Pros: Excellent central location, close to all major attractions and well connected to public transportation. Free parking is a big plus. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive. Cons: Our family room was located on the ground floor — although spacious and modern, it was quite noisy due to traffic and lobby sounds. Breakfast was disappointing, with a very limited selection and hardly any fresh options besides one salad. Even cappuccino comes at an additional cost.

What a fabulous stay!! We stayed 1 night with kids and it was such a wonderful and convenient stay! Walkable to everything, staff were unbelievable! I honestly can say, I have never had such better service than I have with the staff here and we only stayed 1 night. When there was a question/issue, it was resolved right away. I am absolutely coming back to this hotel. I highly recommend it. The rooms were wonderful and cozy!

Cozy place, good ambience, stayed on top floor in probably new renovated room, with panorama windows and a lot of light. Free parking, not to much space, but staff made a lot of efforts to find space for us. Had a great stay. Breakfast should be improved.

Excellent service from front desk and staff in dining room; very polite and courteous. Great transportation service to and from airport and car rental service was very good. Exterior of hotel is nice, lobby is nice, and convenient location close to many shops, restaurants, theatres, and a grocery store right next door that is very convenient. Only negatives really was the room; which was in a generally poor state of repair. The bathroom faucet and soap dispenser was loose and about to fall off, beds were ok, cleanliness was ok but not great, and carpet was in poor condition as were other room amenities. Overall our stay was pleasant and satisfactory, mainly because the staff at the hotel were truly excellent, but the condition of the hotel does not warrant a 4-Star status in its current condition unless renovated and repaired.
