The supermarket is placed within a few minutes. Very silent and facility is good. The dishes, glasses, cups are enough. The washing machine is fine. I would like to stay here again when I'll come to Aalborg! Note: No man in the office on Sunday and holidays.

The keypad for entry is a major nuisance, especially in cold weather when your fingers are freezing, and you need to hit the small numbers - getting the key/fob made everything so much easier. TV Netflix was logged in to an Asian language and we couldn't figure out how to get out to log in our own account in one apartment. The TV remote controls are HORRIFIC and the FINLUX TVs are really not that great from an operating standpoint for foreign users. We will definitely still come back...

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist nüchtern aber durchaus wertig. Vom Herd bis zum Waschtrockner uns Kaffeemaschine ist alles vorhanden. Leider sind viele Nachrichten auf dänisch und nicht einmal auf Englisch übersetzt. Den Code für die Eingangstüre und die Adresse des Apartments bekommt man erst um ca. 10 Uhr am Tag der Anreise. Sonst eine klare Empfehlung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

We really liked the apartment, and would highly recommend. It was clean and modern. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment as a family of four, and it was a good size. Good kitchen, well equipped to cook meals. Parking was good, and there are electric charging points. It's a bit out of the centre, but not far if you have a car.

Property has everything you could want to keep a vacation and associated costs low. Full kitchen, washer/dryer combo, balcony, dishwasher and all the small appliances. Transportation right nearby. Maybe if I had known buses ran regularly from the Central Station I could have saved myself a taxi trip on my initial trip to the apartments. I used public transport all subsequent trips into the city centre. A little kiosk to dispense small sizes of seasonings and condiments would have helped homemade breakfasts lunch and dinners more flavourful. Very modern facility.

Meget søde og hjælpsomme receptionister. Der var lidt bøvl med en varmeveksler som der blev taget hurtig hånd om. Lidt beskidt i lejligheden, glas, service, grydeskeer mm var ikke vasket af. Det ville være rart med en lænestol.

Støvsugning kunne godt have været bedre. Der var lidt nus, da vi ankom. Og man havde ikke gidet løfte tæppet og lige støvsuge ordentligt bare mellem/ved gulv og tæppe i hvert fald. Skabslåger i køkken og chatol er forfærdelige. Dårlige greb (ingen greb), der er svære at åbne. Ellers meget fint sted. Forholdsvis centralt og i øvrigt flere busser tæt ved hotellet. Rigtig god kommunikation med receptionen, hvis brug for hjælp. Generelt stor hjælpsomhed fra receptionspersonalets side. Kontakt primært via tlf. inden ankomst.

Es war sehr warm im Studio und die Bettdecken sehr dick. Ein Kopfpolster hatte innen Knoten und es wären 2 Polster je Person schön gewesen. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung gut. Lage auch gut.

Een uitstekend appartement. De enige tekortkoming bij ons was dat er geen gordijn is om het raam van de voordeur te verduisteren. Er kwam erg veel licht van het trappenhuis binnen, als je van een donkere kamer houd is dat dat best lastig.

Fin og delikat leilighet. Har alt en familie på 4 trenger. Her kan vi gjerne bo igjen. Skal man sette fingeren på noe, må det være at det var veldig varmt i leiligheten og ikke hadde varmepumpe for avkjøling eller et velfungerende AC/ ventilasjon. Man må lufte, men da vi var der, blåste det fælt.

Mooie en nette appartementen in het oosten van Aalborg. Rustig gelegen en goed bereikbaar. De inrichting is wat karig voor 4 of meer personen. De bedden zijn wat zacht en de kussens ultradun, de bedbank is dan juist weer (kei)hard. Verder prima, modern en schoon.

Vi var tilfreds med indretning af lejligheden, og med alt andet som sådan. Dog var der visse mangler, f. Eks. Ingen håndsæbe på toilet. Intet vaskepulver. Intet skohorn. Kun 3 toiletruller til 2 folk i en uge. Sofaen var ikke god at sidde i, og sengene var for bløde

Rigtig god lejlighed, rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til motorvej og til køreture i Nordjylland. Stille og roligt område med indkøbsmuligheder i gåafstand. Jeg kan varmt anbefale at leje en ferielejlighed der.

Ein wirklich schönes kleines Apartment. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles wirkte noch total neu, dabei ist die Anlage schon 6Jahre alt. Etwas abseits der Stadtmitte, aber mit Auto kein Problem. Es fahren auch regelmäßig Busse.
Ein wirklich schönes kleines Apartment. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles wirkte noch total neu, dabei ist die Anlage schon 6Jahre alt. Etwas abseits der Stadtmitte, aber mit Auto kein Problem. Es fahren auch regelmäßig Busse.

We really liked the apartment, and would highly recommend. It was clean and modern. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment as a family of four, and it was a good size. Good kitchen, well equipped to cook meals. Parking was good, and there are electric charging points. It's a bit out of the centre, but not far if you have a car.

I've stayed at the property 5 times for a total of 4-1/2 months. This facility offers non-serviced apartments. This is not a hotel in the US sense. There is no service desk, pool, breakfast service, etc. It is a small apartment complex with all short term rentals. Most everything is done by email or text. Accommodations are a bit spartan but always clean and well maintained. Quiet setting, very quiet inside apartment. Other renters are courteous and by largely keep to themselves. This property has worked out exceptionally well for my needs (~1 month business trips to AAL)

Love the automatic check-in and check-out process, which helps us save a lot of time. The location is really nice, if you like peace and quiet, away from crowds and traffic. And it is a big plus for a family with kids, because there are a few kindergartens around, where your kids could go in and play. The only minus is that we couldn’t turn off the heater, when we prefer a cold night sleep. Anyway we keep coming back to this hotel apartment every year.
