Neat, relaxing atmosphere and good staff! Well maintained property in nice neighbourhood. If you are annoyed of loud sounds make sure to tell the reception in advance as the rooms close to the train station are extremely noisy. Car parking organised and secured

The room was spotless and all staff we interacted with were genuine, friendly and professional. Our 2nd stay included a washing machine and tumble dryer making the prepatation home so much better. The location opposite the trail station etc is amazing for getting about including just being mins away from supermarkets, cafe and shops in general. Thank you for contributing to what wss an amazing holiday.

Easy check-in, within walking distance to the train station and shopping centre. Room was nice and clean. We were upgraded upon arrival (which was a lovely surprise), however it was with an adjoining room, which meant the noise from the other apartment kept us awake. Limited parking on site as well, which was up a blind1lane, narrow driveway, which made it really hard to navigate in a larger car, especially if another car came in the opposite direction. The pros of this property outweigh the negatives. Will definitely stay here again when next in Penrith.

The only thing I can complain about us the lack of parking in the facility. I was told I would need to pre book parking as they have limited parking so had to park on the street. 2hr parking during the day so have to move the car every 2 hours. Untimed street parking after 5pm. A message when making a booking saying parking needs to be booked would have been a good thing.

The room had a real strong smell of "body odor like" that was overwhelming when I walked in. I did make mention of this to be told we would have the room aired or freshened and it did not happen. 2 days of disgusting smell. Quest are usually good, but on this occasion it was ignored.

The hotel is probably the better of the not great options in Penrith. I rated it lower though because the lobby was filthy when we walked in with chunks of dirt everywhere including in lobby, elevator and hallways. Our room was super noisy from the construction in the railway. The sofa in the room was filthy and had a big cut in the arm of it. Towels were thin and had a hole in it and for 2 people staying we could have used more than 2 tiny towels. The hand part of the shower was not working. Mould in the shower. 26 carparks for the entire hotel and street parking is difficult! The ratings listed for this hotel are not representative - they offer a Tim Tam for a good review. I didn’t need a Tim Tam so I am giving an honest review. The positive is the lady who checked me in was lovely and she allowed us to check in early, which was very appreciated.

Toilet paper was not new, no bathroom mat, door in the bathroom hits the toilet and shower screen is too big and you cannot have 2 people in the bathroom. For the price the room was too small

It was very nice that our room was updated to a larger apartment at no extra cost but the noise from the construction outside of the window was very loud. We have stayed at this motel a lot of times in the past couple of years whilst I was getting Chemotherapy, shame that we didn't get the upgraded then when it would have been very appreciated

The rooms themselves were spacious and nice, but what we weren't notified about was the construction noise. I understand that these things are beyond the control of hotel staff, but it would be courteous to let clients know what to expect prior to arrival. Unfortunately we were faced with constant drilling noise from 7.15am to 3pm. It was LOUD.This was not conducive to a restful stay at all. I got home more tired and sleepy deprived than I started. When I mentioned this to hotel staff, they said they would speak to the manager and get back to me. But I did not hear a thing and am still waiting for a response. I do not normally leave negative reviews, but would like to avoid others having the same problem.

Phillip in reception is a rude arrogant twit! Theres no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, however they do have beverages and snacks at reception but these are unavailable if Phillip claims to have done the banking early.

I have stayed at this Quest Penrith on a few occasions and I must say all the staff on the front desk are very helpful and willing to help in anyway possible to make your stay enjoyable. The one bedroom apartments are so comfortable, so clean and you feel right at home. Nice cafe downstairs and Westfield is only a short walk. Onsite parking is amazing and very secure though the area has free on street parking with no issues leaving your car park over night. I would highly recommend Quest Penrith to family, friends and business associates. Thanks again guy’s really enjoyed my stay over Easter.

Amazing location close to train station and car parks. Also 6 minute walk to Westfield which was perfect. Apartment was beautiful and clean. Only thing that was a bit annoying was one tiny bathroom bin for the whole room, didn't want to leave trash everywhere so bad to go use a plastic bag. Maybe one extra room bin.

The hotel is very conveniently located in relation to the train station, Westfield shopping centre and the general Penrith CBD. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even to the point of looking after our luggage while we waited for our train after checking out.
