No coffee in the rooms, beds are firm, control room with iPad. Quiet, good location

Yes our room was spotless, rather smaller than we were expecting and it took us a while to find you as your street number wasn't on the final print out and your hotel sign was tiny and hidden at the top of the building. Loved the top floor bar and lounge area, fantastic staff and a good vibe. Thanks.

SMART stay is remarkable! Control wide range of ambient colorful light in the bathroom, climate, TV, cool wakeup alarm progression, blinds and curtains. All that on that and more at your fingertips (iPad). Ironing clothes isn't a problem, dedicated room in each floor. 7th floor lounging area and bar, with outdoor elevated balcony view for a morning coffee and nightly moon seigt. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is really good in general, fresh fruits, the Danish "morgenbord". Secure your luggage in the "Luggage Room" is a great Plus when you have few hours to tour the city prior to a scheduled flight.

The hotel was decent overall. It is VERY close to the Metro and is only 20 minutes from the airport via the Metro. Walking to sites is easy and it is situated close to quite a few grocery stores and restaurants. It is not your typical hotel. The common areas were clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Now for it's shortcomings; they try too hard to make it technology cool and in the process lose A LOT of simple controls. The entire room can be controlled only from an iPad that takes WAY too long to wake up. The room I was in, this automation worked only intermittently. The shower was moldy in all the usual places....ick! The mattress was worn and had sunken spots in it, thankfully, the bed is huge and I slept turned 90 degrees. The rooms do not have kettles so if you want hot water you have to go to the bar which is on the top floor. The rooms have thermoelectric Dometic "refrigerators". All these do is take up space. I asked at the front desk if there was anything I should do and they admitted that none of them work. (just open the interior window like I did to store things that need to be cold). My last "observation" is the cost of the breakfast. It is outrageous and from what I could see not worth it. For the same money, I went to the local markets and bought food for breakfast and lunch for four days. I don't mind spending money, but buying this breakfast would have been a huge waste. I am used to having a kettle and at least bad instant coffee in the room.

Hotel is nice and clean, rooms are small and no coffee or hot water pot although you can go to seventh floor and get them. Room service have to be scheduled a day before. Close to Metro, Tivoli.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e com um ótimo café da manhã. A parte de checkin e checkout do citizenM é um diferencial frente a outros hotéis. Você chega, faz tudo sozinho e em menos de 5 minutos já está no seu quarto. O bar 24/7 também é um diferencial, apesar do preço um pouco mais elevado - foi preferível descer no 7-eleven e comprar cerveja lá pois no bar do hotel o preço era 3x mais caro. Sobre o quarto, esse foi o maior quarto do citizenM que "recebemos". Tinha um bom espaço para as malas o que aliviou o centro do quarto. O controle do quarto pelo iPad também é muito prático e intuitivo. O ponto a melhorar é a limpeza, principalmente na lateral da cama que fica em contato com a parede. Ali se acumula poeira e outras sujeiras. Vale o double check nessa área antes da entrega a outros hóspedes.

Excellent location close to everything either by foot or by public transport. Big drawback - the black mold in the shower on majority of the joints, not something you would expect from a 4* hotel. Hotel is really central and easy to access the Metro and bus links around the city. You can also walk to near by neighbourhoods. The area around the hotel has great bars and restaurants and it was really safe for me to be out at night on my own and making my way home later in the evening. Didn't take breakfast as loads of nice cafes close by. Drinks were nice in the bar and a lovely view over the city.

Nice hotel, no tea or coffee facilities in room, and breakfast is overprices. you would expect at least it to be on par with holiday inn, but the only thing good was the fresh coffee

Room light cleaning is not acceptable. Need cleaning of room everyday for multi day stay.

Overall, great property for the price and the location was excellent. I would give it 3.5 stars because there was mold in the corner of the shower and the sink was clogged. Other than that, it was very clean.

Very modern room with a huge bed. Very comfortable. Just a small area of mould at the bottom of the shower door. I did not have breakfast, so cannot comment.

This is a high-tech, minimalist hotel in a great location - right across from the parliament building, metro station, bus stops, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, Tivoli, central railway station, the pedestrian shopping area, and many more. The rooms are not large, but they have enough space for everything. The only complaint is the mould in the shower stall. This is the first hotel I have come across that uses an iPad to control the lights, communication, curtains, and music in the room.

Had I not been so unwell upon arrival, I would likely have cancelled my stay after seeing the first rooms. When I lay down on the bed in the first room, the mattress slipped – revealing a mess of dust and countless hairs underneath. In the second room I was offered, I even found used tissues. Disgusting! The third room was finally clean and acceptable – but honestly, such things simply shouldn’t happen. On the bright side: breakfast was excellent, with plenty of gluten- and lactose-free options available. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout. One other downside: you can hear every time someone in a neighboring room opens or closes their blinds – and since this happens automatically when entering or leaving a room, it can get annoying, especially at night.

