Great customer service, cleanliness nice breakfast and if you have an electric vehicle there are 3 chargers. Love that the rooms don’t have any carpet for allergies etc. Close to everything. Definitely will stay again.

We were welcomed by positive statements on the doors. The man at the desk was super nice and personable. The front desk was in the middle of the open area with lots of trendy seating. It is also where breakfast takes place. There were 2 foosball games along with several board games for every age. Coffee and tea was available 24 hours. A great place to socialize. By the elevator were white boards with tons of information about restaurants and activities to do in Bowling Green. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I’d stay again here.

Everything was great other than the pool was not open due to the heater being out. It would also have been nice to have a microwave and coffee maker in the room instead of having to use the one in the lobby. Staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was really good. I would recommend to family and friends.

Friendly front desk person! Wondering why the pool was closed!!! Part of my selection of this hotel was the indoor pool! Disappointed it was closed, looked like it was operating, but a sign on door saying it was closed

The only issue I had with the property was only 1 of 3 EV charging station was working. It made charging difficult and I had to make a special trip to another charger.

The staff were very kind, and the breakfast options were excellent. Our room offered plenty of amenities, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the floor was concerning—it was visibly dirty, as shown by the residue on our feet and what we wiped up ourselves. We also found several blue, liquid-filled pills on the floor that had not been cleaned up. This could have posed a serious risk, especially if we had a pet or small child with us. Additionally, our room was located next to an exit door that slammed loudly throughout the night and early morning, making restful sleep difficult.

Front staff was great and very helpful. As a whole, the property was nice and clean. My room… not so much. It was a nice enough room for the price, but it wasn’t cleaned during our three night stay. Also, bring your own pillow.

For 15yrs. I averaged around 100 nights a year. Never have I encountered linens that were covered in dead skin cells & pubic hair. Only the supposed housekeeper knows when they were last changed. If my wife hadn’t slid her phone across the sheets after pulling back the comforter it probably would have went unnoticed as I’m sure it has in the past.

Clean newer hotel, nice room, comfortable bed. Only down side was a lot of dust in room especially bathroom vent, a towel supposed to be clean was dirty yellow stain on towel. But nice place.

Pros: Good location from I-65. Nice checkin staff. Cold AC, decent breakfast. Cons; absolutely filthy room. water leaked from the shower door I wiped up with towel. Disgusting is an understatement. Floors look like they have never been mopped. White became dark gray instantly. Pillowed are down and thin and uncomfortable. Cracked recessed light above the bed, husband was nervous it would fall on him. Hair in bathroom and sheets! If we weren’t exhausted I would have asked to switch rooms.

The lady that served food each morning was mostly nice but bossy and very loud. Also, there was hair on the counter by the food almost daily. I didn’t eat the last 3 days of my 10 day stay for this reason. My shower was very dirty when I arrived and didn’t get it cleaned until day 3. The front desk staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Although most don’t dress very professionally. The housekeepers helped in every way they could and were very nice.

We had a handicapped room for our father who is in a wheelchair. The room was nice and spacious to navigate. The bathroom and shower area was spacious. When we got ready for bed, I found a large clump of hair on the sheets and several other hairs from someones head. It was too late at night to try and switch rooms, so I saved the hair and showed the staff on checkout. Hopefully this is a one off and not the norm. This was our first ever stay at a TRU property and were not as impressed as we were at others.

Front desk employee was very friendly and nice! Room was very clean. Unfortunately the walls seem paper thin. Heard the TV FROM the room next door (late into the night) could even hear them cough and talk. For this reason I would not stay at Tru again.

Needed some good rest after 12 hours in the car with the family. I like a firm mattress but these were really firm. Pillows had to be wadded up to amount to any density. Aftermarket remote for TV (so didn't have full functionality) and no printed guide left us aimlessly flipping channels. Toilet seat clip broken, made sitting unstable. Bathroom door really creaky, there was no sneaking in in the middle of the night. No storage (dressers) - if you're planning to stay longer than overnight, your stuff will have to sit out. Everyone kicked the bed frames with knees/shins. Not all was bad. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean. Sheets fresh, smooth and soft. Was quiet. Thermostat worked and was easy to set. Lots of games and things to do in the lobby for kids. (We didn't use them.) Served its basic purpose I suppose. Biggest problem was the beds and pillows. Woke up achy with a headache and had to convince myself to get in the car to drive another 7 hours today.

