Hotellet er meget behageligt at opholde sig i. Man har alt det man skal bruge til daglig ophold - super god ide med køkkenet et andet sted, hvor man selv kan lave sit eget mad. Vi kunne dog ikke finde fitness-rummet. Desuden er der gode løberuter rundt om hotellet.

Great apartment hotel. Only downside was rooms were a little small but they were so well designed. Loads of storage space and space for suitcases. Two chairs so you didn't have to sit on the beds.Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was a small wet room but worked very well. Fridge, sink, crockery, cutlery and microwave. There are two kitchens for guest use downstairs with a number of ovens/hobs. There is a shopping centre less than five minutes walk away with a late night opening supermarket and also a number of places to eat. Transport links are great and there is a direct train to the airport about 10minute walk away. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. TVs in room but also a big TV in lounge area

laundry is comfortable, but expensive. Kitchen was clean and comfortable.

It was the most affordable we could find. It was ok place to stay. Small quarters as expected, big shopping center next door, great for food access, plus metro station also super close. Microwave and hot water pot in room, kitchen on another floor. Nice spacious lounge area. Maintenance/ engineering responded promptly to a concern (not a fault of Cabinns)

Cost effective option for a longer-stay. Chose a room with a single bed and it was bare bones. Comfortable bed, pillow and blanket. The bathroom itself is a shower stall with a shower curtain, but the space within the shower curtain is very small and you'll inevitably end up touching a dirty shower curtain. View of the parking lot. Appreciated the microwave, refrigerator and option to use the kitchen. Worth it to get the breakfast option as it was convenient and had hearty options. 10-15 min walk to the train station. Close to a major mall. Hotels.com had increased the price within minutes of trying to book this hotel by several hundred dollars so this predatory sales behavior soured the booking experience.

Affordable but dingy and dark. Too small to get much done even in the Commodore class room. Had to pay for luggage and store it in lockers in the parking garage. Lines at check-in

Great location next to the Bella center and shopping mall. Easy to reach with the public transportation. Parking place is quite expensive. The hotel team gave an unclear explanation where the hotel parking is located that caused us to get a fine of 110 wuro. After parking the car at the right place, we get another ticket from the hotel parking company, although we had paid for it.. After explaining it to the management, they removed the second charge. Bad communication and signage from the hotel crew.

Check in was very quick. Room was excellent with a good TV, sink, fridge and microwave. Shower was clean with easily adjustable hot water. It was great having a kitchen to cook in just for guests. Luggage store seemed to have good security features. Lobby area was spacious and a great place just to sit and have tea or coffee. Location was superb so close to Orestad metro for the city centre and the train station for travel to the airport and onward to Sweden. Fields shopping centre was good for groceries and for eating out. Bilka, Lidl and Rema 1000 all had shops nearby. I don't know if I was just lucky having quiet neighbours in the adjacent rooms, but my sleep was not disturbed on any night during my stay. I was highly satisfied during my stay in the apartments and would definitely stay there again.

Pænt og rent værelse

Nice clean rooms although small as in the name they are cabin style they are comfortable.

Spotless room, and the staff were super helpful and courteous. I'll definitely book it again.

Vores dyne og puder og badeforhæng er beskidte de ser ud som de var brugt tusinde gange uden at de blive vasket og lugtede som om mange personer har anvendt det, så ulækkert var de. Rengøring burde være mere bedre, de har brug for kursus et eller lign.

