Good basic hotel. I booked it for a night stay over between long flights. It was about a 7 minute taxi to and from the airport, which was about 150dkk each way. It doesnt have a restaurant onsite and not many options for food nearby. Having a car would be an advantage.

This place is a Motel 6 at best. Bugs in the bathroom, dirty elsewhere, flimsy furnishings, very inconvenient location not at the airport but a ten minute taxi ride since the so-called airport hotel has no shuttle. The taxi will set you back about $25 or 175 danish crowns so whatever you think you’ll save staying there, add $50. It is located in a residential suburb with no services around and the hotel has no restaurant and stocks no food, though they have a full service bar and will gladly sell you overpriced drinks to help you forget the mistake you made by staying there. If you want to order food you’ll need an app Wolt. Do yourself a big favor and stay elsewhere.

This is a good hotel with standard amenities. The main downsides I have with this hotel is that it's not close to a metro station nor does it have a shuttle to the airport. So, factor a taxi or rental car into the costs when you stay here.

Staff on check-in and check out were very polite and helpful. My room was a good size , however, it was a bit tired in the bathroom. And not finished the maintenance work on the wall where the bed was (this isn't a problem for me, but can imagine others being unhappy). I was road facing room which was noisy. No restaurant and a small cute bar area. However, downstairs they do a continental breakfast between 5-10am, i think it was 150kr. Hotel did have a microwave for guests to use, there is supermarket down the road and an aldi further down the main road. Overall it was fine for one night and priced paid

Slitet rum, ofräscht badrum som luktade sunkigt och hade fläckar och rost i badrummet. Rummet var kvavt och hade ingen AC. Väldigt enkel standard för priset. Namnet ”airport hotel” gjorde att vi tänkte att vi skulle vara närmare flygplatsen, men var en 10 minuters taxiresa dit.

We were staying here for only 5 hours overnight before our flight departure and was glad it wasn’t any longer. The bed linen wasn’t clean. There was fresh brown stains on the sheets. The bathroom is outdated and moldy. The room was unbearably warm even with the fan on.

Employees at the front desk are very nice, polite and ready to help. However, the stage of the bathroom and cleaning quality in general left not pleasant impression. There is quite some mold in the bathroom, towels and bed linnen looks worn-out and dusting of the room could be much better. We are coming every year for the last 3-4 years and i hope next visit will surprise us in a pleasant way.

Dodgy smell on arrival. Moldy. Even after we aired out the same stench when we came back. Rust/creepy residue behind toilet, embarrasing work around sink for reapirs, rusty almost broken mirror in bath, electric outlet looks bad, poor quality everywhere and what the heck is going on behind the bed with missing wall??? If I could i would have complained on checkout and ask for refund/reduction BUT there was no one there when we left. Still considering writing to Hotels.com.... And on that note. On arrival great difficulty checking me in to the point I was almost certain there was no room. And saying that is was because om my last name with an "ø" does not give me any problems other places. My advise. Close and renovate the room

An exceptionally clean bed with very clean bedding. We slept very well and that's all we needed to do. A culture of cleanliness and hygiene that cannot be found in other countries even at much higher prices.

Room was hot and not safe to keep window open as our room was on the ground floor. No wardrobes and small. Had to navigate our suitcases as they had to be on the floor. Bathroom and shower were great. Bed very comfortable and clean.

Four Points Flex is a modern facility with small practical rooms. unfortunately my room was hot hot hot - and there are no AC - only way to cool the room is opening the window and listen to the people talking and chatting all night along with cars on the street.. also windows do not have bug-screens - and you need to leave the curtains open to get air in… great location for quick connection to the airport - but if you prefer a cool room this is not a good choice.

Check in was efficient the receptionist on duty upon our arrival was most helpful even getting us some more pillows and a kettle for the room. Comfortable stay for a two night trip. It is about a 45 minute walk from the airport so would recommend a bus or taxi. Bus is cheaper, taxi is expensive for a short trip to airport. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from nearest train terminal and metro link.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. No problems calling a Taxi and Check in out was super easy. Not too far from the trainstation and Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Bed was nice and bathroom is very clean and new. Definitely would stay there again

As a Marriott TITANIUM member, I have high expectations from an associated property. The check in rep denied all normal perks, including late check out, room upgrade, breakfast etc. Their was nothing overtly bad about the hotel..but their is nothing special about it,,and it's overpriced for what it is

Min søn og jeg overnattede én nat da vi skulle til Comic Con lige i nærheden. Check-in var super nemt og personalet var enormt venlige og høflige. Selvom vi tjekkede ud søndag fik vi lov at lade bilen stå til senere på dagen, så det kunne ikke være bedre! Værelset var rent og pænt, og badeværelset ligeså. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen!

I was looking for a one-night stay near the airport. This location was close and reasonably priced. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel, but the buses only run once an hour, making it a bit more challenging to use public transportation. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, but with a different interior design/feel. Hotel staff was GREAT!

Room was ok. But breakfast included was way below average. We arrived in the restaurant at 0850. No more cups for the coffee. And none supplied. No cutting bread left. And none supplied. Only bake-off buns were available. No forks left. And none supplied. 2 out of 3 jars of jams were emptied. The last was almost emptied. And none supplied. The breakfast (what actually was available) was absolutely not from the high-end quality and left an impression of money over the guests. The cost of the breakfast is 129 Dkr. This amount of money did not correspond to the quality of the breakfast and certainly not, when the buffet was not supplied.

Fint hotel med hyggelig atmosfære. God service og venlige og kompetente medarbejdere. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, dog måtte de gerne servere kogte æg - så man ikke selv skal stå og koge dem. Vores blev taget af andre, så lidt øv. Men alt i alt en god oplevelse.

This was a one night stay for an early flight. Staff very friendly and helpful. Note there is no restaurant on site for dinner (but we ordered delivery with help from the lady at reception and it was absolutely fine). No shuttle service but the staff booked taxi and was very straightforward.

A very comfortable stay in this welcoming hotel which is very near the airport;. Comfortable bedroom with golden suite shower and toilet and cmfortable beds Good buffet breakfast for about £13 No other on site dining but very nice Danish restaurant at no67 within easy walking distance

Bed was very comfortable but didn't need the duvet. Nice touch providing the fan as the window was facing the busy street and couldn't be opened at night. Breakfast buffet was excellent....nice variety of meats, cheeses, breads, cereals and eggs.

En enkelt overnatning i et helt fint værelse. Sengene var gode og badeværelset lyst. Desværre var morgenmaden en skuffelse. Juicemaskine var i stykke og man kunne kun få grape juice. Den ene kaffemaskine var i stykker, så der var lang kø til den maskine der virkede. Der var en fin bakke til røræg, men bakken var tom. Jeg synes udvalget var sparsomt til prisen. Der var 2 brød bakker, men kun et halvt brød i den ene. Men den smule mad vi fik var helt ok.
