Rooftop terrace was great! Location excellent. Free hot beverages, ice and water. Hotel and rooms very modern and high tech. Only issue is the rooms were very small, but the beds were high so you can store your suitcases under the bed.

Very nice modern and clean place for a good price! The rooftop was very nice and there are plenty of comfy lounge spaces in the hotel. There is a hot drink machine on every floor which was wonderful. The room was clean and modern with cool lighting. The shower and toilet have glass walls as a heads up. Wi-Fi was great and lots of chargers in the room. There is construction going on which makes parking and access annoying. There is only the public parking available which is $3/hr and free overnight.

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Currently, there is some major street construction going on which makes it a bit cumbersome to access the hotel. There is also limited parking due to the construction. The hotel has quite a unique design with reception on the third floor so the first 2 floors are below street level. There are open meeting areas on the second and third floor where you can relax in. Free coffee machines are available on each floor although one evening I could not find one that was working. They have laundry facility which you can use for a charge. The hotel is located about 2 blocks walk from the main downtown area where there are many restaurants and stores. The room was small but very efficiently designed. Good lighting, towel warmers, and comfortable bed. I found the staff very helpful.

An unique spot with a lovely rooftop for bringing your drinks and snacks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The free hot drinks machine was really a lovely touch. The room was comfortable and quite modern. Through no fault of their own, MiPad is hard to access from the street. They are doing road construction all around the hotel! Once you find the entrance through the parking lot and walk up the covered dirt incline once, you know where it is. I did suggest a lit sign on the building facing the street towards the lake to guode us back in the night.

What an amazing hotel! Rooms were basic, but very comfortable. It has everything I needed few a few night's stay. The amenities the hotel offered were amazing. I loved having a hot-drinks vending machine on each floor complimentary. Great facilities, laundry room, storage, community room, rooftop, etc. I loved my stay here, and would book again.

Does the basics very well..clean, great condition, has all that you need for a base to explore Queenstown, from a very convenient, walkable location. The highlight though was the rooftop area - tables and lounges to enjoy great views over Queenstown and the mountains!

The only problem is the hotel has no parking. There are very expensive ( $6.50 he) pay lots nearby that are free after 6pm to 8am but they fill up quickly.

Clean room, fluffy towels, temperature control in the room that worked, courteous & helpful front desk staff, and MiPad location was close to the main tourist haunts in Queenstown. The shower was excellent, too! I may not pass through Queenstown again, but if I do, I’ll definitely try to book accommodation at MiPad.

C’était un bon hôtel Le seul problème était service journalier pour nettoyer la chambre On a demandé le service chaque jour mais la femme de ménage n’a jamais changé les literies et elle n’a pas passé l’aspirateur dans la chambre Je trouve pour un séjour de 6 jours C’est quand même nécessaire de passer au moins une fois l’aspirateur et changer les literies.

Excellent staff and location. Due to limited size and layout of the room, if one wants privacy, I wouldn't recommend unless you are a solo traveler or couple. The toilet, shower and sink is all separately sectioned. Would suggest to have a towel hook inside the shower and I had to step out wet to grab the towel.

Loved the location but we’re dismayed by the bathrooms. Bathroom lights come on full blast when you open the glass door waking your partner in the middle of the night. Under bed lights come on when you step out of bed. Nice for safety but not conducive to quality sleep.

Great little place to stay for easy walking around the town. Quiet and had everything we needed. Have given 4 stars due to 2 things - the automatic light in our bathroom kept randomly switching on in the night and waking us up. Other thing is the rooms arent soundproof so we could hear everything in the room above. Otherwise great stay!

Lovely place with great customer service and modern-technology conveniences. I loved that I could check in via an app on my phone and use my phone as a room key. The room itself was a bit small but was perfect for one. I have to say, the WiFi was a bit spotty at times but the comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and wonderful views made up for a lot of that. Wish I stayed for more nights but now know that the next time I’ll back in Queenstown, I’ll stay here.

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Will on the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, made the check-in really easy, told us about the features of the hotel and went out of his way to help with dinner recommendations and bookings as well as breakfast deals nearby. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. Would highly recommend this hotel.

There was construction going on around the hotel, blocking everything leading to the hotel, so I couldn't bring my car. After walking around the hotel for about 30 minutes, I parked in the paid parking lot as instructed by the staff (parking fee is $24). But the problem was that when I took a shower at 10pm and tried to dry my hair, the dryer didn't work. When I asked the staff for help, I found out that all the electrical outlets in the room we were staying in were out. I then fell asleep in another room without drying my hair and charging my phone. When I told another employee the next day, he just said he was sorry. Not recommended.

Hotel was nice but very poor service from reception/hotel. They only have 1 iron in the whole facility which was taken by a guest staying and put in their room vs communal laundry. No effort was made by the hotel to facilitate a replacement or provide an alternative solution

O fato de não ter gente o tempo todo na recepção é ruim. Demoramos muito para sermos atendidos para fazer o check-in. Eles dão um número de telefone para ligar, caso não tenha ninguém, mas não tínhamos telefone apto para ligações locais. Então esperamos mais de 20 min até que alguém aparecesse. Fora isso o quarto é muito pequeno, não tem um armário sequer. Então, se estiver viajando com muita bagagem, não recomento. Porém, a localização é excelente, cama e banho excelentes também.

Great hotel! Very close to the city center and was very easy to walk to, maybe a 5 minute walk. The room was nice and clean, the view from the roof was incredible, and the concierge gave great tips for stuff to do. I was also able to store my luggage easily after checking out as I had a late flight, and I didn’t worry once since my bag was stored in a secure, locked room. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, the overall interaction with your staff was marked by a noticeable lack of friendliness and empathy. Clean and modern facility with a very friendly staff. Allowed us to check in early. A little on the noisy side due to thin walls and ceilings. Construction across from the hotel detracted from convenience. Walkable to restaurants, bars, shops,shoreline, and excursion pickup points.

The hotel was great, room comfortable and very close to downtown and very reasonable, so a 5 other than location. Unfortunately city roadwork makes it impossible to get to the entrance by vehicle. So all excursion pick ups had to be a 5 minute walk away, and dragging bags was a pain. But overall I thought the modern and eco friendly lights etc. were cool and I recommend it... just be prepared!

Very modern and clean. Staff professional. Great location, bus stop 2 blocks away. Beverage machine drinks of very poor quality and doesn't fit with the rest of the hotel's quality image. Need a light near the sink for make up and shaving which can be stalled on the wall.

Everything worked and the reception staff were exemplary but it was rather like upmarket student accommodation with gimmicky lighting. Further, with no dining facilities on site or nearby, we were faced with a 12 minute walk to the nearest cafe for breakfast.