ベッドのマットレスにしょんべんの匂いのする大きなシミがあったことは非常にがっかりしました。また、部屋の掃除が予定されていた日に掃除が行われなかったこともありました。少なくとも一部のホテルクルーの就労態度に問題があるのは明白です。 ただし、フロントに相談するといずれも対応してもらえました。交換してもらった部屋は値段相応の満足いく部屋でしたし、クリーニング後の部屋は清潔でした。つまり、一部のホテルクルーが担当した部屋以外は十分に及第点なのです。 これからこのホテルに宿泊する人は、部屋の不具合や不満についてすぐにフロントに相談するべきです。そして劣悪な部屋から値段相応の部屋にアップグレードするべきでしょう。開口部分が狭すぎる窓など部屋に対する不満はありますが、コペンハーゲンの他のホテルの宿泊料金から比べれば我慢しなければならないものなのかもしれません。

Compact room with small en-suite ‘wet-room’ shower & toilet plus kitchen area with microwave, kettle and fridge. Okay cleanliness, 5 mins to huge supermarket, 10 mins to metro & rail station, 15 mins to Bella Exhibition Centre. Room was rather warm at night even with the window open as wide as possible.

Værelset var slidt og beskidt. Vasken i badeværelset var stoppet og der lugtede.

Our room was not cleaned for 12 days. The staff was unpleasant when we asked for towels and cleaning.

Badeværelset havde forkert hældning på gulvet, så vandet er over hele badeværelset. Mug og dårlig rengøring på badeværelset.

Bad air condition and street noose

Man får, hvad man betaler for. Værelserne er ikke de største, men der er en seng, et minikøkken med en vask, lidt service og en mikrobølgeovn, og så er der et badeværelse med en bruser. Morgenmaden er klassisk uden at imponere.

Not much comfort at all, everything is low quality, even considering the price. The room had been exposed to the sun all day so it was awfully overheated when I arrived. There is no AC, just heating, but I didn't need that in the summer. The window has a safety lock which I struggled with every morning and evening in attempt to ventilate the room, leaving red marks on my fingers when trying to operate how the lock has to be opened and closed again. Very annoying. Besides blinds, the window does not have curtains, and faces a number of other hotel rooms so privacy is an issue. There is a microwave in the room, but it threatens with a very high fee if you use it for cooking, which renders it unusable because you never know how sensitive the fire alarm is meant to be. The worst thing is the bathroom with a painful metal bar trip at the door to hold back the water, and way too small with shower area and toilet area overlapping, also it was not cleaned properly, had weird stains and a squashed insect on the walls and hair dye stains in the shower curtain. Cleaning more than 1x a week costs extra (!), gym too, the breakfast price doesn't seem justified. With all these things in combination, the hotel presents itself as cheap as it gets and is quite the opposite of cozy. Location is convenient for the airport but a bit far from the city centre. For a short stay perhaps alright, but after a few days it feels like a very unwelcoming experience. I will choose another hotel next time.

Bed was very comfortable. The single room was narrow but many shelves. A few design tweaks could have made it much better — the hooks for the towels were behind the shower curtain so not usable, the shelf behind the bed was too high to be used while in bed.

Rummet var väldigt litet framförallt toaletten.

The hotel is quite good in terms of price-performance for short stays. Although it's not located right in the city center, the metro is just a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach the center within 20 minutes. The downside is the poor sound insulation — noise from neighboring or upper rooms can be clearly heard as if it's inside your own room. Therefore, it may not be comfortable for longer stays.

Front desk staff are very efficient & professional. Dining & lobby area is far better than the room ! The worst part of the room is the toilet… the shower area is not separated from the toilet, therefore after you have taken a shower, the whole bathroom floor is full of water ! No AC in the room, but they provided a desk fan. Love the long desk. No cooking facility except a microwave & a fridge.

The room was small but clean. Served its purpose as a cheapísh overnight stay close to The Royal Arena.

As a low cost hotel, this fits the bill and has all of the necessary amenities to make a pleasant stay at least for business trips. Rooms are quite small. Beds and pillows are not very comfortable but workable I suppose. Not sure I would pick this again.

Det var den värsta hotellvistelsen jag har varit med om. Obekvämt boende och otrevlig personal som inte var tillmötesgående. Jag skulle avråda att boka rum där. Namnet Appartment Hotel är lite missvisande eftersom rum på "vanliga" hotell är både större och bekvämmare. Jag har aldrig tidigare sett så litet badrum, med ett tvättställe som liknar spottkopp. Dessutom utrustning (t.ex. TV) på rummer inte funkade riktigt. Jag var mycket besviken. Jag reser ganska mycket i tjänsten, men detta hotell var det värsta jag har bott på.

