This is a very relaxing resort. Beautiful view, great pool! No beach. The staff at this hotel is truly fantastic! Everyone you encounter is friendly and takes pride in hospitality. So impressed… I will definitely return.

Love the Place love the pool. They definitely need some sun protection as far as umbrellas around the pool and it could be misleading because they do not have a beach, but it appears in many of the photos that they do but the actual beach is about a half mile away And they do have a golf course service to take you there

Everything was ok according to our expectations: clean room, easy parking and safe, swimming pool with the facilities we were looking for in that area, being near to the city. We cannot comment on food etc. in this hotel. The pool area was nice with lounges and laying chairs but very limited options for laying in the shade . I recommend to improve this because it’s needed in hot weather.

This hotel was not our 1st choice, we had to book it after we got scammed in Punta Cana, and O Lord how happy we were when we arrived there. It is spotless, quiet, peaceful, with a good restaurant and courteous staff, a small but very nice private beach, and a clean pool. It is not a good hotel for families, but it is perfect for couples, especially mature ones. Highly recommend if you want passive, quite, relaxing atmosphere. Very spacious and clean rooms, great view from oceanfront rooms, fair pricing and good quality water in the shower.

After 12/19/25 hotel check-in, I was given a memo stating that a "private event" would be held on the premises the following evening. This said event was an extremely loud MAJOR CONCERT, which took place outside of our room from approx 9:00 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. The concert noise level was so loud it should have been held in a sound-proof building and not outside our room. Additionally, the preparations for the concert took hotel staff away serving paying guests, as orders were either not taken or were extremely slow at best. The hotel manager, Oscar, was sympathetic to listen to our complaints but there wasn't anything that could be done to correct the problems. place right outside of our room.

Loved our 1 day stay. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms/bathroom modern and large. We had a problem at check out with our invoice as there were charges on it that did not belong to us. It took an hour to sort out! This is the only thing that was not pleasant…

I stayed for 2 nights and had an excellent stay. Victor at the front desk was very kind and courteous. Our room had a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. Watching the sunrise from the bed was truly spectacular. My only suggestion would be to have some extra bathroom amenities.

Al principio tuve un detalle con check in, pero inmediatamente dio seguimiento la gerencia y tuvieron contacto conmigo. Agradezco el seguimiento puntual y la calidez de la gente del staff. We arrived at the property at 5:00pm for check in and was told our room was not ready. We were not able to get into our room until after 6:15pm. The check in staff was not helpful with this issue. They did not even provide us with a free coffee while we waited. The F&B staff at the hotel is amazing and helpful. Overall the hotel is clean and nice.

Agradecimiento especial a Victor y Kelvin que nos asistieron con el check in y nos agradaron con el late check out para así aprovechar al máximo este maravilloso hotel. Nuestro maletero Anel conoce perfectamente cada detalle del hotel y con una sonrisa nos ayudó con nuestro equipaje y poniéndose siempre a la orden. This hotel should not even be open,the staff are nice people but completely untrained, no one knows what they are doing, I had a HORRIBLE experience,two hours waiting at the only restaurant they have and then only brought out half the order and employees blaming the other employees and excusing themselves, went to bed New Years Eve without dinner,I’m not one to complain but this place is a complete untrained staff, a complete disaster of a stay, if you don’t want to throw away your money and time take my advice, stay somewhere else ,this franchise is putting the Hilton brand in the dumps of service ,Hilton should look into this

The room was big and clean. Property was nice. No beach access, dangerous neighborhood, no food options except for on the hotel property and they up charge a lot since they can there are multiple surcharges on your receipt. Staff is very slow and inattentive, we sat at our table for over an hour and nobody came to take our order. The staff doesn’t speak English and makes it very hard to communicate any issues. I’m a Hilton diamond member and this has been my worst experience. Pool towels didn’t get refilled either

The hotel is modern and very clean. It’s a great place to spend the night before a cruise if you don’t need to eat. There isn’t anywhere walkable to eat and the restaurant is understaffed and the service was so bad that after sitting down for 30 min without any acknowledgment from staff I went out to the bar to get drinks to bring back to restaurant. The waiter never did bring me water and charged again for the drinks (have to pay for water) I paid for at the bar. It was a 2 hr wait to get food which was cold and mediocre. Even trying to pay our bill was quite the process. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the food situation.

New property. Phenomenal service. Everyone was nice and responsive. The property is beautiful. Beautiful view of the sea and Catalina island. Only drawback was no beach front on property, but yacht dock was close so you could get close to the water. Also, not in a walkable area. On site restaurant was reasonably priced and good food. Pool was fabulous.

However, everything was good service room was cleaned and everything we got overcharged for the buffet overcharged for the dinner. Food was overcooked when we decided to have dinner it was a lot going on, but that’s not no excuse for poor service are the food being overcooked I paid what I paid, I wasn’t happy but you live your life. Just wanted to get out with my wife and just have so long time for a couple of days house not far from the hotel. Just stay home.

The property was bright and new. The location was convenient for a stay prior to our Norwegian cruise leaving from LA Romana. Dining was a bit of an issue. Evening meal was overlooked by servers and then served cold. Breakfast buffet was available, but not included in price. Several guests were upset when charged (approx $22 USD) as it appeared to be included. Other than the dining issues, hotel and the view were very nice.

Der Check in war okay, schnelle und unkomplizierte Sache. Zimmer war sauber und der Blick aufs Meer super,ruhige Lage. Das Restaurant eine Katastrophe, Unfreundliche und unmotivierte Kellner, kein Wechselgeld beim bezahlen. Das clubsandwich war einfach nur trockenen und lieblos auf die Platte gestellte. Pommes kamen aus altem Fett.
