Bei Ankunft hat uns das Personal sehr freundlich empfangen. Check-In war sehr schnell abgewickelt. Ein kleines Manko ist jedoch, dass die Adresse des Parkhauses nicht vorher bekannt war. Dies hat ein Umparken nötig gemacht. Positiv ist, dass es von dem „richtigen“ Parkhaus einen Aufzug direkt zum Hotel gibt. Die Etagen der Zimmer können hierbei nur mit der Zimmerkarte angefahren werden. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Wir waren positiv von diesem Hotel überrascht.

Friday and Saturday nights when we stayed was a mass gathering place outside for drunk teenagers. Shouting and screaming teens staggering about drinking and smoking. Lifts where an issue also during our stay. 1 of 3 lifts working. Rooms are odd. The exposed concrete maybe a trend that some people like. Bar area is nice and staff are very friendly. Bit like a Citizen M copy, but not as good.

Wir haben nach langer Anreise fast 1 Stunde ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus gesucht wo die Gebühren auch deutlich höher waren wie bei Expedia angegeben. Als ich dies an der Rezeption erwähnt hatte konnte er sich nicht wirklich dazu äussern. 2 Tage lang war der Aufzug defekt und wir mussten mit unserem Schwären Gepäck das Treppenhaus benutzen. Für die Preisklasse ist das kein Unterkunft was sich loht hier zu übernachten Preis Leistung passt absolut nicht. Nie wieder würde ich bei der Hotelkette übernachten.

Very basic rooms, but a good value especially if you are a solo traveler. Great location! Very walkable to all shopping in downtown Frankfurt and the Hauptwache train station. The main downfall was two of their 3 elevators were out of service during my stay. This made for long waits for the one remaining elevator.

Das Hotel war gut es war super zentral gelegen. Frühstück hatte ich nicht, deshalb kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Zimmer waren bleiben, aber sauber und gemütlich Bad war weniger gut. Es roch stark aus dem Ausfluss, und der Wasserhahn funktionierte nicht. Richtig, hab ich nicht zu beanstanden war allerdings auch nur für eine Nacht dort.

Hotel was in a convenient location and close to everything you need. The hotel was nice and so was the staff. However the bed was hard as a rock and it felt like I slept on the concrete floor. The next day I could hardly walk, because of this I wouldn’t recommend or return.

Goede kwamer, voldoende groot. Perfecte locatie in het centrum vlakbij de belangrijkste punten. Helaas hoor je de stad in je hotelkamer (tram, sirenes, gezoem van de wagens, gepiep van de vuilniswagen,...). Alsook is het personeel niet heel erg vriendelijk. Eerder nonchalant en ongeïnteresseerd. Ze zijn hier ook zo milieubewust dat ze je wc papier niet bijvullen als er enkele blaadjes ophangen (er staat ook geen reserverol). En aangezien er geen telefoon is op de kamer, kan je je dan naar de receptie begeven laat in de avond voor een nieuwe rol terwijl je partner op de wc zit. De WiFi werkte ook niet heel goed, wij konden hier niet op streamen. Daarnaast werden wij ook kiet verwittigd van de onbrereikbaarheid van het hotel op de dag van aankomst. Wij konden niet in de buurt van het hotel komen en al helemaal niet met de wagen parkeren in het hotel zoals gepland. In de lift hing de info. Dit hadden ze ook per mail mogen sturen zodat we dit wisten en niet onnodig 2u in Frankfurt hebben gecirkeld.

Great location. The staff was very friendly and even let me check in early. The room was great for a solo traveler. The only thing I noticed, and this is because I am a light sleeper, is that you can hear the noise in the hallway.

