Property was reasonably clean but needs better maintenance: sheets had holes, marks on most surfaces, cuts and dents in furniture, non functioning lights, loose towel rail and toilet roll holder. kitchen had an oven, fridge/freezer and kettle but no microwave. bed and pillows werent comfortable. there was a little noise outside at night but not too bad. Its a shame because the property is in a great location and would be great if some attention was paid to it.

Great apartment located in the heart of the city centre, a stones throw from the main square. Spacious, clean & modern with all the required amenities. Excellent for a 4 night stay in Poznan, highly recommended especially if traveling with children. We would certainly book here again if visiting Poznan.

The apartment is beautifully restored, spotless, and well-equipped. The location is perfect for sightseeing. However, our stay was marred by extreme noise levels. Out of three nights, Thursday and Friday were unbearable until 2 or 3 AM (party noise, fireworks, and constant emergency sirens). Interestingly, Saturday night was much quieter after midnight. We may have been unlucky with our dates, as I had checked reviews beforehand and noise was not mentioned. Logistics: We struggled a bit with the entry code (a point already mentioned by other guests). Also, the reception staff does not speak English; it’s part of the travel experience, but it can make communication difficult if issues arise. Maintenance: While very clean, some routine upkeep is missing: scuffed walls, a partially detached curtain, a missing power socket cover, a loose baseboard, and damaged flooring in front of the bathroom. These minor repairs are needed to match the high quality of the renovation. Tip: Bring high-quality earplugs. With proper ear protection, this place becomes a perfect stay given the excellent location and comfort.

The apartment itself was nice and great location! I wasn't crazy about the staff working in the lobby, we struggled several times with the code and they were extremely upset by it (?) I get it but also we are paying costumers and the code was unnecessary long/sensitive in the box, also the door key to the apt was getting stuck a few times so we had push really hard. Cleaniness was not amazing
