Excellent hotel, new and the finishing were well selected. Staff and service is amazing! Huong Nyugen is the best! Also had a 2.5 hour massage at La Spa and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I would totally recommend La Siesta to everyone who will be visiting Saigon.

Highly recommended! We had an incredible stay at La Siesta Premium Saigon. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the staff were unbelievably warm, welcoming, and attentive. The entire hotel has an amazing vibe, the rooms are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better - walkable to all the major sights. The gym was clean and well-equipped, breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the rooftop bar is an absolute must-visit. Truly one of our favourite stays in Vietnam!

We had booked this specific hotel as they offered interconnecting rooms. I was advised a week prior to our stay that the interconnecting room we had booked was not available and that instead we would be provided with 2 separate rooms. I was offered a complimentary transfer on either arrival or departure, which I elected to take on arrival. The hotel then attempted to charge me for this transport both when I checked-in and when I checked-out. The facilities were not what I expected for a new hotel. The shower in one room flooded and the sink in the other room had the plug stuck after cleaning. The sink was not fixed even after reporting the issue twice. The pool was lovely, but it was disappointing that it closed at 8pm. Location is fantastic. Staff in the lobby area were very attentive.

Stayed here for 3 nights, a great all round experience. We arrived very early after our flight and left our bags there before check-in and we’re contacted via phone when our room was ready, before normal check in time. Hotel is in a great location, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, hotel is only a few months old so all in great condition. Rooms aren’t massive but is made up for by the condition. Rooftop pool and bar are awesome, you pay a little more for the luxury but it is well worth it!

We booked this after our 15 day tour ended, and it was the perfect way to end the trip. The restaurant offers fine dining experiences, the breakfast is unmatched and the pool/rooftop bar are both phenomenal. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a new hotel so very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, very central. Rooms were fabulous, staff attentive, professional and willing to go the extra mile. The Spa was a real treat, and very well ran. The view from the Sky bar is incredible. Breakfast was good too.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel felt luxurious, the rooms were spotless, and everything was beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely hospitable and they really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel. You won’t regret staying here!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Siesta. Centrally located in District 1 so close to the market and restaurants. Staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs, they were always so courteous and greeted everyone with a smile. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely book here again for our next visit.

A wonderful hotel. We were welcomed by the reception team with lovely kindness. The hotel and rooms are spotless. The pool is fantastic and easy to access. The roof bar is stunning with wonderful views of the City. The restaurant, food and staff are 1st class. The breakfast offered is wonderful, everything is available, the afternoon & evening menu is brilliant.

From the welcome drink to the drop off at the airport, and everything in between, my stay here was 100 percent exceptional. I highly recommend. Service was absolutely phenomenal even above and beyond normal Vietnamese hospitality. I got great recommendations for local eats, tours were booked, and driver service to and from the airport without a problem. At the buffet breakfast, the waitstaff remembered my coffee order, suggested new dishes I could try, and even brought me some local Vietnamese fruits to try. The food was also great - their fruit purveyor was very good and the beef pho, congee, and chicken was delicious. My room was also great. It was clean and updated, and they even offered pillow options and ear plugs and eye masks to help with a good night’s sleep. I used the gym in the basement which was nearly empty so it felt like a private gym. It was also stocked with water and towels. The view from the rooftop is also pretty cool. I loved my stay and wish I could have stayed longer! If I come back to Ho Chi Minh, I am definitely staying here again!

We stayed pretty long for family of four. Almost a whole week. The first entry there was confusion about our two young kids. So toom a bit to get check in. The first roo. was facing the wall of another building as we look out. The beds were too firm for us.The safe wasnt working and tv but they sent someome to fix it. After a night or so i told them they upgraded us to a bigger room with street facing view. It was a lot better in terms of view. Breakfast was a good quality Nd they try to mix it up everyday bit after 3 days of eating it became old and we eat outside each morning afterwards. The staffs speaks fluent english and northern viet accent in native dialogs. They greet you with 'Xin chào' which is appropriate. Sometimes they forget we can understand vietnamese and would say random slangs and the male workers sometimes a couple of bad words. Overall, the service was excellent and they do their best to treat you as top of mind as possible. I would rate them better than the Caravelle hotel we stayed in terms of service they more like Nikko or Park Hyatt. Just wish the bed has a way to add a cushion and pillows were really soft so i had a neck ache.

The rooms were very clean and good size ( we had the premium room with city street view). The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location good and central and walking distance to many attractions and you can also use Grab which doesn’t cost much. The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast, felt very bland and limited variety.

