The Global view is a great luxury hotel. The room we had was very luxeriuos and was divided into two different parts: living & sleeping. It was clean and perfect. The hotel sports a caffe which provides excellent cappuccino and very good cakes and pastry. From the two high quality restaurants we chose to have dinner at the Japanese restaurant. The sushi chef & the kitchen provided us with high quality sashimi and sushi and hot dishes. The staff at the resumption desk was very friendly and welcoming. The parking garage provides convenient parking space. The Electric Tramway stops literally at the side entrance and provides transportation to most touristic sites. The Ropeway is in only a 20 minutes walking distance.

Excellent location, excellent view, great room! Very nice and big public bath. Breakfast in the 15th floor was great. The chef will also cook something specifically vegetarian if you ask the front desk staff to add the "vegetarian stamp" to your breakfast vouchers - although there's plenty of vegetarian food from the buffet as well :)

There was leaking under water sink and needed to be fixed next day. Some floors under renovation, very noisily at day time. Even you paid the daily parking fee, no daily pass been given, need to bring the ticket to front desk every time.

スタッフの方は親切で丁寧で良かったです。お部屋は古いです。特にバスルームは古い感じがめだちます。シャワーに入る時バスタブのヘリをまたいで入りますが、その高さがすごく高く、お年寄りにはきっと危ないだろうなと思わず考えてしまうほどでした。特にシャワー後は水で濡れているので私でも滑らないようにするのが大変でした。最上階の朝食ビュッフェは開始時間7時にすぐに行かないと満席で並ぶ事になります。客室清掃の方々は皆ご親切で気持ちよく挨拶もして下さり良かったです。

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Nagasaki station - easiest option is to go out the West exit, turn right and continue walking straight, cross the road (walking past the car park) and continue going until you get to the underpass then cross the road and turn right (walking under the underpass and turn left at the end and straight on (walking over a little bridge) and the hotel is on the right side of the road. The hotel is also literally next to a tram stop, so convenient for exploring the city if you don't want to walk. The room is very spacious and the single twin beds were each small doubles. Going into the hotel lobby is like stepping back in time with a huge grand piano and plenty of seating. This is a vintage hotel with all the trimmings. The staff were great, we arrived too early to check in so left our luggage with them while we went exploring, when we got back it had already been moved into the room. It's not the most modern room and the bathroom could do with updating, but all the basics were there. Nice PJs were provided. There was even a separate section in the room bin for plastic bottles. There is a 24hr Family Mart downstairs, so great for stocking up on snacks. The onsen is large and can fit about 30 people, just remember to take your own towels from the room. Breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western dishes (vouchers provided at check-in) and best of all a good selection of fresh fruit.

Beautiful hotel and rooms! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Loved that the bus stop was right outside the front door and we had a private door to the Food Mart. I gave a 4 because the room was very hot and even with a fan we were unable to sleep.

This hotel is under renovation & my room was in need of renovation. Water leaked from Bathroom. Water leaked from faucets in a living room. No temperature control. Bed was rather hard. No lunch was available. Many hotels available near the train station. I will not recommend this hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights. It locates in front of the bus stop and streetcar stations and is also close to Nagasaki station so it is easy to go out sightseeing. All staffs are very nice and attentive so our stay was amazing. I highly recommend their breakfast buffet if you have a chance!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption begrüßt, auch wenn wir erst sehr spät eingecheckt haben. Man erklärte uns alle Details für den Aufenthalt, auch über die Wäscherei und Bademöglichkeiten. The hotel is also literally next to a tram stop, so convenient for exploring the city if you don't want to walk. The room is very spacious and the single twin beds were each small doubles. Going into the hotel lobby is like stepping back in time with a huge grand piano and plenty of seating. This is a vintage hotel with all the trimmings. The staff were great, we arrived too early to check in so left our luggage with them while we went exploring, when we got back it had already been moved into the room. It's not the most modern room and the bathroom could do with updating, but all the basics were there. Nice PJs were provided. There was even a separate section in the room bin for plastic bottles. There is a 24hr Family Mart downstairs, so great for stocking up on snacks. The onsen is large and can fit about 30 people, just remember to take your own towels from the room. Breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western dishes (vouchers provided at check-in) and best of all a good selection of fresh fruit.

So glamorous, but affordable at the same time. The staff are very polite and professional, and wouldn't let a second pass before hurrying to help you. Very elegant, impressive lobby. Spledid views from the wide room window. Very spacious and comfortable room. I recommend having breakfast at least once, if not included, even just for the view from the 15th floor. Very conveniently located in the town center, near the station and by the streetcar stop. I couldn't recommend it enough

素泊りで予約しました。オプションでの朝食ビュッフェは、体調が良くなかったのと頼むと出掛ける時間が遅くなるので、あと、正直庶民には高いので、コンビニで済ませました。ホテルのビル内のコンビニは便利に利用させて頂きました。宝町バス停の前で、宝町はバス移動に便利で、長崎バスの24時間チケット２枚で2泊3日のバス移動とチケットに含まれているクーポンでお得な入場割引など、きっと元が取れた筈です。
