Overall very good worth it.

Bathrooms were very dirty. Smelled like urine. There is no place to put your soap when showering so I'm not sure how to hold soap and shower. The toilet paper was out in several of the bathrooms. I tried the handicap shower as the others were filthy. I am not handicap but if I was, the shower was not accessible at all. The shower head is supposed to be at the level where someone in a wheelchair can access it. I moved it so it would be but if they leave it in place, I don't know. And if you did have a problem, I had no idea how to get ahold of them. There are no numbers anywhere. I would have to search my email I guess. They sent an email saying they were available 24/7 but no number was included with that email. If there was anyone at work, I did not see them.

I called the staff to check in as Hotels had messed up the emails. Very friendly and supportive! Thank you :)

Short stay before onward travel from Kastrup. Easy online check-in & out. Clean and comfortable beds.

Clean room. Window sill broken. One toilet out of order then another toilet got blocked .
