all the cars in the parking lot got their windows busted out. overall was fine but could be better. was giving motel vibes

We only stayed one night because we were flying into Nashville late. The furnishings are ultra modern and the room felt very small. The lamps near the bedside hang too low over the nightstands. However, like I said, we were only coming to literally sleep. So, it served its purpose. The breakfast was very good the next morning. I would stay here again if I'm arriving late. The free airport shuttle was also a plus! More information ahead of time on how to call and meet the shuttle would have been helpful. We eventually got thru to the front desk and they talked us through it.

During my stay, there was a lot of noise during the night while trying to sleep. We called front desk, but nothing was really done about it. The next morning after check out, we saw so many cars with broken windows that had gotten broken into.

The room and building were decent enough. But it is a high crime property. Several vehicles were broken into during our first nights stay. When the police showed up to do reports on the damaged vehicles and stolen property they even recommended not staying at this hotel due to the frequency of vehicle break ins.

Beautiful and seems very new. Nice spacious room. Bathroom lighting was very dim though and breakfast wasn’t ready at 6am which was a shame since I had to catch an early flight. Also the shuttle only runs every hour. The drivers were both lovely but it would have been nice to have more frequent loops.

I had a great experience. Started right when I landed. Called the shuttle and was there within 10 minutes. Easy check in once there. Free complimentary bottled water in the lobby. Breakfest was typical hotel breakfast (only until 9am on weekday). Room was spacious and clean with good AC which is a must for me. Offers shuttle to the airport, but unfortunately only on the 10 min. mark of the hour (5:10, 6:10, etc) so took a lyft back to airport as the times didnt work well for my flight. Definitely would stay again. Was about 10 min. from everything I did (downtown, airport, Grand Ole Opry).

Do NOT stay here. Our car window as well as 17 others was was busted out at 6am on Sunday morning. The officer who came to file a report for us told us she was just out there Friday for the same thing, 20 cars and the Saturday before as well. The hotel staff does not care and they will tell you they're not responsible. On the video of my car window being busted out, a red car pulls in, several people get out of the car and they all go through the parking lot busting out car windows and stealing items from cars. Not sure how the staff sitting upfront with the cameras didnt see this happening..It happens so often here they have print outs upfront with the phone number to call to file a police report. Awful experience. Cost us $260 for a new window and that's not even including what was stolen. The walls are also paper thin, we listened to people run up and down the halls all night. They won't refund anything do dont bother asking. The pictures also make it seem as though the hotel is new and it's definitely not. It's an old hotel they threw some paint over

Clean room and bathroom. No frills, but just what was needed for an inexpensive weekend in Nashville.

The staff member was amazing at check in. We really appreciated him. The room is cleam and comfortable as well.

Pillows smelled of body odor. Floor was dirty and holes in the window shade.

Excellent one-night stay. Everything is modern, clean, and in working order. Room was spacious, clean, and bed comfortable.

We stayed for one night before we left for an early flight. The price was excellent and the property is really nice and new. Our problems was the cleanliness. Every chair had a suspicious stain and the mattress looked like somebody was stabbed on it. See the attached pictures. I mean seriously - there is no mattress protector that can fix this. This mattress needs burned and the ashes need an exorcism before being thrown in a volcano. Needless to say we slept in full clothes on top of all the sheets for our quick nap before leaving. That was until our neighbors began slamming doors wrestling at 2 am. For the next hour this continued until we decided we’d rather be at the airport. So all in all we kept our luggage there for a day AND they offer free great value water in the lobby. If this is the experience you are looking for while in Nashville - you’re in luck. We likely won’t be back to a Glo property, which is a shame because the rooms were nice and new and overall pretty cozy. The cleanliness and all night partying, with paper thin walls, makes this a no go for me next time I’m in Nashville.

I am pretty sure there were bed bugs in our room. Three out of four of us woke up with bites on our body that were small and in feed lines, consistent with bed bug bites. When we informed the front desk they did not apologize or even seem concerned. There was also a loose outlet where the microwave and a lamp were plugged in. When i asked to get it fixed they said they would get to it eventually. As a former firefighter I informed them of the shock and fire hazard this posed, but again they seemed indifferent. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this location to anyone.

I’ve stayed here a few times when I travel to Nashville but this stay was the most disappointing. I kept finding straight hair all over the bathroom, the floor was filthy and looked as if it had never been mopped. Even the sheets, were not clean. They had brown and colored stains of makeup and whatever else on them.

