Studio was compact but brand new, with oven, kitchen stuff and even a washing & drying machine. Rituals cosmetics and bathrobes were a nice touch. Very big shower. Our windows were right next to underground station so closed curtains were a must, otherwise people peek in. HOWEVER, we arrived by car so leaned on receptionist's instructions where to park as neither of us speak German and Chat GPT only takes you so far. We were told that the whole street behind the building has free parking with NO restrictions, they even got us a printout stating it. So imagine how we felt the follwing morning when we walked out of the building and our car was gone?! It turned out that we were towed away due to trees being looped that day, we spent the rest of that day running between police stations, making phonecalls and trying to get our car back. A word of advice: don't advise your guests on problem-free parking unless you actually checked it, it was a very stressful and expensive mistake that you then obliviously refused to deal with. It ruined our stay in Berlin, set us back by €200 plus phone bill, not to mention all the stress and lost time. The fact you refused to even partially reimburse us and took no responsibility is disgraceful.

The High am Park checks all the boxes. What a wonderful experience! Great location, great staff and a great apt. The apartment description was accurate, it was spacious(separate living and bedroom). It was clean and the kitchenette fulfilled all what one would need for a week long stay. I used bothh the mini washer/dryer and dishwasher, visited the organic grocer in the lobby for coffee in th morning, cold drinks (with and without alcohol). The metro entrance is approx 40 ft from the street entrance to the grocer, oh so convenient to get to Berlinale Festival films not playing in the theaters 3 blocks away in Potsdamer Platz. Finally, every member of the staff I met was friendly and helpful with all of my questions.

The apartment was excellent for our needs, spacious, clean and much better insulated against heat and noise than any building in the UK. It’s very central with many sights in walking distance. There is a U ban station right by the door. The only problem was check-in after 7pm. There are no staff at the desk after 7 and we had not received the code to input into the machine. We don’t know if that was a High Park or Expedia problem. They should have known we would be after 7pm.

Super séjour. L’emplacement est top, le quartier est calme et central. Quelques commerces et les transports en commun hyper pratiques. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Bon équipement général. Le balcon donnant sur le parc était un vrai bonheur. Seul petit regret, la réception automatique qui ne fonctionnait pas a mon arrivée, mais j’ai appelé le numéro ou quelqu’un a tout de suite réglé le problème. Je reviendrai sans hésiter!

Great location. Our bathroom drain was clogged. My 15-year-old daughter took a shower, and then there was water everywhere. The rest of us could not shower because we did not have access to anyone to come and fix it that night. The problem was solved the following day at 10 am. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience, we requested a late checkout, and they could not grant it. I asked to give us an extra 30 minutes to get ready and the front desk person said ok. At 12, we had a very rude guy knock on our door to get out.

These apartments are absolutely perfect for the tourist traveller. The accommodation is very well appointed with a kitchenette with hob and microwave, dishwasher and even a washer / dryer! Coffee machine and kettle with tea and coffee refreshed everyday and complementary water at the beginning of our stay. Bed super comfy and bathroom huge. Everything spotless and serviced every day. Reception staff super friendly. Little supermarket and Ubahn station adjacent to hotel. Great location - 20 min walk to Brandeburg Gate. Highly recommended.

Le lit est un peu souple. On apprécie les chaussons et le peignoir. Bref, très bon rapport qualité prix. Adresse à retenir.

Unsere Suite hatte eine angenehme Größe, es war alles sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Sogar das Geschirr wurde in die Spülmaschine geräumt und gespült. Ein großer Balkon zum Frühstücken oder abends sitzen, war auch vorhanden. Die Fenster waren trotz größerer Straße vor der Tür und der U-Bahn gut schallisoliert. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir auch die Lage, der Potsdamer Platz war in 5 Minuten fußläufig bzw. die U-Bahn war direkt im Gebäude. Besser geht es für eine Städtereise nicht. Sollten wir nochmal nach Berlin reisen, werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.
Unsere Suite hatte eine angenehme Größe, es war alles sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Sogar das Geschirr wurde in die Spülmaschine geräumt und gespült. I love our studio, very comfortable, nice shower and comfortable bed. We were without internet the last 12 hrs of our stay, no happy with this situation, we are living in 2025 ! Come on ! Regarding the location, I think that near Alexander platz is a better option because is near the majority of attractions. Lady at the desk should know how to get to the main train station or to the airport, is a classic question from guests.

Appartement assez vaste au 2e étage, proche du centre et bien desservi par les transports en commun ( U, S Bahn et bus) Globalement agréable malgré l'absence de tout système de climatisation. D'autre part, il n'est pas très commode de prendre des repas à 3 (il n'y a qu'une table haute avec simplement 2 tabourets), sauf sur la terrasse qui a l'inconvénient d'être bruyante et ventée. Enfin la vaisselle est assez peu abondante. Il manque en particulier passoire et écumoire.

