駐車場が使いやすく助かりました。

Great location near to lots of shopping and dining options. Parking was available on site. However, it was mechanized parking so you might have to wait awhile to collect the car especially when it’s busy. Some nice touches include washing machine, microwave in the room and coffee is provided in the lobby.

Everything was perfect with this hotel, the location, the amenities, the friendly staff and the cleanliness. Really enjoyed the free soft serve that they offered during the evenings.

Conveniently located. Parking cost extra, but easy to use and everything within walking distance. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast convenient and tasty.

Staff was nice , amenities was sufficient as it was placed in the lobby and you just helped yourself to what you need. Location was superb as it’s very near to the pedestrian street and the fish market. Parking is 2,000 per day

Very good in all aspects, though it was a bit confused when first arriving - to park our vechile. A little bit language barrier to realise it is a rotatory parking system and all luggages had to be removed from vehicle before parking. Very convenient location - walking distances to most of attractions.

Great amenities and room had everything we needed. Coffee in the lobby and umbrellas to use when it rained and snow was helpful.

Always a good stay with Tokyu Stay hotel in Japan. The location is good, and walkable around for shopping. It was so nice to enjoy the softee icecream during our stay, staffs are all friendly.

利便性良い立地だがホテル内は静かでゆっくり休める。まだ新しいので設備もタオルも清潔で綺麗。フロント前のラウンジにある無料でいただけるコーヒーが美味しかった。アップグレードしていただき、ミニキッチンやダイニングテーブルのあるお部屋が使いやすかった。ベッドも広い、今回初めて使った洗濯機も便利。唯一残念だったのは、暑かったので冷房を入れたら音がとてもうるさかったこと。

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was handy having our own washing machine , microwave and kitchenette.

Breakfast was ¥2100 but menu options somewhat limited. They do have both some Hokkaido specialties, which is more of an acquired taste. Convenient location to trains/subway, and some tourist attractions. Walkable to Tanukikoji and Susukino. Cleaning services limited to towels and trash removal. Other services/rentals cost $. Loved the in-room laundry machine and free soft served ice cream cones! Staff very friendly and helpful - even helped me fill out forms for on-site courier service to send parcels. This is definitely a plus if you want to ship your luggages to another hotel or avoid the hassle of going to the post office.

The toilet room and shower room are smell bad. Need improvement and cleanliness.

No room cleaning! They will charge extra. They will change towels and take the trash out daily if you ask.

Great location, easy to walk to many sites/activities and to the subway, bus and streetcar stops. They were replacing elevator flooring while we were there. Our room had carpet stains, but was spacious and comfortable.

Things I liked; - location: between sapporo station and susukino station, close to many places - very quiet: insulation is good, so I didn't hear any noise during my stay. - free coffee at the lounge: taste of the free coffee is pretty good Things I didn't like; - cleaning: i stayed 4 nights but had to pay 750 yen to change bed seats. The hotel doesn't offer cleaning, so you have to choose or pay cleaning and indicate your choice every day Things I hated; - staff service especially young staffs: 1) they cannot speak english, so you need to have google translate. They are not kind at all. It was surprise to me when I usually meet kind japanese peopel. - worst staff; one morning, I had to fight with a lady staff. I asked for seat change. She kept saying "the hotel doesn't offer cleaning." (Using translating app). I kept saying "pay, pay" but she kept showing the app... finally I raised my voice and she opened 'cleaning manual' and repeatedly showed the same message. Funny enough, on the bottom of the manual page, it says '750 yen for bed sear change.' For this whole event when she was wrong, she didn't apologize at all. It was me who said thank you at the end. Last not least, during this whole event, no one else came up to help us. The staff service was the worst among my hotel stay in my life.

Clean, helpful staff

基本的な清掃は出来ていまたが、少人数で清掃作業されているためか、前の利用者の髪の毛がテレビカウンターに落ちていたり、トイレの汚れが残っていて使用感？ でした。スタッフの皆様が繁忙期の中、一生懸命働いているのを感じられ、他の施設の案内などとても丁寧にご対応いただきまして感謝です。 ありがとうございました。

Nice and big room with washing machine.

Hotel is located in central district, access to subway is about 10 minutes. (May be 4 minutes to get to a stair to underground, but still require much longer walk to the subway turnstile.) Easy access to underground, lots of shopping from the Odari station to the Sapporo Station. Also a reasonable walk to the Niji Market, and the Tanuki Koji Street shopping. The hotel room is quite spacious, featuring 3 sinks. There is also a washing machine, though we did not use. The air conditioning doesn't seem to operate correctly. When setting to a desired temperature, the A/C will continue to run even after reaching the temperature. But the worse part of the stay is the breakfast. While it is quiet, as not many people goes to the breakfast there, there is absolutely no variety of food. Everything is lacking, limited choice of bread, salad ran out, limited choice of dressing, all other food are limited. They don't even offer any kind of juice. Very disappointed.

방이 생각보다는 넓어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 방안에 세탁기 전자레인지 냉장고 휴대용인덕션 냄비 까지 준비되어 있더라구요. 조리도구는 이용하지 않았지만 세탁기는 건조까지 가능한거라 유용하게 잘 이용했습니다. 삿포로 맛집이 모여있는 중심가와도 도보 이동 가능한 거리라 좋았어요

일반적인 비즈니스 호텔보다 한 단계 정도 좋은 환경으로, 관련 필요한 제반 시설이 다 갖추어져 있습니다. 세탁기도 있어서 혼자 오래 여행하는 데 있어서 도움이 되었습니다. 단점이라면 창문을 열 수 없습니다. 저는 창문을 자주 열어 환기를 하는 편인데, 창문을 열지 못하니까 그런 부분은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 대신 공기 청정기가 있어서 그거 사용했습니다. 종합해서 보면, 단점을 찾을려고 하면 저의 습관에서 찾아야 하는 수준이니까, 거의 최상의 숙소라고 할 수 있겠습니다.

