Francesca did a good job at checkin. Bed was comfortable. Tv had many English speaking programs. Internet was very good. Kitchen and laundry soap supplied but bring your own shower soap and shampoo. Appliances were good. The location has a big parking problem. There are no taxi stands nor metro nearby. If you call a taxi you must speak Italian. There was one taxi that responded in English but never showed up is spite of numerous calls. I called host to help but she did not respond. We missed our bus to Sorrento. If you’re an excellent walker you may do well.
Francesca did a good job at checkin. Bed was comfortable. Tv had many English speaking programs. Internet was very good. Kitchen and laundry soap supplied but bring your own shower soap and shampoo. Appliances were good. The location has a big parking problem. There are no taxi stands nor metro nearby. If you call a taxi you must speak Italian. This was our last stop of our trip, it was nice to have our own space in an apartment as we had been staying in hotels along the way. Very close to the colosseum as stated and many grocery stores and restaurants close by. Easy accessible to public transport. The only negative I would say is that the shower and washing machine were not very clean.

The apartment is spacious and located in a small, quiet neighborhood just off the street leading to the Colosseum. Despite a few issues during our stay, I still gave it four stars thanks to Christina’s care and responsiveness.We experienced some problems—the AC wasn’t working for part of our stay, the safe was not functional, and the building’s front door was broken. While I understand that unexpected issues can happen, especially in an older Roman building, I do feel that many of these could have been addressed before guests arrived.That said, Christina handled everything with professionalism. She issued a refund for the days we were without AC and even had her nephew bring us a standing fan, which was a huge help given the intense summer heat in Rome.I recommend confirming the apartment’s amenities with the host before your arrival. Christina was incredibly responsive and helpful—and to me, that’s one of the most important aspects of a great Airbnb experience.

The location was convenient to the more touristy spots in Rome, but is not in center city if that’s what you’re looking for. We appreciated that aspect of it. It was easy to find and a quick walk to the colosseum as stated in the listing. The property owner/manager was helpful and accommodating by allowing for an earlier check-in. When we had to make changes to the itinerary, it was no issue. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning.

The apartment was perfectly adequate for our few days. Nice to have a lift at the end of long days of walking/sightseeing. Air conditioning is a plus for a good nights sleep. Close to all types of public transportation. You can see the Colosseum when walking to the apartment- it’s that close!

The place enhanced our experience! Not only is the location very convenient to the Colosseum area but the apartment is located in a very old building with beautiful architecture and a very traditional Roman style of living. Our host Cristiana was AMAZING to work with! She arranged things special for us to make check in no stress after our flight was canceled. A lot of thought has been put into the apartment and it has a very nice style and decor and the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It had everything we needed including a clothes washing machine. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

Our host Cristiana was AMAZING to work with! She arranged things special for us to make check in no stress after our flight was canceled. Me and my kid stayed here when we were passing by on our trip through Italy and Spain. This is the only place out of multiple rentals and hotels that didnt have a sewer smell. The washer/dryer worked really well. I was so happy! The location is great, close to the colosseum and the train station. Theres a coffee shop a few feet away from the apt building. Plenty of food near you, we really liked Coming Out Rome, excellent food. Prompt communication with the hosts at all times. Would def recommend.

The apartment was lovely, clean and well supplied, maybe some new dishes are needed and a couple of dish drying clothes. Christina was great with her communications and the girl who let us in was very helpful (it was her first time handing over). The location and area was excellent with loads of restaurants to choose from. It was lovely to come back, after a long hot day walking about, to a comfortable apartment and not far to walk for dinner. We had a great stay, thank you.

I looked all over the internet to find somewhere to stay when my husband and I went to Italy for the first time. I came across this location and it lived beyond my expectations. It was clean, organized, very cozy. The bed was comfortable! It was very easy to check in and the owner was available to answer questions about the area throughout our stay. I would without a doubt recommend this place to family and friends. My husband and I had the best time in Italy because we knew we had a safe and cozy place to go back to every night.

