The facility was a terrible condition. We had to switch room because the mattresses were filthy, even we switched a room, it was not any better. We had them re-do the sheets. Bathroom had moldy spots. They do not have shuttle service from and to airport. We found out when we got to the bus stop. Service was okay, I wish we did not stay there if we knew all of that. We will not stay there again.

I have stayed at this location before and I’m starting to notice that each time, I get a room in the annex section of the hotel. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to your room as you have to first go to the 3rd floor, walk to the other side of the hotel and your room is at the very end of the annex section. This hotel was not at capacity and the answer I received was there was nothing else available. We just stayed one night. However, having said that it is an excellent location if you are just staying one night.. The walk from the keisei station is shorter than the walk to the annex and the train goes to the airport every 15 minutes or so. Tons of restaurants right outside the hotel. I would stay here again but would request when making the reservation that I not get an annex room

The hotel staff are kind and gentle. And yet the service is professional. The amenities and tea service are good. There are many convenience stores around the station. There are restaurants and izakayas inside the hotel. Water was cheap at the Matsukiyo pharmacy. There are two other places to do more shopping: Aeon Town, which is a 10-minute walk away, or Aeon Mall Narita, which is a 20-minute shuttle ride (220 yen) from Keisei Station. The rooms in the Annex are spacious and have large beds. The roomwear is comfortable. The overall structure is old and the hallways are dark. The bathrooms need to be renovated. There is a coin laundry, but the location is lonely, so I think it should be at the front desk on the first floor. It was an excellent location next to the JR and Keisei lines, so it was easy to stay there.

This hotel is conveniently located, close to train station and dining options. The only thing we didn't like was the cleanliness. The bathroom is very dirty and moldy upon check in. It's quite surprising the cleaning crew does not bother to clean the mold (For example the mold was visible on the shower curtain rod which I could scrape off with my fingers).

全体的にあまり綺麗なホテルではなかったです。部屋の掃除もさほど行き届いていません。特にバスルームは最悪でした。カビがひどく、シャワーカーテンはバクテリアが繁殖している臭いがしていました。何連泊しても掃除は電話で依頼する、その掃除もバスルームとベッドメイキングだけと書かれていました。誰でも使える電子レンジが各階に置かれていましたが、掃除されてる気配はなく、庫内はとても汚かったです。駅近で、京成もJRも選べたので交通の便は良かったです。イオンモール行きのフリーバスもよく利用しました。

The hotel is dirty and old! The room was awful. There were slippers under the bed that were not ours. The sheets and bedding was stained. We sat in the room looked around and left to another hotel that I had to pay for out of pocket. Not ideal stay is putting it mildly.

The property have a very strong smell of mould so if you have asthma please stay away. I was coughing a lot cause of having to breathe in the mould. And there is really no heating or cooling control for your room it is a whole hotel controlled. So 1 day I was very cold and 1 day I was so hot that I have to use my portable fan. Overall the only good thing is this place is close to both train line and close to the temple and the price is at the lower end.

I like the location of the hotel. The room size is quite large., I like their customer service. What I didn't like is that their facility is quite dated. I was assigned to their annex building which requires you to go up to "5th flloor" by elevator and then walk 2 mins inside the building to connect to the annex building. For me it is fine since I only have a small luggage. The room was clean but had water drainage smell may be because it is an old facility. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a budget hotel near the Narita station and should ask for rooms in the main building if you have lots of luggage and/or has wheelchair accessibility issue.

Für die letzte Nacht vor dem Abflug ab Narita ist das Hotel wahrscheinlich ok. Positiv sind vor allem die Lage, direkt an den beiden Bahnhöfen der Stadt, und, dass die Zimmer etwas größer sind - super, um noch mal im Gepäck herumzuwühlen und eventuell ein paar Dinge umzupacken. Vom Bahnhof aus ist auch die Aeon-Mall gut erreichbar per Stadtbus für 220 Yen pro Weg. Leider können wir über das Hotel selbst nichts so Positives berichten. Es fing an mit der sehr schnippischen Dame an der Rezeption, die mich nach der etwas frühen Ankunft erst einmal belehrte und nicht einmal so tat, als würde sie nachschauen, ob unser Zimmer vielleicht schon bezugsbereit ist. Immerhin konnten wir unser Gepäck schon einmal unterstellen. Der Check-in erfolgte später durch einen Trainee, der freundlicher war, aber vergaß, uns unsere Reisepässe zurückzugeben... Im Zimmer angekommen fiel erst einmal auf, dass das Hotel seine besten Tage schon längst hinter sich hat. Die Einrichtung war stark abgenutzt und roch teilweise seltsam. Im Bad haben wir mehrere lange schwarze Haare gefunden. Der Duschkopf war dermaßen verkalkt, dass das Wasser in alle Richtungen spritzte. Die Lüftung war laut und schaltete sich nahezu zufällig ein und aus. Aber wenigstens war das Zimmer preisgünstig...

They have an old motel they bought out. The condition of the place is not good. Non of the rooms are nonsmoking as multiple rooms they put us in had strong cigarette smell. Not ventilation or air conditioning at all. Front desk messed up on issuing correct key cards multiple times. Because they put you in the other building, getting to the front desk is very inconvenient as you have to go through a bridge on a particular floor each time to go up or down. It was very suffocating until we were finally able to open window. Was seriously considering walking out. I would not take family here.

チェックイン、チェックアウトを担当してくださった女性スタッフは丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。チェックアウト後に預けた荷物を取りにホテルに戻った時、男性スタッフが1名電話駐機場で、荷物の引換札を受付のカウンターに置いたのですが他に誰も対応してくれずしばらく待っていました。ふとロビーに目をやると預かり荷物がロビーにそのまま置いてあったので、自分で取って荷物から番号札を外して「持っていきますね」と言ったら慌てて電話を切りました。誰でも荷物が取れるような状態では安心して預けることはできませんね。施設は古く、部屋の匂いが気になりました。枕からは加齢臭が。立地は最高ですが、残念ながらリピートはありません。

初めての利用でした。新館ツインを利用。部屋は料金にしては納得の広さ。洗面バスタブに毛髪の残りともかく酷いのは朝食のバイキング 2,200円とは驚き！サービスで無料ならともかく酷い！果物はオレンジ、ライチ？のみ！その他缶詰\u3000おかずは冷凍食品丸出しのメニューでした。

My room was located in the annex which was quite a walk and it seemed like there were many rooms available that were closer. But I could live with that. What I couldn’t deal with was the fact that we got a non-smoking room and yet the room had a really strong smoke smell which seemed to be coming from the ventilation. Room was very dated, especially the bathroom. Wasn’t a very comfortable stay unfortunately. The breakfast buffet was ok though, although even that was below average compared to other properties in the area.

We checked in on the 18th not 17th . Everything was good until the toilet flusher started to leak water. We then were moved to another room, totally inconvenienced due we had already unpacked. The room they had moved us to, the bathroom had a certain stench, especially the shower certain. Hotel needs much improvement on how cleanliness is concerned. Other than that, front desk staff were nice, breakfast was good, perhaps a little more variety on choice of bread, ie; wheat bread.