Modernt hotell, men märks att det har några år på nacken. Lite slitet och som ofta lite sterilt och vandrarhemsaktigt, som det blir när det ska va modernt och avskalat. Loungen är dock mysig, fast så mörk att man knappt ser när man ska göra incheckningen då man inte ser rumskorten eller betalterminalen. Gamla iPads som styr rummen men går ganska långsamt. Kunde också haft hotellinfo på dessa, tex om utcheckning. Lite dålig avrinning i duschen som dock var fräsch. Det som är viktigt var dock bra: rent, skön säng, tyst och bra mörkläggning.

Great location, Staff were friendly, check in was easy. Didnt have breakfast but it looked nice. bed was comfy, nice and clean. our only issue was that the bed was closed in so could only access the bed from one side... if i needed the loo or to get out of ebd, i had to climb over my husband.

Every city that we been to, as long as there is a Citizen M we always stay at Citizen M. And this Citizen M at Radhuspladsen , I would happily recommend. As usual the room is very ckean , great mattress and all the controls. Like for the lights, blinds , alarm are all in the ipad. Location is great. Very near to the City Hall, Tivoli, restaurants, grocery store, train station, there’s 7-11, mcDonalds, starbucks, kfFC, very convenient location, I highly recommend this hotel whenever you go to Copenhagen.

Excellent night’s sleep - the room was well soundproofed and had the most effective blackout blinds I have ever seen in a hotel room. Very comfortable

Room is small but clean. The soundproofing is excellent and the blinds black everything out. The ipad control is great. Location is perfect, next to the metro and Tivoli with a good selection of food & drink within 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Our bed was a king bed turned so that one of us would have to climb atop the other to get in. On our final night, we re-made the bed so that we could both have our feet sticking out into the room but this would never do if I were any taller at all. I have never seen such a thing at any hotel and found it unacceptable.

Room was smaller than expected, though well-designed and modern. (Would be better if they can fit a luggage rack). Smart controls, with auto-black-out blinds, excellent! Minor issue with the safe not working, waited for more than 45min to have someone sent to room to investigate. In the end, they switched me to another room. No issue with the safe in the new room. Hotel has a cool lounge / common area, but when I was chilling, other guests were being loud and inconsiderate (they were on a phone with speaker on). Not the hotel's fault.

The location is great. The checkin in the 7th floor was different and fine but staff were never friendly and you literally have to ask to get service. The bed is against wall so your partner has to climb over you. The best part was the blackout blinds and pretty quiet room. Breakfast was too expensive so we didn’t try it.

Excellent location, in the center of the old city/ The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant. The reception staff helped with everything. During medical emergency situation staff members: Stine, Mona, Guosa and Eric acted professionally, called to emergency and were taking care until medical crew arrived. Thank you all.

We had a great 2 night stay at Citizen M. The staff was welcoming and super helpful with restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect , within walking distance of many sites. We’ll be back!

I had the most amazing stay at citizenM Copenhagen Radhuspladsen. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and the staff were exceptional. They made us feel welcomed and the breakfast was amazing. The location was ideal as well! Will definitely be back sometime in the future :)

Excellent location, close to all attractions

Great location for walking around the city and close enough to the metro and bus lines to get anywhere not nearby quickly and easily.

Rooms are very efficient and location is excellent. It is located across the street from a metro stop and easy to get to the airport.

Great location. Located near the city center, with supermarket and convenient store within 5mins walk. The metro, main shopping street and Tivoli are also within 5mins walk. Train station is approximately within 10mins walk. Lots of dining options available nearby as well.

Great value for the money relative to other hotels in the area. Very comfortable and clean room, definitely worthwhile taking the breakfast option!

Friendly staff. Good breakfast- pay for separately. Great balcony. Nice common space on upper level. Not fond of the self check in but staff are there to assist. Comfortable beds.

Great location!! Everything was walkable. Super breakfast. Lots of variety. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Ottimo soggiorno con qualche pecca. Posizione fantastica. Colazione ottima ma poco varia (siamo stati 5 giorni e c’erano sempre le stesse medesime cose. Almeno le uova avrebbero potuto variarle). Pulizia così così. Capelli in stanza, sul letto etc. E non rifacevano nemmeno il letto. Lo facevano una volta ogni 2 giorni! Struttura moderna ma poco pratica. In camera c’era un inutile cassone al lato del letto che toglieva solo spazio rendendo impossibile anche rifare il letto stesso sul quale bisognava arrampicarsi letteralmente. Ma a cosa serviva? Nel complesso impressione positiva
