Excellent location, perfect for a couple. Apartment overlooks Chinatown and is 5mins from the ICC. Very clean and good space which can support your working remotely needs.Was the perfect location to take in a concert. Parking was straight forward under the accomodation. Tim was a wonderful host, very responsive and excellent instructions.

Swimming pool and gym was not accessible as it seems the access keys were lost. On complaining to the owner, I was promised that he will get back to me regarding the access but did nothing about it. Very frustrated with the poor customer service. They should not have advertised about the amenities if they knew the access keys were lost. Will not stay there again.

A very neat & clean unit. A little worn but well presented. Can't remember seeing a photo showing the shower above a bath, which is not our preference however everything worked well. Appreciated the block out curtains in the bedroom, often lacking. Very handy pick up / drop off bay right in front of the building. Tim was a good communicator & the check in details were very clear and even a handy note for the benefit of a taxi driver was included.

The property was fine - perhaps basic shower shampoo/conditioner could be supplied as well as facial tissues and some milk in fridge in future. The apartment is owned by a family business and they couldn't have been more helpful. Be aware if you have a car the parking at 1 Dixon Street is very expensive. Great location for restaurants and very close to Darloing Harbour.

My apartment overlooked dixon street so not much of a view but I was just using it as a base of operations for a week stay. All round great value.

TV in bedroom did not work. Remotes for other TV did not work. DVD player but no DVDs. Half flush on toilet did not work. No bath towels. No sharp knives in kitchen. The shower head is way too low for anyone over 5’10”. Towel rack fell apart when I put a towel on it. Poor communication. Problem getting keys to the room. I went to the front desk and they told me to call Expedia. Expedia told me to call VRBO. VRBO told me to call the owner. Owner number never supplied. Went back to front desk and they told me to come back in two hours.

The property is well located, comfortable and provided for needs. The Seasons Hotel staff were helpful. What I didn't like was: The main light in the bedroom was not working and one bed lamp was too dim. The instruction to remove rubbish to the basement bins was not up-to-date as the bins were not in the basement area. Others obviously also had the same issue leaving their rubbish beside the lifts. Having only one key was awkward and given the instruction that we would need to pay $200 to have it replaced, if lost, was unfriendly. Surely you could provide 2 keys and leave another with the hotel staff. The shower in the bath was hazardous for anyone over 65 and I suggest you install a grab rail on the wall.

The location of this apartment is superb. It’s close to Darling Harbor and Chinatown where you can find many restaurants. It’s also a 4 minute walk to the light rail which takes you to Circular Quay. The apartment is clean and comfortable but not luxurious. Everything we needed is there including washer and dryer, microwave and cook top. Our host was very accommodating and responsive and offered us an extra free day as we had a late flight leaving Sydney. For a city apartment, it was quite quiet and we didn’t hear much city noise except on Friday night.

Great location with 1 block walk to lite rail. Easy access from there to ferries. We enjoyed the opera, zoo and the town of Manly with its fantastic beach. Perfect for 2. If you like food there are probably 100 restaurants within a half mile.

We had a great stay. 3 days of siteseeing. Easy to navigate. I will say the shower head is low. Anyone over 5'8" has to duck. We had one night of no tv due to cable issues. Also 1 night of no hot water. But that was probably out of the property owner's control. Proper owner met us for early check in which wad great

Well equipped unit in a great location. We arrived late at night and the hosts were there to meet us with the keys and a smile! Easy walking distance to attractions, supermarket and we used the light rail to get around. Overall a great place to stay.

Was our first time in Sydney where we came to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The location is near Darling Harbour right in the heart of China town. Getting around was easy as what wasn't within walking distance could be gotten to inexpensively via public transit. The George Street light rail is just a couple blocks away and gets you to whatever ferries, trains or busses you need to get wherever you want to go. There are many good restaurants within walking distance including an excellent Korean BBQ right below the apartment as well as other cuisines ranging from Chinese, great seafood and Pub fair to fast food. Circular Quay is about 10 minutes away by light rail. The owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.