We could only book this hotel for 1 night when we were in Berlin. We wish we could have stayed for our second night but they were already booked. The room was very spacious and the patio was an added bonus. Front desk was very helpful with storing our luggage when we arrived early and also the next day while we explored Berlin. Lovely, clean, sophisticated modern studio. Kitchenette was will equipped, with dishwasher and nespresso machine. Washer/dryer was working well. Dishwasher tablets and laundry capsules were provided. Quality Rituals toiletries provided. Young chap at reception was all smiles and warm at our arrival. Near U-Bahn station and mall with supermarket and pharmacy. Overall brilliant stay.

Great location. Our bathroom drain was clogged. My 15-year-old daughter took a shower, and then there was water everywhere. The rest of us could not shower because we did not have access to anyone to come and fix it that night. The problem was solved the following day at 10 am. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience, we requested a late checkout, and they could not grant it. I asked to give us an extra 30 minutes to get ready and the front desk person said ok. At 12, we had a very rude guy knock on our door to get out.

Studio was compact but brand new, with oven, kitchen stuff and even a washing & drying machine. Rituals cosmetics and bathrobes were a nice touch. Very big shower. Our windows were right next to underground station so closed curtains were a must, otherwise people peek in. HOWEVER, we arrived by car so leaned on receptionist's instructions where to park as neither of us speak German and Chat GPT only takes you so far. We were told that the whole street behind the building has free parking with NO restrictions, they even got us a printout stating it. So imagine how we felt the follwing morning when we walked out of the building and our car was gone?! It turned out that we were towed away due to trees being looped that day, we spent the rest of that day running between police stations, making phonecalls and trying to get our car back. A word of advice: don't advise your guests on problem-free parking unless you actually checked it, it was a very stressful and expensive mistake that you then obliviously refused to deal with. It ruined our stay in Berlin, set us back by €200 plus phone bill, not to mention all the stress and lost time. The fact you refused to even partially reimburse us and took no responsibility is disgraceful.

The High am Park checks all the boxes. What a wonderful experience! Great location, great staff and a great apt. The apartment description was accurate, it was spacious(separate living and bedroom). It was clean and the kitchenette fulfilled all what one would need for a week long stay. I used bothh the mini washer/dryer and dishwasher, visited the organic grocer in the lobby for coffee in th morning, cold drinks (with and without alcohol). The metro entrance is approx 40 ft from the street entrance to the grocer, oh so convenient to get to Berlinale Festival films not playing in the theaters 3 blocks away in Potsdamer Platz. Finally, every member of the staff I met was friendly and helpful with all of my questions.

I love our studio, very comfortable, nice shower and comfortable bed. We were without internet the last 12 hrs of our stay, no happy with this situation, we are living in 2025 ! Come on ! Regarding the location, I think that near Alexander platz is a better option because is near the majority of attractions. Lady at the desk should know how to get to the main train station or to the airport, is a classic question from guests.

The apartment was excellent for our needs, spacious, clean and much better insulated against heat and noise than any building in the UK. It’s very central with many sights in walking distance. There is a U ban station right by the door. The only problem was check-in after 7pm. There are no staff at the desk after 7 and we had not received the code to input into the machine. We don’t know if that was a High Park or Expedia problem. They should have known we would be after 7pm.

Unsere Suite hatte eine angenehme Größe, es war alles sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Sogar das Geschirr wurde in die Spülmaschine geräumt und gespült. Ein großer Balkon zum Frühstücken oder abends sitzen, war auch vorhanden. Die Fenster waren trotz größerer Straße vor der Tür und der U-Bahn gut schallisoliert. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir auch die Lage, der Potsdamer Platz war in 5 Minuten fußläufig bzw. die U-Bahn war direkt im Gebäude. Besser geht es für eine Städtereise nicht. Sollten wir nochmal nach Berlin reisen, werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Super séjour. L’emplacement est top, le quartier est calme et central. Quelques commerces et les transports en commun hyper pratiques. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Bon équipement général. Le balcon donnant sur le parc était un vrai bonheur. Seul petit regret, la réception automatique qui ne fonctionnait pas a mon arrivée, mais j’ai appelé le numéro ou quelqu’un a tout de suite réglé le problème. Je reviendrai sans hésiter!

We were really pleased with the appartment - it was modern, very well equipped, warm and spacious. We also found it to be excellent value and extremely comfortable. We had a great 5 night stay. Many thanks to Andrew at the reception for patiently sorting out the external street noise by changing our room, it made our holiday just brilliant. All personnel of the hotel were lovely and attentive. The room was cleaned spotless every day, top quality equipment in the room. Good location, great views, food store downstairs, plenty of options for breakfast cafes. Many thanks, it was a great stay. A feedback to management - consider removing old dirty carpets in the bedroom. Those carpets appear to be not cleanable due to being old and worn. The floor is nice parket and would be better and easier to keep clean without the awful carpet.