The hotel is located in quite convenient place close to Odori and an arcade mall. We reallly enjoyed in-room washer and dryer.

Big room, two sinks and kitchenette are very nice; I love the shoe dryers!! Very new and clean room. I selected this hotel due to in-room washer and dryer, so I can pack less. Highly recommend.

The room was good. Nice enough. The layout gave you a good spot to open your luggage without getting in your way. It also gave you a nice place to sit! The location is nice too. Quick access to many points of interest and only one stop to the main Sapporo station.

Staff went above and beyond for helping us rent a car to get to Niseko when the snow made trains impossible. Great location too. Only complaint would be that since it was a sweet, there was some food in carpet

Stayed at Tokyu Stay for 3 nights. The hotel is well located within 5 min walk of the main Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Mega Don Quijote, Parco, and the popular Garaku Soup Curry restaurant. There are of course plenty of other eateries nearby and Family Mart is just 2 doors away too. What impressed me more, were the hotel staff. They provided service with a lot of heart. My mum needed medical care during our stay and staff helped me to search for a clinic with English speaking staff. Before just recommending me to go to the clinic, they took the effort to ask what her ailment was, rung the clinics up to check, before recommending another clinic for us to go to. When we got back from the clinic, other staff (not involved with the clinic checks) asked if mum was feeling better. I’m totally impressed. Needless to say, I’ll definitely look to stay with Tokyu Stay when I next visit Hokkaido!

Wonderful Stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori I had an excellent stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home—especially as travelers from Hawaii. Their hospitality went above and beyond, allowing us to stay in the lobby until our airport shuttle arrived and even keeping an eye on our bags while we explored the city before check-in. The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to Tokyo hotels), and in a prime location—just a short walk from Odori Park and plenty of great shopping and dining options. The only thing I would have liked was a slightly softer bed, but overall, the comfort, convenience, and warm service made for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapporo!

Staff was very accommodating & provided any information re directions, eateries, shopping when requested. Most spoke Japanese and some spoke English very well. Thank you very much. We had an excellent stay at your hotel. We will be returning back in a week.

I thought long and hard abt how i should leave my review, as the hardware and location of the hotel is really good, but service is really non-existence at best. First of all, the location is good as it is within walking distance to lots of good food and shopping; provided it is not snowing heavily. For late Jan/early Feb, even a 3-4 mins walk to the nearest shopping street can be torturous, esp with luggages. So in winter, it is best to stay in hotels that is directly accesible via underground walkway to covered walking streets like Richmond Hotel. But in spring/summer/autumn, Tokyu Stay Odori is a good choice. Second, the service. The staff hardly speak any english. This throws me off a bit as i thought a hotel in Sapporo city centre would have staff that could converse in basic english. Simple query like "has my luggage from Asahikawa arrived?" I have to do it via google translate. On my check out day, i called for a cab myself as the counter staff said he could not help me do so as it was busy due to it being the 1st day of the snow festival. When the cab came (took me just 10 mins to get it via Taxi Go app) i could not bring 3 luggages out all by myself so i left the 2 small ones in the lobby while i bring the big one out. The taxi driver kindly took over as i ran back to get the remaining luggage. All these while, 4 male staff in the lobby looked on, they were not serving anyone and definitely not offering me any help. This is the worst i have ever experienced.

Perfect location of Sapporo. Susukino The location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing in Sapporo. It's convenient because simple cooking is possible and there's a Daiichi supermarket nearby.

The location of hotel is really good as just walking distance to central of Sapporo city. Hotel room and clean and big enough than we expected. In room washing machine is another plus point for my family to wash their clothes. It is really good choice of hotel if you are looking for near to Sapporo central.

good location/clean/convenient/ I would come back again

Great place to stay, right next to Odori Station and Odori park with several shopping areas, but also a few blocks away from the super busy areas and this was a positive. Located Right along the tram line (200yen fixed rides) made moving around easy. We stayed 7 days and the breakfast was repetitive but good. Modern, clean and efficient hotel with minimum staff interaction, until needed. For those it matters, the daily room service does not make the bed or clean the floor/toilets (this is done once, if you stay for a week).

The hotel’s location is unbeatable - just steps from Odori Park, the metro, and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-equipped for short stays. The dryer was a bit tricky and malfunctioned during my visit, but the senior front desk staff handled it promptly and efficiently. Overall, an excellent stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo

I really enjoyed this hotel, but i think the nreakfast buffet should be improved. I wish there were fruit options and more Hokkaido dairy products, pretty lack luster compared to the other hotels we stayed at over our 2 week trip to Hokkaido. Besides the buffet, every thing else was lovely.

Hotel facilities were good and rooms well appointed. Only criticism was the breakfast buffet. The hot food was not hot which lowered the choice of options. Overall, convenient for shops and very clean.

Breakfast was not something you expected with the price. Yes, they did have several local foods, but quality and variations are subpar level. You would get better breakfast options with similar price at other neighbouring hotels.

Overall convenient. Breakfast is ok, but we get a Shanghai taste more than Japanese.
