Really very luxurious for a hostel. Very nice and clean. The only negative is that besides your room everything is an additional cost. Lockers, locks, gym access, etc. Great stay though.

Lots of nice spaces to relax and meet people. Nice rooftop bar. Clean & comfortable rooms. Definately recommend!

Next House is an incredibly fun place to stay! The amenities and events are a wonderful way to meet other travelers, especially if you are traveling solo. There is a fitness gym, a sports area, cinema, and rooftop bar. Some of these incur a small fee but the cinema is free to use. There is a pizza buffet, which can be convenient if you arrive late at night and other places are closed. The location is great, very close to Tivoli Gardens and around 30 minutes to walk to Nyhaven or Rosenborg Castle. What I liked best about the room is that it was cool and quiet. The bathroom and linens were clean, but the walls of the room were dirty and there were cobwebs on the ceiling.

Hostel havde meget gode faciliteter, flere steder at kunne opholde sig mødes med andre på hostelet, samt en store spisesal. På hostelet er der mange arrangementer og man er god til at servicere gæsterne. Hostelet ligger på en rigtig god beliggenhed. Værelserne er meget smalle til gengæld er sengene og madrasserne meget bløde. Stigerne kan dog være vandskelige at komme opad. Der er også baggage rum på hostelet som der kan benyttes samt træningsrum og andre facilliteter.

Sheets, towel included, many leisure activities in house: cinema fitness studio, kicker, billard. Laundry, common kitchen, storage. Some of it comes with extra cost. Very little personal storage space in the dorms. Breakfast and dinner offerings are cheap but very unhealthy. I'd rather pay 20 DKK extra and have healthy food. Close to CPH main station, many sights in walking distance.

Zweckmäßig, auch wenn die Zimmer sehr eng sind. 4er Privatzimmer für Familie aber gut. Für junge Leute gute Ausstattung in den öffentlichen Bereichen, Gym, Indoor socker, Kino, Billard etc.

The facilities here are outstanding. It’s a great place to hang out and relax after exploring the city. The staff are very helpful too.

Amazing accomodation. The gym, rooftop bar, lobby bar(s), restraunt, and guest exclusive activities made it a must stay for me.

Sehr sauberes und gutes Hostel. Es gibt Möglichkeiten in der Lobby zu Kickern und Billard zu spielen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, sowie das ganze gesamte Hostel.

Dirty Bath, hair in bed

Værelset var ikke særligt rent, men sengen var fin og det samme med sengetøjet. Personalet var meget venlige. Havde ikke brug for andet end sengen da mit ophold kun var 6 timer før jeg skulle i lufthavnen.

The room that I changed into was spotless, but the sink and shower drains were EXTREMELY sluggish...

We booked last minute on Expedia and paid quite a lot for the room for 2 nights. Booked a 4 bedded room as a private room as we travel with our little daughter. The cleanliness was questionable as we found a round container with tobacco in the cabinet (not ours) and also brown stains in the cabinet below (wiped it with wet wipe easily). Also stained sides of the bed, shower didn’t drain properly. Wanted to store milk in the fridge for our daughter and then heat it up in the microwave - were told we have to pay to use the kitchen. Given we have already paid quite a lot for the hostel room due to low availability in the city. This time price was even higher than during Eurovision week. Found it so unacceptable to charge for the kitchen use given that we already paid more than most guests of the hotel. At least they could have let us use the kitchen free of charge as we travel with little child who needs warm milk before bed. Also, the room 1010 was on a ground floor and despite not being properly cleaned on the inside, the window was filthy with lots of spider webs and spiders - we couldn’t open the window for some fresh air. We asked for a higher floor so we could open the window but the staff said - no availability while Expedia said there were another 4 private rooms available. Had overall impression that the staff just couldn’t be bothered helping or solving our issues. Unacceptable service, very disappointing.

Tiny room, super big hostel, good location if you are spending one night.

It had a great common area. The rooms were extremely compact.

Very close to the train station, about a 6 minute walk. My only complaint is that the rooms are too small. There are no big lockers in the room so you have to store your luggage in the basement and pay for a locker.

Ekstremt lille værelse men med en god seng. Ingen opbevaringsplads og ingen bøjler. Lange mørke gange som godt kan føles utrygge om aftenen

Perfect hostel, the only complaint I have is that it was a bit warm during the night.

Too small room

Stayed in a female only room for 4 women - it was unacceptably tiny. Hardly any room to move much less open a suitcase. Bathroom is also small, think airplane restroom with a tiny shower. The rest of the facilities are nice, though party central for the youth. Do not recommend for more mature folks.