From the moment we entered we were welcomed. The staff and management were excellent. Chloe made sure we had everything we needed and we were upgraded to a suite on the last evening! It was amazing. Cloud Nine restaurant was excellent. Moon looked after us and made the experience a memorable one. The food was amazing. Thank you to Chloe and all the staff for our amazing stay

The Team were absolutely amazing and took a genuine interest in makeing our stay 5 star. Nothing was too much trouble and it all those littlevthings that made the experiance even better. E.g. I needed to change money, so one of the team ran down the street and organised it within minutes. Great service.

Check-in was not good. Staff told me that there was an issue with my room and that they had to move me to a new hotel, 3 mins from this hotel. They gave me 3 different reasons of why they wouldnt be able to accommodate me. 1st reason was due to an issue with the room. 2nd reason was due to the room not being ready and then the 3rd reason was because they overbooked. So all in all, they were lying about why they couldnt honor my reservation. After going back and forth with them, they finally gave me a room and upgraded me because of my room not being available. Then, when needing a late check out, they didnt want to honor 5pm which they told me the other hotel would give me that at no additional cost (only spending one night and flight was at 8pm the following day). After going back and forth with them, they honored it. It could have been a great experience but the fact that I had to fight for my reservation was a big turn off. I could go into greater detail but it's too much to write.

Each and every member of the staff was attentive, more than willing to jump in and help and provide that “wow” experience!! From the welcome drink to the drop off at the airport, and everything in between, my stay here was 100 percent exceptional. I highly recommend. Service was absolutely phenomenal even above and beyond normal Vietnamese hospitality. I got great recommendations for local eats, tours were booked, and driver service to and from the airport without a problem. At the buffet breakfast, the waitstaff remembered my coffee order, suggested new dishes I could try, and even brought me some local Vietnamese fruits to try. The food was also great - their fruit purveyor was very good and the beef pho, congee, and chicken was delicious. My room was also great. It was clean and updated, and they even offered pillow options and ear plugs and eye masks to help with a good night’s sleep. I used the gym in the basement which was nearly empty so it felt like a private gym. It was also stocked with water and towels. The view from the rooftop is also pretty cool. I loved my stay and wish I could have stayed longer! If I come back to Ho Chi Minh, I am definitely staying here again!

This is a new hotel so very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, very central. Rooms were fabulous, staff attentive, professional and willing to go the extra mile. The Spa was a real treat, and very well ran. The view from the Sky bar is incredible. Breakfast was good too.

From the moment we entered we were welcomed. The staff and management were excellent. Chloe made sure we had everything we needed and we were upgraded to a suite on the last evening! It was amazing. This is a phenomenal hotel. So modern and clean, you can tell everything is brand new. The beds are so comfy, the bath-robes are a cute touch, the lobby area looks extremely stylish, pool and restaurant are high class and the position within Ho Chi Minh is unbeatable! The customer service is next-level; personalised, friendly, and attentive to detail. Could not recommend highly enough. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The rooms were very clean and good size ( we had the premium room with city street view). The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location good and central and walking distance to many attractions and you can also use Grab which doesn’t cost much. The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast, felt very bland and limited variety.

We booked this after our 15 day tour ended, and it was the perfect way to end the trip. The restaurant offers fine dining experiences, the breakfast is unmatched and the pool/rooftop bar are both phenomenal. Highly recommend staying here.

Wow when we first arrived we were greeted to a lovely welcome drink and fruit. The reception area is just beautiful and it is so calming away from the craziness outside! This hotel had a great location right in the centre of everything you need to see in Saigon. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I used the gym each morning which was perfect all equipment you needed, just no rower. Pool is lovely, lack of sun loungers due to the space up there so be prepared not get get a seat in the afternoon. We had an issue with our drinks at the rooftop bar. The hotel was quick to rectify and also provided us with a taxi to the airport which was a very lovely gesture. Breakfast is very good, variety of egg dishes to order and hot and cold buffet food with both European, Vietnamese etc. coffee is great! Wide section and they even did skimmed milk! Great roof top bar which serves lovely cocktails, have written feedback about the ‘happy hour’ as it doesn’t take any discount off your drink, you get spring rolls… we did go else where for drinks after the first night. As they are pricey at £9 each. Lovely bar called Sol on the corner which serve amazing cocktails and their happy hour is 90k each! Overall I would return and recommend to anyone looking for some luxury in the city! It was a nice final 3 days to stay here after 2 weeks in Vietnam. I actually wished I booked this hotel in Hanoi!

We absolutely loved our stay at La Siesta. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade which was such a lovely surprise. The hotel was extremely clean, the pool and facilities were fabulous and the breakfast was amazing. But what really stood out for us was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating and they really made our stay. We honestly couldn’t fault anything and would definitely stay again.
