Oriole Residence - Suvarnabhumi Airport

Very quiet, comfortable room. Great staff. Delicious breakfast. Excellent shuttle service to/from airport.

A Little tricky to find shuttle , Had to figure out where Oriole Hotel was hanging ,find an attendant to get on a list to get called when Van arrived , should add to directions ,don't go outside , turn left inside at exit ,look for hotels signs , not individual names because there are hundreds!

Clean room. Room was very hot on arrival. After about 45 min of the air conditioning running on high, it started cooling off. Shuttle to and from the airport was very good.

My wife and I stayed the night before a return flight back to the US. The facilities were great and shuttle to and from the airport punctual and fantastic. Breakfast was great and entire staff was outstanding. Would recommend anyone staying here before or after a flight from Bangkok. Parking was super easy as well. Thank you.

Accueil extrêmement sympathique, chambre spacieuse et propre. Grand parking. Petit déjeuner gratuit vraiment complet et navette gratuite vers l’aéroport très pratique. Réservé plusieurs fois et toujours aussi bien.

Very new and clean building. Only 15 mins to the airport. Free shuttle service to/from the airport. Perfect to stay if you have an early flight. I would stay here again.

The only good thing about this hotel was the airport shuttle. The room was quite dirty. There was no directory of services on the room.

Nice clean room, along with personal who does everything for pleasing the customers. And the breakfast is pretty good

The hotel is built really beautifully, but the cleaning staff doesn’t clean properly at all. Whoever owns the place should provide them bleach for all the mildew. The first room that I went into, the smell was so bad I had to ask for another room. The second room smelled bad, but it was more bearable for just one night, the reason why they smelled so bad is because they don’t spray any of the mildew down with bleach. The shower and sink had mildew all over them. The floors also you can tell weren’t mopped properly. And although everything was designed beautifully, they’re not clean. The front desk staff was really apologetic and friendly, but I would not recommend staying here until they start bleaching all the mildew. Also, they were these tiny little black bugs that were crawling on my pillow, so I didn’t sleep or shower the one night that I spent there.

I find this hotel very safe. It is my go to hotel from the airport. The breakfast is not that big but it’s very very good. It needs to be cleaned a little better the rooms like move the bed around and sweep, mop, etc.

Easy check-in, large clean room, comfy bed, great shower, very good breakfast included, strong WiFi, airport shuttle, excellent value. No YouTube or English speaking TV channels. No nearby 7-eleven, shops, or restaurants within walking distance.

While the shuttle service worked well, this airport hotel failed to deliver in its most fundamental function. The walls are very poorly soundproofed. The amount of noise coming from the neighbouring room made it difficult to sleep. The neighbour was particulalry discourteous, but any amount of noise would have been heard.

Een prima hotel, vriendelijk personeel, prima ruime kamer, een heerlijk comfortabel zacht bed en een goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Kortom, een fijn hotel met een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Er is maar 1 min en dat is de airco, die maakt een geluid als een straaljager.

Floors were clean enough to eat off of. Bed was hard and comfortable.

The shuttle picked me up at the airport, It was 8:00PMish by the time I got checked in after flying 1/2 way around the world, I was delirious. The front desk directed me to the nearby 7-11 for an ATM and supplies and the KFC next door. Easy safe walk. The shuttle took me BACK to the airport the next morning to head to another Thailand locale. The staff was super friendly and helpful. From what I can recall, they had an awesome bfast offering and the room was just great. I would DEF stay here again.

Fast check-in and check-out! Breakfast had a good variety. AC was perfect for our room. We were here only for overnight & enjoyed it.

As usual, friendly staff, on time shuttle, great breakfast, coffee shop next to lobby with decent coffee. Room is excellent.

Arrived 1 hour early. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was very swift, and staff were forthcoming with information about breakfast (which was very adequate) and the bus transfer to the airport. Cannot fault my stay.

My second stay here and honestly my last. I rated this place 5 stars in March as it deserved the 5 stars but I don’t know if they are under new management or what but the place has nosedived. First of all I stayed to the reservation desk my flight left Philippines 11:50pm and arrive Bangkok 1:30 am. Scheduled the shuttle but when I went to the pick up point the sign girl acted like I was lying, very rude girl. She did offer to allow us to take the shuttle but that was after a lot of attitude. Upon arrival I was speaking to the one girl and some other girl at the desk decided to interject her option in a conversation she wasn’t part of. There was NO hot water the entire week, when mentioned it to the front desk the response was they are aware. Ok, is someone going to fix it? Apparently not. WiFi was hit or miss all week, mostly it was down. Again, aware of the situation but no repair, just ehhh whatever. Half the time when you come in the lobby the front desk didn’t even bother to greet you or look up from their cell phones, they can’t be bothered by guess I guess. In March the breakfast was good but snow it had cold eggs, runny and sitting in a pool of water. Most of the food was cold and just lazily prepared. It’s clear the staff doesn’t care about guests and that’s fine because apparently you don’t care about money either. On a side note, the housekeeping girls were very super sweet and kind and always saying hello, goodbye, thank you they get 10 stars the others 0 stars

It was perfect for my travel schedule I needed to be close to the airport and be on a early morning flight they provided me with free transportation to and from the airport and they even packed me up a breakfast box because I was leaving before the breakfast time but they went above and beyond my expectations by doing that for me they offered that to me I have never experienced that before from a hotel in all of my travels. I just want to say thank you for the hospitality it was very kind and thoughtful I have told several people about the wonderful experience I had at the Oriole Residence

Great place stay for an affordable price, however the location is at least 30 minutes from downtown Bangkok. And the area is not walkable. Otherwise, good breakfast, pleasant staff and clean room.

Brand spanking new hotel with super clean and comfortable rooms. I had to catch an early flight, so they gave me a free box breakfast to take with me. Called up to my room with a reminder 5 min before the shuttle bus. I didn't like the walk down a dark, shabby street to the main road where all the stores and restaurants were located.

Clean and simple accommodation about 20 minutes from the airport. There isn’t much to see or do in the surrounding area, but the shuttle bus is very convenient and makes getting to and from the airport easy. A comfortable and practical choice for an overnight stay In Bangkok.

Convenient, clean and a good price. It’s about 25 minutes from the airport so if you have a late flight, you can come in rest and relax and then grab whatever it is that you got to the next day.

The free airport shuttle was appreciated and convenient. The rooms are very clean. The room decoration was minimal, which gave the ambience a cold feeling. Nothing special about the rooms. The included breakfast was okay, but not great food choices. The hotel is good for a one night stay if connecting with the airport.

Honest no-nonsense travel lodge for everything you would need for a night’s stopover! Speedy check in and out, a great early start full buffet breakfast and so handy for the airport.