Nice place with lots of stuff to do, good location, can walk to places like Tivoli Gardens - booked a private room, just wish it was more spacious as there was very little space to walk with the bed about 4 steps away from the door

Next House is absolutely huge, definitely the biggest hostel I've stayed at. It has a huge range of facilitirs, multiple bars and a restaurant. It's very social, and the hostel hosts a lot of events and does a good job of linking up solo travllers. Having said this, the flashy look of the place hides some of the biggest frustrations with this hostel. The 4 person dorms are tiny - lockers dont fit a suitcase of any kind, and the hostel expects you to pay for suitcase/backpack sized lockers in the basement. The ensuite is too small for 4 people to share, and would quickly get dirty and wet, particularly as the shower would leak onto what little of the bathroom floor there is. There was no storage, and very little hanging space, so it made having a shower and getting changed quite a chore. The pod style bunks, whilst private, were hot and stuffy, even with the air con up to the max setting. If you have mobility issues I would reconsider booking this hostel as the top bunks are very difficult to get up to. Finally, if you'd like to use the hostel Kitchen, you are forced to pay for the privilege. It was also a requirement to pay for the gym and sports pitch, which are more understandable given they are above and beyond normal facilities, but for using a kitchen this seemed steep. I think this hostel sucks you in with the buzz of the facilities but lets you down on the dorms themselves.

We stayed in a private double bed with a bathroom and though it was small it was good if you just needed a place to relax and sleep. Bathroom was a good size with heated flooring. Did find some hair in bed and mess left on the windowsill but an easy enough clean. One of the best hostels Ive stayed in for atmosphere, plenty of activities and amenities, my partner made use of the football game held on Wednesdays. Definitely will be back!

Bad customer service and customer service not helpful when in need of help. They’re rude

Great value. It's in the red light district, so worth noting if you're trying to avoid this area. In terms of facilities, it's a bit lacking. It has a bed the toilets and showers, but no kitchen; rooms are tight. The staff is overall nice but they're not flexible. I had twisted my ankle a couple days before check in and they refused to give me a bottom bunk even though it was available. Dangerous climb every time but I survived

The rooms have private bathrooms and I liked the way the bunk partially closed me in. Very clean. Staff friendly. Lively. The even better would be that the check-in was confusing because it asked us to download an app to get the key but the key wasn't available in the app. So it was a waste of time.

Cleaners are waking up people with light and talk around 09-09.30. Not nice.

We asked about early check-in from the beginning, but the front desk staff on Thursday, 11/27 simply said it was “not possible” without any explanation. She felt unfriendly and unhelpful, and honestly, for someone working at reception, she really needs proper customer service training. We stayed for three days and were told we could only use one towel each with no replacements. Later, we also found out that requesting an extra towel costs additional money — something never mentioned on Expedia or during the booking process. It felt misleading and unfair. Although the property details claim that luggage storage is available, we were told to pay and use a locker instead. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I would not return.

Stay was fine. The reason for my 1-star was the fact that I had to buy a lock for my locker, since I could not find mine. I finally found mine 4 hours later and tried to return the lock I had just purchased and get a refund and was terribly treated at reception. The guy literally said: you bought it, it is your problem. That ruined the experience for me.

Geweldige accomodatie met veel faciliteiten op 300m van het centraal station. OV haltes voor de deur. Stadscentrum op loopafstand.

Very high quality facilities and convenience for a hostel. Cheap meal options for breakfast and dinner as well which we used multiple times.

Great location, nice ambiance, good value for money. The building is recently converted from office to hostel, with industrial aesthetics. My double room was very small, but clean and effective. Breakfast buffet is okay but a bit limited. Great rooftop terrace. And don't miss your free beer between 6 - 7 pm

Excelente y altamente recomendado. Me encantaron las instalaciones y los servicios ofrecidos como el desayuno buffet, las cenas, el uso de la cocina, por los que tienes que pagar pero todo muy económico para lo usual en CPH. Te ofrecen una cerveza gratis todos los días de 18 a 19 y todo el staff fue muy servicial y amable.

More than just a Hostel. Love it. Breakfast was good and the bars were great. I was in a 4 bed female room. Really comfy beds. Only downside was that the eatery had pizza every night i was there. However plenty of places to eat within walking distance. I'll be back!

The room (private double) was very small, but it was very clean and quiet. We took advantage of the buffet breakfast and pizza and salad evening and they were really good value and nice food too. We also used the laundry and the lockers. We went on the walking tour, which was great. We used Donkey Republic bikes to get around, which were good value and easy to use.

Trevlig personal och stämning. Skön säng (dubbelrum). Ganska rent badrum. Frukosten var enkel, jag äter hellre på annat ställe nästa gång.

Really loved this property. It's huge and beautiful and there's a fantastic energy from the moment you walk in the door. Very helpful staff and comfortable bedding. Breakfast was delicious and a great value. I will stay here again.
