Modern & safe hotel adjacent to CPH airport. Small but adequate guest room. Price seemed a bit high for the room size, but it was very convenient to stay within a few steps of the airport for our very late arrival. Ask for extra towels and pillows at the front desk before heading to your room. At check-in, confirm if you will have breakfast or not as they just assume you will and charge you for it.

The comfort Inn at Copenhagen airport is certainly convenient - about a six minute walk from the airport all enclosed and well-signed—- and offers the basics, with quiet rooms. When I arrived near midnight to check in, there was a line of about 20 ppl waiting to check in with only 1 person to assist. The hotel offers self service check in form at least 4 iPad-style devices but only 1 was working. Luckily I was able to use that and have my key in hand in less than 5 mins, just from providing my passport to be scanned— the system pulled up my reservation, so I didn’t have to fumble with entering a lot of data or my confirmation number. The room was clean and comfortable, but the double bed only had one pillow, and there was one bath sized towel and one hand towel in the bathroom. No small desk, but then the hotel is not designed for working, but just basically sleeping. For that it was comfortable , clean and adequate. Although I would’ve appreciated a second pillow and a second towel.

We were tired and cold when we arrived after a flight from Greece. We had to do a self check-in which I’ve never encountered before and half the tablets didn’t work. They had 1 poor person at the desk and a long line. When we finally checked in and made keys we went to the elevator. There was a poor women who was trying to get to her room but couldn’t figure it out. Be forewarned- your card key will ONLY take you to the floor your room is on! This made no sense and we had to figure it out since no one told us. So if you have family or friends on another floor they told me I’d have to go meet them in the lobby to go up to their floor. Huh? I have never seen this. Then the air/heat will only go up or down 2 degrees. Ooookkkkk. When I went to go meet my son in the lobby to get a cord since I just couldn’t go to his room I saw that the poor lady was still trying to figure out the elevator. But- the free breakfast buffet in the morning made up for everything! Wow what a spread! In the USA that alone would cost about 50.00. I’ve never seen a hotel buffet with so much from crepes with a ton of toppings to muesli to meats and Scandinavian foods. And coffee choices! The buffet alone is worth the stay. And it is in the airport so that’s convenient.

Personalen får en femma. På rummet saknade jag en alternativ kudde. Den befintliga var alldeles för hög. Rummet var också för varmt. Tog lång tid att få ner temperaturen till lämplig sovtemparatur. Annars välstädat och tyst. Bra!

Fin beliggenhed, reneværelser, service er nok lidt begrænset, da alt indtjekning skulle foregå via en skærm, og det samme ved udtjekning, at man bare smed sit kort. Jeg må indrømme at vi er de typer der utrolig godt kan lide at man kan snakke lidt med personalet og få et smil. Der havde vi ikke rigtig nogen kontakt til personalet.

We use this hotel whenever we visit Denmark for the last night before the flight home after we have returned the rental car. Usually we arrive between 1 and 2 pm. Until this time we always got our room even though the check-in time is 3 pm. However, despite the hotel had our room ready we were told we could have it only if we paid a ridiculous fee. We will look for a different hotel next time.

Nice room and friendly staff, convenient to be able to walk to the airport under roof. The breakfast buffet however, was underwhelming and took down my rating. If breakfast isnt for you, its ok. Scrambled eggs very undercooked, very little selection of everything.

Perfect place to stay if you have an early flight out or late flight in. Queen, quiet and front desk people were super accommodating when I arrived early. Something they didn’t advertise is a small early morning breakfast (3:00-5:30) for those that have to miss the full breakfast. Nice touch .. I’ve never seen that before.
