to my specifications. Robin Sahay stopped by my table every day to make sure I had all my needs met. On the day I was leaving I was given a special send off at lunch by a few staff members who gifted me a picture frame and complimentary cake and dessert. I was touched by the gesture and left with warm and pleasant memories of my stay. A huge thanks to the staff and Chef Ankit for making my stay so enjoyable! Hope to come back again!

Had a disappointed stay. Very bad hospitality. Staffs especially front desk and reception were not at all professional. Room was very stinky. Called housekeeping staff. They came late and sprayed room freshner. Still bathroom was smelling bad. AC was not working. Called again. They were repairing for 30 mins. And we are in the same room with a kid. After repairing also cooling was not that great. After paying 15k, the front desk staff doesn't have a courtesy to provide another room. We regret selecting Hyatt. We will never visit this hotel. Very bad service. Vinu K Cherian.

I was there for a week and at least twice I saw staff members fighting and cursing at each other loudly outside the lobby door. It was very unprofessional as they were just arguing really loud and cursing. I feared a fight could break out among them

The room was comfortable and the room service and reception was great too.Breakfast spread was superlative and the taste was equally good.I just have only one complaint with regards to the service during the Breakfast.For the 3 days that we had stayed the service offered on day 1 was nice but strangely it jept on deteriorating as we progressed becoming bad in day 2 and worse by day 3.Not that we were not provided the service.But on day 1we did not have to ask for the service but by day 3 we had to ask.for the service.Apart from this everything else was good.

A fantastic property with an incredible staff! I booked this hotel for my parents who were going from the US to Hyderabad for almost 3 weeks. I wanted to ensure I found a property that was centrally located but also felt comfortable for an extended amount of time. After lots of research, I landed upon this Hyatt Place. What was supposed to be just a centrally located hotel ended up feeling like home. My parents could not stop raving about how incredible the experience was at this hotel. It’s in a great location, easy to get transportation and plenty to do around the hotel. Even better was everything at the property. Everything from the room to the people were simply amazing. Every single person on staff (waiters, doormen, front desk, housekeeping, etc) made my parents feel so special. Everyone was so kind, considerate and helpful so thank you to every single person on staff. Also, a very big thank you to the incredible management team, Animesh and Xenia who went above and beyond to make sure my parents were taken care of every day and accomodated my requests prior to their arrival. Had a good experience and the stay was pleasant and no doubt about it. Did a last minute booking so had to get whatever was available, so got an okay room. However, it felt like staff are not so friendly at the pool. Busy gossiping with each other than giving out information when I asked for little information about pool and changing rooms. Breakfast was awesome. Huge selection and a lot of options to choose from. Masala tea and south indian filter coffee is highly recommended and they are a must try. Will I come back to the same hotel!! May be no coz there are very good deals available at the same price. It’s just an honest opinion.

Just wow!! Loved the hotel…location…room..service!!! Amazing!!! Clean rooms!!! Other best part of the stay was restaurant.. delicious breakfast and dinner.. everyone at restaurant were amazingly helpful.. kids also loved the food.. Last but not the least.. rooftop pool!!! Speechless!!!! Highly recommend for family stay in Hyderabad!!!