Definitely has younger vibes with foosball tables in the "lobby." We were in roll in shower room and there was absolutely no room for suitcases. Room was very noisy. We could hear conversations in adjoining room(s), pounding from upstairs, loud closing of doors starting at 5:30 am,etc. Clock was off and there was no way to reset it that we could find.

First time staying at a Tru property. It was neat, clean, & comfortable with a modern style I think appeals to a younger crowd. It’s also very bare bones as far as amenities. No closet or dresser to store clothing; SMALL fridge and nothing more in the room. Tile floors through out the room; no carpet. Bathroom was nice; a big walkin shower, but no handle on the inside of the shower door to close it with(?). We were only there one night, and I wouldn’t want to stay multiple days living out of a suitcase. Breakfast was included, however the “build your own” breakfast is nothing different than the serve yourself breakfast bar offered by other chains.

The bed was too soft and we were concerned that it had been made altogether.It looked a little disheveled when we came into the room and also the shower door leaks quite a bit.... Room is way too small for price..

Being disturbed numerous times even when there is a do not disturb hanging on the door, twice 2 separate old men at 2 different times. Then we were getting ready to leave and I was taking things to the car and my wife was getting dressed and then she heard a knock on the door and then was opened by one of your employees for room service even when there was a do not disturb on the door!!

Great hotel. Newer, exceptionally clean, all the fresh coffee you could want and fantastic staff. The pillows and bedding were great. Although we didn’t use it, the pool was heated salt water and looked in perfect shape. Rob at desk was super friendly and helpful. We asked him where a local restaurant was and he gave us perfect directions. Morning staff was just as helpful and friendly. What a winning property for Hilton. Will plan on stopping again next time through.

Worst customer service. Filthy beds. I didn’t even stay here, got a new hotel. The clerk was MIA for 10 minutes when we arrived and when he came back and I was finally able to check in he was the rudest and most condescending man ever. He kept interrupting me to correct me and tell me how uninformed I was (I was trying to explain an issue I was having and ask questions but was never able to finish a whole sentence or even get to the part where I needed to ask a question). When I said he could stop interrupting me so I could finish what I was saying he threatened not to rent me the room. When I finally checked in, went to my room, and pulled the blankets back there was hair everywhere in the bed like it hadn’t been changed from the last guest, only made. There were stains on the sheets and mattress cover and makeup stains on the pillow cases. I packed my things and went down to checkout and inform the desk clerk about the condition of the room but again he was no where to be seen. After waiting for what seemed like forever I left. Disgusting service. Disgusting beds. Never staying here again.

Property was really nice and new. In a conveniently located area. With lots of food options and easy access to the highway staff was great. The only issue we had was with our lock on our door. The batteries needed to be changed and they were prompt and conveniently done. The only thing that was really lacking was the breakfast.

We were just looking for a one-night stay in Bowling Green and didn't want to spend a bunch of money. I'm familiar with Hilton so I chose Tru. The rooms are pretty bare bones with a rolling chair and rolling desk and a king size bed. But "tru"ly we weren't planning on spending much time in the room other than sleeping. The room was clean which is super important to me. The breakfast buffet was included and it was very good. The lady managing the breakfast could not have been nicer. They have a fun little fresh pancake machine that made very good little pancakes! The oatmeal was excellent and the coffee was nice and hot. The people working the front desk also could not have been nicer. Would recommend for a quick no frills stay!

The staff here are great to work with. If there is anything not positive about this location would be maybe the breakfast. There are not many options and sometimes the trays are empty. I would never let this stop me from staying again as I have several times in the past. 99.99 percent positive