We stayed at the flat for three nights in September. It was very clean and comfortable and walking distance to the Colosseum, restaurants and other points of interest. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome.

1 of the towels was dirty (looked like it fell on the floor), silverware wasn't cleaned properly and there was mold all over the shower and bathroom. To be fair...the host offered to have someone come and clean it. But I didn't really want anyone to come and clean with all of our stuff there and while we were in the apartment. It looks like it needs a good bleaching.

This apartment was brilliant for our needs. It had everything we could have hoped for and more. There wa da bus right outside the door; Mini marts as well, everything was so easy to access. Communication with the hosts was top notch, easy check in and check out process. Would highly recommend. Would stay there again for sure!

The apartment is perfect for 3 people. Comfortable bed and pull out couch. Lots of cupboard and closet space and big bathroom. The location is close to the Collesum and many restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Terrific Rome apartment. Well equipped, super comfortable, and very spacious. Cristiana always answered our questions immediately. The location was absolutely perfect. The apartment is depicted well in the photos, it is efficiently laid out and very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and the location. We wanted to revisit several nearby sites, so we used it as a 2 day layover and it was perfect. Christiana was very easy to communicate with and the check in process couldn't have been easier. And she allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for everything.

Check in was perfect. Our collaborator went over everything with my son and myself. She even arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station on Christmas Day. Christina was in touch with me either through e mail or what’s app. Very clean, comfortable. We walked to the Colloseum. Beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Cristiana was so helpful to our needs while we were in Rome. She even arranged for transportation to the airport for our flight home. The apartment was immaculate, and close to the Colosseum. I highly recommend her for your stay.

Cristiana helped us with our transfer from the airport to her apartment and made everything very easy. It came with two bikes that we did not use but cool to have if you want to ride around. When checking in they did not speak much English so couldn’t fully understand when she was trying to show us the map of the area, but it didn’t matter because she was still so sweet and helpful. Perfect for our two day trip before heading to the amalfi coast.

The apartment was just as advertised. It worked great for us. The location was convenient, near the Coliseum. Cristiana was very accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and she arranged for us to leave our luggage until the apartment could be prepared for us. When it was time to leave, we had a half-hour between check-out time and when our driver was picking us up. She let us stay in the apartment the extra half-hour.

The apartment is depicted well in the photos, it is efficiently laid out and very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and the location. We wanted to revisit several nearby sites, so we used it as a 2 day layover and it was perfect. Christiana was very easy to communicate with and the check in process couldn't have been easier. And she allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for everything.

This apartment was perfect for myself and 2 friends who stayed there. It wasclose to the Colossium area and to public transportation. The neigh orhood was delightful and we appreciated the very informative checkin that we had. Check out was also very simple. If in Rome again this is thebplace to stay.

Francesca did a good job at checkin. Bed was comfortable. Tv had many English speaking programs. Internet was very good. Kitchen and laundry soap supplied but bring your own shower soap and shampoo. Appliances were good. The location has a big parking problem. There are no taxi stands nor metro nearby. If you call a taxi you must speak Italian. There was one taxi that responded in English but never showed up is spite of numerous calls. I called host to help but she did not respond. We missed our bus to Sorrento. If you’re an excellent walker you may do well.

The place enhanced our experience! Not only is the location very convenient to the Colosseum area but the apartment is located in a very old building with beautiful architecture and a very traditional Roman style of living. Our host Cristiana was AMAZING to work with! She arranged things special for us to make check in no stress after our flight was canceled. A lot of thought has been put into the apartment and it has a very nice style and decor and the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It had everything we needed including a clothes washing machine. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

You walk out the door and can see the collissem. Just a few blocks down. Very close to good restaraunts . The place was perfect for us and our stay. Would definetly stay again.

We absolutely loved this flat in Rome! Wonderful authentic restaurants nearby and so close to the Colosseum and public transportation. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Cristiana was the most fabulous host! She was so accommodating and the communication was perfect.