The door to the hall didn’t close. They did not honor my Gold Bonvoy Status. I fell and sprained my ankle due to poor light in the courtyard and they did NOTHING to help. There are very young unprofessional people working here who have no customer service experience

Shame really, pretty cool, good location. Area immediately outside hotel is a bit of a hang out area for people. It wasn’t terrible but groups of teenagers and smoking. But biggest disappointment was when room maid just walked into our room - knowing we had just got back. No door knock. Not good.

war zu früh dran und durfte zunächst das Zimmer - das frei war - nicht beziehen - es sei denn ich zahle extra!!!! nach meiner Beschwerde darüber hat es dann doch ohne Aufpreis geklappt - ich meine ist das notwendig ? Frühstück eher schwach - sonst hat alles funktioniert und sauber war es auch

Very friendly and attentive stuff! I came-in in the morning and didn’t feel myself good, so they gave me the room 4 hours prior to check-in time, later asked how was I. The location is also perfect, near Zeil.

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Frankfurt. Wir waren dort für ein Konzert im Deutsche Bank Park, den wir total bequem mit der S-Bahn erreichen konnten. Haltestelle Hauptwache ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ist super angebunden. Zimmer geräumig mit ausreichend Platz. Bad eher klein aber völlig ausreichend. Wir (2 Frauen) haben uns in der Gegend auch nachts nicht unwohl gefühlt. Parkhaus ist geräumig und mit 30€ Mitten in der Stadt OK.

This Moxy is extremely noisy and staff does not make ANY attempts to keep it quiet. Every night some guests are gathering in the inner yard of the hotel and laugh, yell, smoke. When I asked a reception if there was any curfew or time limits for party, they stated it was 11pm. However, people were partying until 1am and far beyond this time, say 3:30 am. It looks like reception staff was afraid to interfere and keep rules of quietness up. Several people every note have been torturing others guests by interrupting their sleeping and relaxation. In my numerous hotels staying, it’s first time ever I experienced such a disrespect to the guests

This hotel is in the center of shopping area. It was next to a shopping center with loads of dining options and grocery store. The hotel’s lobby was chic and modern. It created this inviting area for people to work or have a nice drink with friends before calling a day. It is also just one train away from the international Airport. Would love to stay there again next time.

Stayed here some times now and the breakfast is really not to look forward to.... Scrambled eggs cold, logistical nightmare to take your food on a small tray. You have to be very close to the person in front or behind, very limited space and you also have to take your breakfast more or less "in the knee" of all people checkin out...

Für ein Städtetrip sehr gut geeignet, da es sehr zentral liegt. Die Zimmer sind perfekt für 2 Personen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Frühstück für den Preis überteuert. Sehr merkwürdige Auswahl. 5 verschiedene Milchsorten und Gurkensaft aber nicht mal Orangen- oder Multivitaminsaft. Sehe geringe Auswahl bei Aufschnitt und Käse.

Incrivel estadia. Já no check-in fui bem atendido pelo João e comentei que meu voo seria no dia seguinte apenas às 9 horas da noite. Prontamente ele ficou de verificar se haveria a possibilidade de fazer um late check-out (que nem imaginava pedir). Permitiu-nos ficar até às 16 horas, o que nos ajudou muito. Quarto e banheiro muito bons. Café da manhã espetacular. Localização excelente.

Zimmer okay , alles gut. Check In war chaotisch- zu wenig Personal, schwierige Kommunikation. Frühstück war die reinste Katastrophe. Buffet absolut leer gefegt - 1,5h vor Ende der Frühstückszeit. Es gab nicht mal Teller, Tassen, Geschirr. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, gesäubert. Keine Milch in der Kaffeemaschine - für mich egal aber andere haben sich da geärgert. Personal hat dann auf Nachfrage Teller aus der Küche geholt. Sicher kein Moxy mehr - wenn das der Standard ist! Für das Geld sollte man ein entspanntes Frühstück bekommen mit ausreichend Auswahl - auch wenn das Hotel voll belegt ist. Von der Verfügbarkeit von Geschirr und Besteck gar nicht zu sprechen…. Das Personal hat das Ganze relativ wenig interessiert.
