Parking was difficult, room was clean and nice, air conditioning was not working. But the staff moved us to another room.

Amazing experience Upon arrival they greet you with a shot of tequila. Was delicious! Hotel clean, it’s beautiful and coz. Staff professional, informative and kind They will accommodate all your requests. They provide courtesy breakfast and. It just any breakfast. Good breakfast! The hotel is close to walking distance to the plaza El Paraian and you can explore in the surrounding with no need transportation. They offer a tours to Ajijic & Chapala for $650 per person 7-8 hour tour. They also offer Tequila tour. Was enough to enjoy that side of the area. Was a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent staff and service. The location is close enough to Tlaquepaque and there is parking onsite. There is a light flavorful breakfast provided. Great option for a quick getaway.

The room wasn't very clean. I almost lost my flight because they locked the hotel and couldn't get out until another guest opened the garage. My Uber was waiting at 3:40am

the bed covers had blood stains, regardless of if they switched out the covers, the new ones had blood stains too. & one of the receptionists had really bad attitude.
