Værelset var fint men vinduerne punkteret og beskidte så vi ikke kunne se ud. Vi betalte næste 400! I parkering der gør det til et alt for dyrt ophold. Pool området var fint og hyggeligt.

Rooms were great, clean, warm, modern, staff all seemed very helpful, and the kids play area is so under advertised on the booking photos, it was great, two separate play areas, and a games room for more grown up kids, and a full size bouncy castle, just great!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hygiene is 0/10. Hotels.com also failed to get a refund and offered just a $25 credit. I have over 100 room nights with them and their response was that Tivoli hotel refused to accept complaint. There was BLOOD on the pillows, and what was more than likely appear to be ‘bodily fluid’ on the glass door next to the bed. Absolutely disgusting.

Fint værelse , flinkt personale. ALT for lidt lydisolering i forhold til værelserne omkring og ovenpå. Vi var aå uheldige at havde naboer ig over boer der henholdsvis trampede/hoppede rigtig meget ovenpå og naboer der råbte og festde på værelset helw natten , vi kunme følge med i deres samtale . Så ingen søvn til os. .

Dont go here. Through Expedia/Hotels.com i have VIP access, but this hotel dont respect that and lies about it. When i was checking in, I told them, that there was a free upgrade if possible, but I was informed, that it was not possible, because the hotel was fully booked. When I got to my room, I checked the webpage, and where was several rooms. I then went down to talk with a manager, and she told me, that it was not possible, because the rooms they had left, they expected to sell that night. I then said, why not respect the program, and give me the upgrade and then sell my room, and then she got upset and said it was not possible to give an upgrade and it was only "if possible" and then she said "it was not possible" even there was rooms. And the discount they give on food and drinks, dont cover the breakfast. So dont choose this hotel for the VIP ACCESS. But my biggest dissapointment is that staff clearly lied, on why thery could not give the upgrade. NEVER ever lie to a guest. I would have respected it more if they instead said, that they dont want to honer the program they are a part off, because they want more money and dont care about it. I have been to this hotel before and recommended others to go there, but this was without doubt the last time and it will never be recommended again.

Staff were fantastic, in every area. The room was clean, but I wouldn’t say well designed. Location was good, but not ideal for tourism, as quite a walk into town. Kids’ play areas were outstanding. Only real downside was the evening dining. The menu lacked imagination and tasted mass produced. Bean stew seemed like a few tins of different beans heated up in a bowl, and the schnitzel was a large hunk of breaded meat on a plate, in a thick tasteless sauce and little else. If the hotel was more central and nearer to restaurants, wouldn’t have been an issue. Breakfasts were great.

Men værelset (på trods af opgradering) var lidt træt og var ikke helt på det forventede niveau og fx bidet i toilettet var defekt, det samme var dispenseren til creme. Med de prøvede at udbedre det omgående og det var godt.

Great hotel with even better facilities. Ideal if you're staying as a family. Only slight downside is that it's not close to any public transport links - the nearest bus stop, train stop and water bus stop are at least a 20 minute walk away depending on if you have kids and luggage. Other than that, a great place to stay with lovely rooms and facilities.

Very nice stay but the breakfast saturday morning was very overcrowded and chaotic. There where only one buffet and there where more then 40 people in line just to get to the buffet. So don't order breakfast in the weekend unless you like your morning starting with "fighting" for your food with more then 100 people.

Bean stew seemed like a few tins of different beans heated up in a bowl, and the schnitzel was a large hunk of breaded meat on a plate, in a thick tasteless sauce and little else. If the hotel was more central and nearer to restaurants, wouldn’t have been an issue. Breakfasts were great.

Very friendly staff. Nice room - clean. Nice with the free water. Excellent breakfast - the best I have tried at a hotel in Copenhagen. I love the fresh omelette and the pancakes. Best tebirkes I have tasted in a very long time. Everything is nice but I miss a 'normal' salami. I love the concept for the Executive Rooms with Tea time, snacks and wine. Cakes are delicious and the snacks also. There is always enough and often filled up. Compliments to the efficient staff! I like the hand lotion option BUT the hand lotion dispenser was empty. Could be nice if this was checked regularly. It is a shame that the cleaning staff does not fill up with new tea and coffee (not the first time I have experienced that). It was very cold in the room due to the windy and freezing weather. The wind goes right through the windows - very bad isolation. Would be nice with a guide to the air con/'heater'. It would be nice if the voucher for 20% also applied in the lobby bar. I am looking forward to my next stay at my favorite hotel in Copenhagen :-)

Selve hele hotellet deres oplevelse var mega hyggeligt vi spiste på Mash, morgenmad havde vi også, da vi kom ned var det rent kaos, vi havde bestilt bord men vi kunne stå og tage den næsten ikke finde noget bord, og jeg må sidde ved bordet imens min kæreste gik op for at finde mad og så var det min tur til at gå op og finde, ellers var bordet blevet Taget, det var helt kaos ved morgenmaden , der var så mange mennesker, så vi fik meget lidt morgenmad og vi skyndte os ud igen,

Receptionists and most personales were warm and friendly. Nice interior design. But I’m not happy about few things. 1. The hair dryer was very slow and gave too hot air, even with cooling button pressed. Within 20 seconds, I could feel the air was too hot and I had a take a break. My 8 year old daughter simply couldn’t take the hot air and wouldn’t let me use the hairdryer on her. As a 4 star hotel, this is unacceptable. 2. The blinder didn’t block the light efficiently, as the curtain the way the blinders are installed still leaves certain amount of light in when the sun was up early in the morning. 3. We were told that we could still use the swimming pool after we have checked out. The the check out time is 12:00. We checked out at 11:00 and the receptionist was nice to give me a keycard to access the pool. But at 11:45, we were told by the personales at the pool that they would close the pool and we had to rush to shower and didn’t even get time to dry hair and were rushed out of the pool at 11:53. 4. I chose this hotel because I knew my daughter would enjoy the big indoor playground in the hotel, but it was rented out to some conference while we were there and we were not informed in anyways until we asked for the playground. My daughter was very disappointed that she couldn’t play there. If I knew the playground was not available, I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel.

Great place to stay. Good location, just outside the main city. 10 minutes walk and you are in the centre. 2 great restaurants in the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed out stay.
