Nicely refurbished hotel. I assume this, since it looks to have been in the area for a long time but many of the amenities in the rooms are new, such as a walk-in shower (not a tub) and two-button flush toilet. Very clean, mostly quiet. The hotel sits on the service road of a major Interstate highway, so the dull roar of traffic all night (with occasional sirens) was ever-present, but only really noticeable if there was no other sounds in the room (TV and such). The complimentary breakfast was about as expected: scrambled eggs and breakfast meat (sausage or bacon, depending on the day), small muffins, self-serve waffle maker, small selection of kids' cereals. Everything was attended to and kept fresh, and the dining area kept clean. The single elevator car was adequate, as there was no large crowd of people awaiting a ride to their floors. My only complaint was the ice making machine was out of service on my floor. The king bed was very comfortable, plenty of comfy pillows, and a big screen TV. The hotel even provided a FREE toothbrush when I went downstairs to the little market to buy one. The little things matter.

My Expedia reservation was not honored. I had to pay higher rates for a new reservation. We waited an hour for the hotel and Expedia to communicate. The receptionist was unprofessional and cursed at other people, including the employee in training, in front of me. The rooms were not vacuumed. The bath towels were stained with brown and orange colors. The pool was not clean. They started cleaning it Thursday morning. We checked in Monday.

Hotel was conveniently located. Nice to have a refrigerator, though I had to pull it out and plug it in to get it to work. The separate sofa in the "suite" area was nice. The cost of the room was quite reasonable, but the PET FEE was absolutely OUTRAGIOUS! $150 for a pet fee for our well-behaved 8-pound dog was just out of line. Good thing everything else was reasonable!

Pretty average hotel experience, staff was amazing and service was amazing but just kind of run down. Every single linen had some sort mystery stain or hole and the walls look like they just need new paint or a really good wipe down. The beds were hanging off the frames a noticeable amount. Even the lobby furniture could use some love, not dirty per se just need some attention. Pool was closed which wasn’t detrimental but would have been nice to know before booking. Once again, the staff was amazing and very friendly and even when I called with questions they seemed more than happy to help me out.

During my 3 night stay my room was never attended to. I didn't have a do not disturb sign hanging on the door knob so why did they not service the room?? The furniture/chairs in the dining area were beyond their service life.

The hotel was nice. The only issues I had was the shower water pressure was not coming out strong enough. Also somebody just randomly banged on my door really loud at 5 something in the morning one of the nights I was there and woke me up. I also didn’t like how you couldn’t open the windows and the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working. But the hotel was nice and comfortable to stay in.

Room was decent, but showing wear. Hook on bathroom door fell off the wall when I hung a shirt on it. Breakfast area chairs are all peeling and wore out. No changes in breakfast offerings for 3 mornings. Property shows wear but better overall than some. Just needs focus on areas guests see and replace or repair things like all the dining chairs, elevator buttons wore off, and overall upset of things like carpet and landacape

DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was dirty, there were spiders under the bed, hair and trash underneath the matress, the walls were digusting, burn holes in the matress cover, and rips in the carpet. We immediately left. I tried to get a refund for our stay and they lied about the entire experience saying things that didn't happen.

I reserved this hotel due to great ratings. However, No greetings from staff, especially the manager. When we approached her, she did not budge to say hi. The first room we had, one of the pillows has pink stain. The sheet was ripped…WTH! So they transferred us to another room. That room, not sure if it’s worse than the 1st one because the curtains have stains of mold-like and not only that the side of the bed has a huge stain, mold- like as well. I took some pics. The furniture, the coach in the room needs to be replaced AND the bed also….gross! I was afraid to look even further about the bed. The furniture, we dare not to sit on it. And the common area of the hotel, the chairs ALL need to be replaced! The cushions of all of the dining area were pealed. It’s disgusting. Ok I cannot go on anymore. Yes, we stayed for 4 nights. The outside is very deceiving. I will NOT stay at this hotel.

