We had a room towards the car parking. Unfortunately there was light outside during the night and therefore it was impossible with the curtains to darken the room completely. There are lockers for luggage, as check-in time is at 3 pm. Most flights arrive in the morning and therefore most people must storage their luggage during check-in day. The lockers aren't free of charge (usually luggage can be stored at hotels prior check-in of after check-out free of charge). Of course it's difficult to store all the luggage in such a big hotel, but those lockers should be free.

“Alt var fint” bortset fra indtjekning der tog lang tid trods jeg havde udfyldt hvad jeg kunne hjemmefra. OG så kunne det godt være mere tydeligt at der er mulighed for rabat på parkering. Holdt i kælderen i 17 timer til 829 kr. Det er ikke godt nok. Receptionen må oppe sig gevaldigt!

Very simple bare bones hotel and room with no gym or fancy facilities but quite clean. Extra sheets, towels and bedding pre provided but other than that very very small rooms. The location however is 20/10. Couldn’t be more central and better connected.

The room was quite dirty - there seems to be mold around the shower. And the shower drain doesn't work well. I told the front desk and they said they would fix it - but didn't. So the shower water would creep in to the bathroom itself. Otherwise the carpet is just old

This was a three star hotel with a three star experience. Everyone in the staf super friendly. The rooms were very small and not super clean. Stained window curtains and dust bunnies behind the bed. The hotel was fairly cheep so maybe this is to be expected. My overall rating is a three. Nothing major wrong but I don’t feel i have to come back either.

We were assigned a room on the first floor facing the street. I had doubts as to whether the air conditioning worked. By 1:00 am I couldn’t sleep; it was too hot. I went to the front desk. The readily said another room was available. We moved, away from the street and the air conditioning worked for the remainder of our two night stay.

The breakfast room floor was always dirty. The WIFI was horrible. It would go in and out all the time. Extremely unreliable. We reported the issue and we were told that the WIFI capacity was not adequate for the amount of people in the hotel. Unreal!

Kleine sehr schmale Zimmer nur gerade so breit wie ein Bett lang ist! Als Paar im doppelbett braucht es akrobatische fähikeiten wenn man beim Fenster liegt über den schlafenden Partner zu klettern wenn man in der nacht austreten muss. Sehre moderne Nasszelle klein aber perfekt ausgenutz.

Easy check in great location walkable to everything I wanted to see and close to transport links. Room felt compact bed was quite small (& I’m short 5ft 3 and my feet hung off end). No air con so had to have window open which was very loud from nearby pubs and early morning delivery lorries

Easy check in, small room but clean. Bed very uncomfortable as it is a thin mattress, the breakfast was underachieving for the price as there were no hot items such as pancakes etc, not even a toaster for the bread. It was advertised as buffet as well. Lockers handy for leaving luggage if needed. Heat and AC worked well, one downfall was overhead lights don’t turn off unless you remove keycard, you could open curtains to allow tiny bit of light for middle of the night toilet but then others can see into room.

When I came early, reception told me to pay 50kr for each piece of luggage to store them for 2 hours until I can check in. Or upgrade my room to check in immediately. Room is tiny, the bathroom is not a real room, more like a plastic cabin inside the room so if you stay with 2 people and someone goes to the toilet at night, you will wake up. Absolutely zero service. This hotel might be ok if you are on business trip and only living our of a tiny bag but for anything else, do youself the favor and stay somewhere else.

The most arrogant receptionist I’ve ever talk to…and I travel 180 days every year. Stay away from this hotel - the have no clue about just the smallest service approach, quit rare since Copenhagen normalt is known from its good service and friendly smile..but tonight ‘she’ who destroye hotels was present in the reception😬😊.

Hotel gave us a connecting room with a door that wouldn’t lock. We complained about the door not locking and requesting they changed our room but the manager refused to change our room and kept insisting the door locks even though it did not lock, the lock was broken. We eventually gave up and just put a chair in front of the door but didn’t sleep all night. I would not recommended for anyone to stay here.

Despite some definite advantages, my impression of Wake Up was tarnished by the check in experience. I am perfectly okay with being told the room isn’t ready and having to wait, and it is reasonable to charge extra to guarantee you can check in on early arrival. BUT— When I first got to the hotel around 11 am, I was told the room wasn’t ready (no surprise) and to check back at 1pm, although the official checkin was 3pm. No problem, although the 8 euro fee to leave my luggage was something I have never encountered before. But when I come back at 1:30, a different clerk says “The room is ready. To check in before 3 will be another 40 euros.” I declined, parked myself in the lobby. An hour later, another clerk asked me if I wanted to check in. I asked if I still had to pay extra, since it wasn’t yet 3pm. He said I had misunderstood the previous clerk and that a higher grade room was being offered for the 40 Euros—this is simply not what the first guy said Great location, and for Copenhagen reasonably priced. But some of their costcutting measures really detract from the experience. Rooms are quite attractive, bed comfortable enough, but curtains are too short to adequately darken the room. while the bed is a double, there is only one pillow so small that if you turn your head, you fall off the pillow.

Hotellet var rent, komfortabelt og smukt vedligeholdt. Personalet var imødekommende og professionelt, altid klar til at hjælpe med et smil. Værelset var stille og veludstyret, og sengen var usædvanligt komfortabel. Beliggenheden var praktisk og gjorde det nemt at udforske området. Alt i alt en meget behagelig oplevelse – jeg vil med glæde bo her igen og kan varmt anbefale hotellet til andre.

Walkable to everything I wanted to see: Nyhavn canal, Christiana, Stroget, the botanical garden and castle and the market at Torvehallerne. Dining all around. 3 Michelin restaurants within blocks. I however preferred Joe the Juice 2 blocks away for great sandwiches and coffee. The hotel is modern and the room, a module. All the basics are there and it's clean. Many business people seem to stay here. Breakfast buffet is ok but it's a madhouse. Staff is nice.

Helt ok hotell. Bra läge. Frukosten var dock en besvikelse. Var väldigt lite att välja mellan, fanns typ bröd, lite pålägg, kokt ägg, naturell yoghurt, apelsin, nån sylt/marmelad. Även mycket folk varje dag. Men servicen var bra!