It was ok. I won’t be able to clean with my fabuloso at home anymore because the smell was overwhelming. I didn’t need any services while we were there so I couldn’t speak on that. The carpet had awful stains all over it and made me feel gross walking on it. Our shower head had built up gunk too so I felt yuck taking a shower. Lobby was always clean. You could hear everything in your room too. The clock in our room had lots of dirt built up too

Great front desk staff, spacious clean room, quiet area off of road, but if you’re a light sleeper get a high floor as we had kids running above us all night. No career in rooms so noisy above . Walking distance to Agave Mexican restaurant which was good (Dunkin, and a few small restaurants to the right had druggy clientele) . Breakfast was better than other hotels which only serve a muffin. they served biscuits and gravy, eggs. Waffles, packages oatmeal, granola, yoghurt, juices, fresh fruit bagels and danish. Will return.

Seems designed especially for college students or young people. Decor was not aesthetically pleasing for outside that demographic. Did not like sliding door on bathroom as it had gaps. Not enough storage or trash cans. Parking was a nightmare if you came back late. Not enough spaces.

The air conditioning unit in room 205 needs servicing. It made loud vibrating noises off and on all night, making sleep difficult at best.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was not helpful at all when we had noise complaints (it sounded like people were rolling literal bowling balls and stomping above us ALL HOURS of the night and morning - me and my guests got no sleep and spent a lot of our trip irritated. On top of that, one of the mattresses was dirty. I stay in Nashville a lot and will absolutely never ever recommend this place or stay here again. You can tell the building was built extremely cheaply as well.

It is a basic hotel but no carpet in the rooms so it gets loud. The lighting in the bathroom could be better. The mattresses slide around on the base they are on and the sheets come off pretty easy. People were so rude and slamming doors the entire stay but the last two nights, the people upstairs made the most noise ever from 10 p.m. to midnight each night. One night our beds actually rattled from upstairs.

Modern and spacious room

Room was very clean the hallways smeeled like they had just cleaned the carpets. Gym was nice and clean the only thing is they didnt have any towels in the gym for use. Staff was friendly and the breakfasr was good.

Waited 35 minutes to check in. Staff member was very unprofessional and moved with no urgency. Room was mediocre at best. Low water pressure. Bed was way too firm.

Paper thin walls. You could hear conversations in adjoining room. All staff were very unfriendly, including the manager. Went to breakfast a half hour before it ended. Very few items were replenished. Attendant was rarely seen. Tables and counter were not being wiped down. Limited parking. Cars were parked on side of driveway. Location was great!

The room was cute and comfortable. The front desk staff wasn’t too helpful, they were not there every time we walked by, and it took 2 of them to answer questions every time which was frustrating and took up more time. Guests had went outside after the front doors locked and were not able to get back in since no one was at the front desk to call.

Clean rooms were welcoming. Was close to the airport. We used Uber for runs to Broadway area (prices ranged from $16 - $40 depending on the time of day youre going downtown or back to the hotel). Decent breakfast - had all the basics of any other hotel breakfast. We'd stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Affordable and clean but hotel is away from the main road

Nice hotel, it’s clean and updated. The people around that area are sketchy. My daughter and wife stayed and the were a little uneasy staying. They said they won’t again

The hotel was very convenient to the airport and a short drive to downtown Nashville. Can’t beat it for the price.

This hotel was terrible. The location was not ideal in terms of safety. The area is sketchy, dark, and there are lots of stray animals and suspicious people

The property was excellent, clean, and the staff was nice. It’s an 7-8 min drive from downtown so perfect for uber or if you have a car. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, airport shuttle very convenient, breakfast was good. Not very walkable to anything. Mexican restaurant and Dunkin nearby, but walk up hill with no sidewalk on somewhat busy street. Overall a good option.

The breakfast was very good - a full breakfast constantly replenished by friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Everything was modern and up-to-date. Only one very small issue of hearing noise from other rooms - very common in hotels anyway.

Most everything was excellent. My only complaints were the beds were very uncomfortable and breakfast was very meager.

The hotel and staff were great. The food was good but the staff was too busy standing around talking. The food containers were empty the garbage can were running over on to the floor the tables were dirty and had not been wiped off , people We’re leaving there garbage on the table because there were no other place to put it. I would recommend staying here just don’t expect much from the kitchen staff.

That’s the first time of staying there. Very nice, clean hotel. I do have a couple of complaints…the coffee pot in our room was really slow. The breakfast was ok, if you ate a waffle; the eggs & sausage & biscuits were bit to cool for my liking. I can’t really eat eggs if they are cold, which these pretty much were cold. The bathroom (ladies) by the dining area was terrible; only 2 worked, not much tissue and it was dark in there. This needs fixing and it would be much better.
