The hotel is in a good location. The smaller rooms are made such that the shower is in the same room as the bedroom. While this might or might not be your preference, the problem is that when there is a bad smell from the drain (which was the case in our room) it seeps into the whole room. Not very comfortable, in other words.

I was given a room towards the noisy mall which was not really expected. Apart from this the hotel is spot on with regards to location. During checkout I forgot my credit card holder at the counter. We had a wonderful stay at the Trademark Hotel! The access to food, dining, and shopping are unmatched. The staff were lovely and the in-room dining service was great. I loved the spa products featured in each room, and it had one of the best showers I’ve ever had! We opted for a terrace room and it was worth the extra spend. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely ☺️

The hotel is located at one of the ends of Tribe Village Market, a beautiful mall area, with many shops and restaurants. One of few areas in Nairobi where you can walk even late at night safely. The hotel upgraded my room to one with an outdoor terrace: very enjoyable. Service was at all times excellent. Very near the UN regional centre. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at Trademark a few times now and I love the hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel is always clean, the breakfast is excellent and the location is great with Village Market next door. HOWEVER- on this last trip the WiFi kept kicking me out and was completely unreliable for my 4 day stay. I could not do my work and hosting Zooms was not possible. For this reason and this reason alone/ I will not return to Tradmark as I spent 4 days struggling with the WiFi. I am in Nairobi all the time now and was hoping to have Trademark as my "home base" but for business travelers, I would recommend another hotel, maybe Radission or Pullman. I've stayed at both and never had issues with WiFi. For tourists this will not be a concern but for a business traveler, it is a huge issue.

There was lots of construction noise and conference noise so I requested to be moved to a quieter area. Was pleased when they upgraded me to a suite on the 8th floor that was much more quiet. I was able to relax, work, and get myself ready for a work trip. Breakfast at Harvest is always great, love Pasta Republic and Hero for dinner. Will be back

My only complaint is the room shower is not private and the toilet door is frosted glass. this made sharing a room with a friend awkward. I will be returning to this hotel in the future with my husband. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help with anything I needed or just to chat about the hotel, excursions and info about Nairobi.

It was my worst check-in ever due to some misunderstanding, confusion, and a hostile front desk woman. After 1.5 hours, a wonderful person sorted things out and checked me in. From there on it was a wonderful stay. All other staff (including guest relations managers) I encountered were friendly and warm.

They switched me to a different hotel (supposedly an upgrade) without informing me. The "upgrade" room was in a sub-basement with no view, and I had to carry my bags up from the sub-basement up the stairs. The restaurants and bar were overpriced and had poor service.

The personnel were calm, courteous, helpful, caring and competent at their jobs. We felt completely safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was right there. The staff made us feel so comfortable. The food at the Harvest Restaurant was excellent as well as BangBang. Shopping was marvelous. Nowhere else in the world did we find people who were soft in speech and never shouting. Definitely would stay here again. We used the laundry service twice and all perfect.

An incredible business stay - impeccable staff trying to help at any given time and keeping their promises to follow up even the smallest detail. Very friendly and professional. Additionally, rarely have I experienced a support team for a workshop in a hotel that functioned on such high level of quality. Everything worked as discussed and even last minute changes were implemented with a smile! Seriously highly recommended hotel for leisure and work!

Extremely happy with the hotel and the staff. We were treated so kindly at check-in by Ms. Esther and helped by everyone else with all kinds of questions and needs we have. The location can't be beat. So convenient to stay at the mall, especially if you have children. Just spend the extra money and stay here, you will not regret it.

Location is perfect as Village market has everything you need, and great mall to stroll, enjoy a coffee and refreshments, dine and shop. We found this really handy. The hotel had great service, everyone was very pleasant. We had some issue with the wifi in the room, and we were provided with a dongle quickly. The hairdryer was not working but that was replaced immediately too. All and all great service. Breakfast was great and we even had dinner at the harvest restaurant and it was delicious. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay

Our vacation in Africa started at the Trademark hotel. The staff were amazing and welcoming. I loved their smiles. They made us feeling relax and comfortable. Very nice hotel to stay at. I highly recommend it. The location is nice, just a little bit away from downtown Nairobi.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the staff is very professional. The location adjoining the Village Market provides great dining options and a safe place to kill time. The only downside of this hotel is location to other areas of Nairobi can be difficult with heavy traffic. For me, it’s a perfect place and location for what I am doing.

Badrumsprodukterna är lång från ok. Superdålig kvalitet pump behållare. Använder bara eget. Lotionen var härsken… Gillar att hotellet ligger i en Mal Village Marker. och nära till flera bra restauranger.. hyfsad shopping . Lite för dyrt för sin standard. Dyr medelmåttig frukost.
