All good about this place Room is very clean and has everything that i need The property has parking Room service is really good ..i loved the vegetarian sandwich. The hotel is far from the city (hotel airport) but for me its ok because i had a car.

Walking distance from the airport, quite clean hotel. Shuttle bus always available for every prayer to harram and back.

No one was at the reception. Heating was down and they did not care. Left at 5 am as I get sick

Perfect stay for early morning departures and late pm arrivals

The hotel is located near to the Madena aeroprt and there shuttle bus to Haram Nabawi, and also there is a Madena shuttle bus to the Haram for only 11.50 Saoudi Ryals. Those are the two important sites people need to have a blessed journey in Madena

I really liked the Hotel's bus shuttle service. And the Dining area Staff were really nice.

Excellent modern hotel with 24 hour shuttle service available to the airport. Great option to spend the night if you have an early flight

الفندق في المطار ويبعد عن الحرم حوالي نصف ساعة. هادئ ونظيف ولا يوجد غبار كما تقول بعض التعليقات بالنسبة لبوفيه الفطور ، في رأيي ممتاز وليس كما تقول بعض التعليقات خدمة الستاف جميعهم ممتازة من حامل الأمتعة إلى الموظفتين في الاستقبال وأخص بالذكر الموظفة زبيدة. تعامل ممتاز وراقي وخدمة ماتقصر. وموظفي المطعم ممتازين وموظفي النظافة ممتازين و ودودين المواقف سهلة وموقعها ممتاز فقط أقترح على إدارة الفندق تغيير مراتب السرير وجعلها مراتب ماتغوص. لأنها أريح للجسم وأكثر صحية.

Very quit and clean place

My stay was generally fine, but the room and bathroom had an unpleasant odor, resembling that of a kitchen or cooking area.

Carpet was very dirty and one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes.. The hotel needs new furniture.. In the other hand, staff were cordial

It was fine, I get informed by desktop staff that I have only breakfast only while the offer I booked including dinner free?? I did some text communication with hotel. Com website and wasn't work. The Room I received was bad smiling and been changed.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Each time, I've booked a suite. This particular visit, I was given what seemed like a smaller suite rather than the first visit. The suite was clean and comfortable, but I can't say the same for the dining area. Due to the increase in guest, staff was slow at clearing tables and floors were left unsweeped overnight. We ate breakfast one morning when guest children littered the floors with food, etc.,only to return the next morning to see the same food on the floor underneath tables. The breakfast could use an upgrade.

We had a very good experience.

Great hotel only minutes to airport. It’s quiet, clean and has great room service. Was a good option for early flight and or layover.

Calm and peaceful with a friendly atmosphere from the staffs

Rooms was small. The good thing and the highlight of this hotel was Hannah at the front desk who was very helpful with customer centered mentality. May Allah bless and protect her.

The visuals of the place overall were very nice, and the room was good too. The bathroom seemed to be lacking some curtains or similar because water went everywhere when showering which seemed a bit strange (and was taking its toll on the door). The price was also very good compared to the competition. So the only reason why this is not a glowingly positive review is because the service was lacking, here are a few examples: 1. We arrived early, meaning before the stated checkin time and asked if we were lucky enough to get an early checkin, and the response was that we could, if we were willing to get another room than what we had booked and this room would have a door to a potential neighbor. We were thankful for the offer but decided to leave our luggage in storage and then return later. When we returned later, we had to wait for about 30 minutes before our room was ready and we ended up getting the room with the door that we rejected earlier, but we were too tired to complain (and the neighbor seemed pretty quite). 2. On our last day our entry cards simply stopped working and I had to go down to the reception to get them recoded, but I was offered no explanation or apology. In general the staff managing the reception seemed tired and pretty slow, and we were far from the the only customers that were getting poor service (during our 30 minutes wait we noticed several guests coming to the counter and asking what was going on and when they would get their rooms).

The bed not comfortable

When we arrived they they claimed our booking with hotels . Com had been fabricated and we did not have a reservation. When we pressed further they said they had a reservation but they had an issue with hotels.com which they could not disclose. When pressed further, after hotels com called them, they said force majure and when we complained further they finally admitted they were over booked. No alternative accommodation was found. We slept in tbe lobby.

Very close to the airport and the management team was great

Very bad service. I forgot one jacket in the room. I’ve sent a WhatsApp message, one email, one form through hotels.com I know that the WhatsApp message was read. But no one send me back any answer. Even to say that they didn’t found it. I’ll never stay again at this property or any of this group. And also the price was too expensive for this kind of room and location. You’ll find better option not far in the east part of the city.
