A great few days. Lovely place to stay. Had the family to visits for swim and dinner. The pool are was enjoyed by all and the bar-b-que area was great. Hopefully we will be back.

Stayed here when attending a nearby conference. Very spacious apartment with a beautiful big balcony overlooking the lake, with a lovely walking track around the water. Big new shopping centre nearby with grocery store and lots of dining options. 1-bedroom apartment contained full kitchen inc. oven. Apartments are directly opposite the hospital. Only negative was that the main bedroom had an external window out to the corridor, and every time anyone walked past the automatic light lit up the room, even with the blind and the curtains drawn. Other than that, it was perfect.

Loved the quiet area and walkable to food or shops. The view of the lake out front from the balcony and the walk around it was great. The pool was out of order for 48 hours but that did not hamper the stay. The set of towels in the main bedroom were a bit thin and scratchy but the ones in the 2nd bedroom were the opposite.

The water pressure wasn’t so good and the hot water didn’t last long. Needs blockout blinds in bedrooms. The pool could do with a shade sail. The staff were great and friendly also so helpful

underground carpark exceptionally small and you needed to be very careful when parking, lucky I had a small car. the room was a simple small room you shared the hall with another room It had what I needed for a couple of nights accommodation. close to an amazing thai restaurant in walking distance.

I stayed with my sister and nephew for 2 nights over the school holidays. The complex is quite new, 7 yrs old. We had a large 2 bed 2 bath unit on level 1 with massive balcony. Balcony was very dusty and needed a good clean. The outdoor table and chairs needed cleaning. The bathrooms had mold on the metal parts. The inside of the front door had a lot of black dust in the frame. Right before the Broncos v Penrith game all the electricity went off suddenly. The female manager was still on site even though she said she was leaving in 5 minutes for the day, She called a man to come and turn it back on. Catastrophe averted. We watched the game! However, after the game, we went to have a shower but there was no hot water. We called and got through to the night manager and he said he couldn't get a sparky in until the morning but offered for us to shower in another unit when we returned from going out. We all had showers at 11 pm. The electrician came around the next morning when we were leaving and said that the hot water system had sparked out and that triggered the power outage. We were relieved there was no fire in the laundry (as there had been at our own building in Brisbane a week earlier set off by a dryer). We had been using the washing machine and dryer and that had set off the problem apparently. I asked to be compensated for one night for the inconvenience and was offered $50.

Great area right on water, easy parking and room was spotless. Reception staff extremely helpful. Foxtel included! Can't fault this place at all, the best so far on my road trip from Sydney to Cairns and good price.

Beautiful view of the lake. Great size apartment. However, Floors were very dirty (kids had black feet and legs from playing). Would highly suggest they get more black out type blinds for the lounge as in summer it is super bright and the kids are awake at 4.30 with the light.

Good location, great apartment, very comfortable and a lovely view. Only marked down a little due to cleanliness, kids got black feet from walking around, shower had some mould and used milk carton was left in fridge. Otherwise, would def stay again.

Location was great for where we needed to be. The views over the lake were excellent however the apartment could certainly have been cleaner. Carpets and kitchen floor were dirty. The pillow cases on the spare pillows in the robe were dirty. Signage could be improved (no signs in the lifts to indicate the location of the pool) No in room compendium to indicate where one might get a meal in the local area. All in all rather disappointing for the price.

The unit was quiet and in a good location. Unfortunately the unit was not clean. The bed was made but the bed sheets and mattress protector was so dirty. The toilet was still dirty from previous guests. The blankets were dirty also with marks on it. I had to contact the front desk so they could come and check it out. They arranged for the cleaner to come and change the bed sheets. After travelling for almost 3 hrs all I wanted was to rest and I had to wait for all to be sorted and get a clean bed. So I don’t think it was a good experience.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Parking is very difficult to get in and out of and the rooms couldn’t been cleaner. They carpets and couches needs to be steam cleaned. Not many place to eat close by. Very limited.

We booked a standard suite but obviously did not pay sufficient attention to the photos beforehand. This was not a suite, it was a small bedroom with a microwave and a fridge in it. If you can touch all of the walls of the room from the bed, it's not a suite. Our neighbours were really noisy as was the car park opposite. The windows in the room were high level and low level so you couldn't actually se anything out of them; this wasn't such an issue as our room was at the back of the p2facing the aforementioned noisy car park.

King size beds in all rooms, plush mattress toppers creating ultimate comfort, ducted aircon which is a great addition to have to make the whole family comfortable, perfect view and spacious room all for a very affordable price! Only thing which was annoying was the hot water taking forever to come through the shower then after 30seconds to a minute it would turn cold again.

We stayed in a beautiful unit that had a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Overall, stay was good. However, the shower head in the shower was old and wouldn't stay in place for the water to spray downward. Also, the carpet in the bedroom is very old and stained...could use a bit of an upgrade.

The room was extremely noisy, I could hear the person in the next room on their phone, and their TV program. Doors were constantly banging. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, hard to have a restful stay.

One night stay, studio was compact but everything you need. Directions from staff were very good but there pre checkin when arriving after hours is a bit of a pain. Found keys & letter for gaining access from garage but went out for dinner & had no idea on how to gain access to the front door so had to go via the garage. Other than that great location, clean & tidy.

Bed not so comfortable. Received an email 30 minutes before reception closes to tell us that we wont be able to checkin in person. Problem is, we did not have internet access while on the road. Had to check in via phone which will cost me extra money because its international call.

Nothing especially unique about this property but a very comfortable and clean establishment. I did after hours check in - would have appreciated being told my envelope contained a car park map as I circled park multiple times to find my space as numbers not consecutive. Would have appreciated numbers directing me to my room as I left the lift too as I did not know which way to go.

We did not know what to expect staying at the Aquarius. We required accommodation near the medical facilities in the area. The check in was quick and professional. The young lady at the counter was welcoming, helpful, friendly and very professional. The room was large, well set out and clean. The view of the water was lovely as it took your attention away from all the rooftops of houses and apartments. It was a very pleasant and easy walk along the boardwalk to the local Stocklands where there were a variety of restaurants.

Apartment was close to everything we needed , communication was excellent and support last minute changes was prompt and efficient . Apartment had all the amenities needed only recommendation would be 2 chairs rather than one great outdoor eating spot but would be nicer if you wanted to eat or have a coffee in the room that one person didn’t have to sit on the bed

We were visiting a friend who worked at the nearby hospital and this is an Ideal place to stay. We arrived by car and weren't fully aware of the parking arrangements but there is a dedicated spot in the secure underground parking lot. The rooms were clean and spotless, comfortable bed good air conditioning set at 18 Deg min, nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen and laundry space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area around the hospital.