My wife has physical limitations and when we checked in, the front desk made sure we got the most accessible room. Rooms were huge for the price and us and our 2 adult kids were comfortable. Breakfast was basic eggs, sausage biscuits, waffles etc, but quite serviceable considering it's included.

We liked the location. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. We found a piece of hair on the bedsheet. It seemed like they didn't change the bedsheet. The traffic noise from I-35 was pretty loud.

While there was nothing wrong with the property, you can tell it needs some care. The furniture in the lobby is worn out, elevators and hall walls felt unkept. Room was in good order. You get all the non-stop traffic noise from I-35 on rooms on that side of the building. Hot breakfast was good.

I was very disappointed with my stay. First, I had to pay a $25 fee just to check in three hours early, even though the hotel was nearly empty and our room was already ready. Second, the hallways had no air conditioning and were unbearably hot, which caused condensation that puddled into our room. The carpet and bedspread felt damp whenever the air conditioner was off for a while, and the whole room felt uncomfortably moist once it warmed up. When I informed the hotel staff, they seemed confused about the room conditions, though they did admit maintenance was working on the hallway AC. It did get slightly cooler as our stay continued. Third, for $95 per night, the room did not meet expectations. The pillows were old, flat, and in desperate need of replacement. The tub and bathroom borders were rusty, which was unappealing. Lastly, the curtains were a major issue—there were only sheer curtains covering the window, and while there were blackout curtains, they were fixed on the sides purely for decoration and couldn’t be closed to block the sunlight. I did not try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, based on these experiences, I will not be returning.

I had a confirmed paid booking. On the day of, I called them to let them know I would be arriving late. They found my reservation said no problem. When I landed in Austin at 12:30am on Friday night, got an email that said my reservation was canceled. Called them and they said the hotel was oversold so the system automatically canceled my booking. No apology and said they would find me a replacement. I chatted with hotels.costumer service and they said the same thing but. Pups not help resolve the situation.

To begin our stay we received the keys to what we thought was suppose to be our room but walked into a room that was already occupied and had another families belongings scattered. Thankfully, no one was in the room so we closed the door and went back down to the front desk to get a room that was clean and ready for us. The man working the front desk never said sorry for the mistake but rather passed blame on another employee for not making sure the rooms were correct. Over the course of our 4 night stay we never received housekeeping and we did not have the “Do not Disturb” sign up because the room did not have one available to use. Since we never had the room turned over for us, on the third night we went down to the front desk and asked for clean towels and after about a 10 minute search we were handed pool towels, which seemed to be half the size of shower towels; we let it be and used those for the night. The positives of the hotel were its easy access to the freeways to get around town and the A/C might have been the best I’ve ever seen because the room was always comfortable even in the middle of June in Austin.

It was ok, nothing spectacular. If you stay more than a day, they don't replace towels or make up the beds. You need to ask for it. They should get a door hanger for this purpose. We had asked for connecting rooms but they gave us rooms next to each other. They said they don't have connecting rooms. Since it is on the one way frontage road, if you miss the entrance, you need to detour about a mile.

The location was convenient, away from the rush but not far away from everything at all. The hotel itself seems new and was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not stellar and was hit and miss daily (have never seen a breakfast setup without bacon before). Overall it was a good and would stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly. However, I give this motel an average rating: 1) No USB ports in the room 2) No Business office or designated area. No computer or terminal for guest use. 3) Breakfast offerings were very mediocre: two sugary cereals and rice crispies; no oat meal or healthy offering. 4) No variety in breakfast offering: same old same old every morning. 5) Chairs, cushions and covers in breakfast area were worn out and need replacing. 6) The Comfort Suites in Buda, TX a few miles down the road do not have the negatives I have mentioned.

The hotel itself is clean and decent. Parking was a little tight for the area and construction. The staff wasn't very friendly no greetings or smiles. The door to my room constanly malfuctioned. The shower and tub connections was not working properly. The breakfeast options were not the best as everything tasted old and dry.

Handled eclipse rushed very well and had rooms cleaned prior to checking in. The staff was very nice and breakfast was great--loving the texas sized waffles! Overall, always my pick for Austin travel!