The place is only a couple of blocks down the street from a big shopping centre with a good, cheap (for Denmark) grocery store, and you can walk through that to the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I booked and paid for a one bedroom apartment, but I was downgraded to a basic room. I showed my booking for the larger, more expensive room, but the check in lady simply refused to accept. She was rude and condescending as she ripped me off, but I already prepaid and it was late when I arrived - so there was not much else for me to do but to accept and go to bed. My assigned room was hot, my window did not close (so construction noise was especially loud), and the bathroom was shockingly tiny. I would never stay here again.

Probleme mit dem Bezahlsystem des Parkplatzes vom Hotel.Trotz Onlinezahlung am Parkautomaten vorab,hing am Abreisetag ein Ticket mit Bezahlaufforderung. Bis dato noch keine Klärung. Safe im Zimmer war defekt.Trotz Info am Anreisetag bei der Rezeption ist nichts passiert bis zur Abreise. Desinteressierte Damen an der Reception.

Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Esben was especially helpful when airline missed putting my luggage on my flight and luggage was later delivered to the wrong CABINN... he called other locations until he found my luggage, then arranged a taxi to have it delivered to the correct CABINN.

Personnel excellent

I went to the front desk to get ice and the front desk clerk was having a conversation with another employee and I had to interrupt for her to acknowledge me I then asked if she could get me some ice and she stated that she was to busy so I had to go to the conference room and get the ice myself. I was not a priority and was clearly an inconvenience to her. My wife told me that I should speak with a manager about the service that I did not receive but did not want the rest of my trip to be hindered because your employee did not want to assist a PAYING CUSTOMER. This was my first time traveling abroad and had nothing but bad experiences with customer service.

Hotellet er lige som det skal være og ligger helt perfekt i forhold til Royal Arena :-)

It’s a pretty standard room and the only thing I’d say is the AC wasn’t working so I opened the window to let some air in. The shower was pretty much combined with the toilet so make sure to wipe down the shower so you don’t slip on the floor. The best thing about this apartment is it’s super close like a 9min walk to the metro station so you can go to the city center instead of paying such an expensive hotel just to stay in the center.

La struttura offre tutto ciò di cui un turista ha bisogno . Il punto di forza è la vicinanza alla metro e al treno. Ottimo il centro commerciale di fronte.

Location was excellent with easy access to public transport and shops and parkland. Laundry and large kitchen facilities were very useful.

Oerestad ist bekannt für das Bella-Center, in dem Konferenzen und Messen stattfinden. Das ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Mit der Metro ist man schnell in der Innenstadt.

Helt ok hotell. Gode senger. Ingen rengjøring i løpet av oppholdet på tre dager. Kjedelig frokost. Veldig lite bad. Grei beliggenhet i forhold til kollektivtransport. Og har Fields kjøpesenter som nærmeste nabo. Enkelt å komme til sentrum og til flyplassen.

Alt var godt undtagen morgen maden.. det var absolut ikke pengene værd.. alt brød var helt vildt tørt, kaffen smagte forfærdeligt.. og der var kun 2 stykker pålæg at vælge imellem og så en ost der smagte af smør.. rørægene var så smattet og fedtet at jeg ikke engang gad og smage på det

Although the room was very small, it was perfect for me. All areas of the building were very clean and I enjoyed the breakfast bar every day.

Muy bueno el desayuno

Had everything I needed for my stay with bed, fridge, microwave, TV and shower. It was perfect for a home base with the essentials while I spent my time exploring the city. The hotel was inexpensive and the added breakfast in the morning was fantastic to get the day started without worrying about finding a cafe to eat in the morning.

The breakfast was good. The lightswitches in the apartment were a bit weird. All in all it was a comfortable stay.
