Kul hotell med ungdomlig touch och mycket trevlig personal. Bra område, rent och trevligt rum och bra miljöer (restaurant, sittplatser, spelhörna) att ta det lugnt i eller äta en god lunch. Ett hotell jag gärna väljer igen!

Great location! But charging for the locker to hold the luggages is inadequate!

Rigtig fine forhold, mange muligheder for underholdning af forskellige spil og underdørs terrasse. Vi lejede et 6 mands værelse, pænt og rent. Dog skulle vi selv ligge lagen på sengen. 😬 😂😂 helt i orden Der var hvad vi havde behov for. Og sengene var gode at ligge i.

The property was great for us as a family. We were busy all day and just needed somewhere to rest our heads and feet from all the walking we did. It would have been nice to have towels provided and being British, we’d have loved a kettle for making our own hot drinks. It was clean and warm, the shower was lovely and powerful, and the staff were accommodating. We were early for check in but they kindly offered us a different room which was ready. They warned that being directly above the bar it maybe noisy, especially as we were staying over the weekend, but it was not a problem for us at all.

Stedet var dejligt men parkering under hotellet er meget dyrt. 400 kr. pr. døgn.

It is hostel, not a Hotel. Guests are from all ages and groups from families to gropus in their mid 20s. Lots of games in place for families with teenagers and above, lovely young atmosphere. With inside bar and music, and sport tv until late. Only one lift for 6 floors, you wait long time to reach the 6th floor, i used the stairs mainly. In the room, the shower , sink and toilet seat are in one single small space with a curtain to contain the shower water, the floor gets all wet, you need to use toilet roll to dry the floor or the hand swiper... the bed is very comfortable and spacious. Room has window to the street and was noisy, but after a while it was quiet. The TV didn't get any channel, it was reported to reception but they didn't so anything to resolve the issue. Excellent location with walking distance to everywhere. Many bars and restaurants around the area. A few stag and hen parties during the weekend that make it a bit loud over the night. It was a good stay, the builting a bit dated, but over all ok for one or two nights...

Frukostmenyn var fräsch med basutbud, inget extra. Det var trevligt bar/hängområde med plats att sitta, spela spel etc, samt uteterass. Rummet var trevligt och fräscht, och rent. Lite högjudd gata på en helg. Reste med tonårsdotter, passade oss perfekt. Trevligt med närhet till allt i centrum.

Full marks to the front desk and service team. • The common areas like the bar and lounge are well-designed and welcoming. • Lockers are convenient and provide a sense of security. Cons: • Dormitory experience was disappointing. Guests were drying their clothes on their beds, which made the room feel messy and unhygienic. • Poor ventilation in the rooms—windows are kept closed due to cold weather, making it stuffy and difficult to breathe, especially for someone with asthma. • Beds are extremely close to each other, leaving almost no personal space. The cramped setup adds to the discomfort. • A lot of snoring and noise makes it hard to sleep in shared rooms. • Bathrooms and toilets are located inside the dorms, which means eight people sharing one small space creates lingering smells and general discomfort. • Elevators are noisy and feel a bit unstable, which doesn’t inspire confidence. Overall: While the staff and common areas are great, the actual sleeping and hygiene conditions in the dorms need serious improvement. Not recommended for anyone sensitive to air quality, noise, or looking for a restful stay.

Overall a good service, clean and with a nice common area.what i didnt like is the store luggage service by payment, infact even for a couple of hours you have to pay for that, and its not cheap,furthermore considering they have several boxex available theyshould offer it for free to the customers.

Dirty dirty dirty .... from the moment you walk in .... both elevators are filthy and havent been mopped out for months ... the carpets in the halls are disgusting and do not even seem to be vacuumed daily .... the room was serviced in 30 seconds by a person emptying the trash and flushing the toilet .... no cleaning of the toilet area or mopping out the shower .... no towel, no soap in shower, no free luggage storage .... this place charges for everything and doesnt even spend money on cleaning.... they just figure young people wont care and they pocket the extra profits ... worst hostel i have stayed at for a long time .... will avoid their company wherever i go.

Ganske fint til prisen. Rengøringen kunne være bedre og det er lidt irriterende at der ikke er håndklæde/papirservietter til at tørre fingre med på værelset. Ellers ligger det super centralt og har en god vibe.

The staff were all quite helpful and friendly. The location is great and there is a bar on site. I was placed in a room with 5 existing clients (both M and F) - and that room was filthy. The bathroom smelled like urine (causing the entire room to smell) and the general dirty condition/untidiness was off-putting. I realize the facility can’t really control the condition of the rooms, but the experience would keep me from returning.

Rummet var smutsigt, stopp i handfatet. Ingen handduk endast ett badlakan/ person. Ingen badrumsmatta eller skrapa att få bort vattnet med från badrumsgolvet efter dusch. Väldigt sparsam frukostbuffe relaterat tio priset för den.

Et fint sted med gode aktiviteter og hjælpsomt personale, men rengøring af selve toiletkummen oppe under kanten var mildest talt for dårlig, og toiletbrættet faldt af. Det gjorde vi opmærksom på i receptionen.

Generelt meget slidt, værelset er fint rummeligt - bad og toilet meget småt. sengene er slidt, der mangler skruer i metalplader som derfor klapre hele natten ved mindste bevægelse. Rengøringen er meget mangelfuld.

Appreciate this was a budget stay but I still expect the room to be clean, which it really wasn’t. The bed was covered in hair and the floor felt really dirty under foot. Would suit backpackers / students more so than families / couples

Dirty beadsheets, dirty toilet when we arrived, dirty floors, shower drain was clogged and no one did anything about it during our stay.

Very good location. Small clean room. Breakfast is worth the price. Ask for a room on the side of the yard since the sun warms up the street side on the morning.

Wonderful hostel. Clean, friendly, cheap for Copenhagen, and good vibes all around. The biggest perk is the location. Very walkable to any area you could want to go or the metro/buses. Absolutely would recommend.

Great position, and pretty good performance considering the price. Only the bathroom floot getting quite messy after a shower makes it a little annoying. Also beds made some cracking sounds on some turns. Other things were fine.

Jättetrevlig personal men definitivt inte ett ställe som är vettigt om man tänkt att sova på nätterna. Vi hade missat detaljen om att det låg en nattklubb i hotellet och även fast vi bodde på 3:e våningen hördes basen och musiken tydligt fram till 02. Passar säkert backpackers och yngre klientel som inte har jättehöga krav. Personalen är som sagt väldigt trevliga och att shuffelbord och andra spel ingick i loungen var ett plus!

Ingen AC eller luftkonditionering på rummet så de var nästan 30 grader på rummet. Det saknades gardiner för mörkläggning. Hissen lät som att den skulle ha bytts ut för minst 30 år sedan

Basic hostel hotel but central location. Good: Welcoming staff. Central location to the city attractions with transport close by if needed. Very quiet location - slept very well. Clean room. Great shower with instant warm water. Plugs by bed Not so good: Bed creaky. Bed sheet did not fit bed well and kept rolling up leaving the mattress exposed (mattress is plastic so doesn't feel good to sleep on when sheet has moved!) Corridors could do with better signs to lift (walked past the door to the lift several times before I found it!)

The location was great and a quick walk to Nyhavn. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. The room was sooooo hot it was a struggle to sleep. There was a fan in the room but this wasn’t found until day 2 as it was hidden behind a curtain, although the fan didn’t make too much of a difference. Cannot comment on breakfast as we didn’t have it. Staff were great, happy and efficient, apart from one staff member we encountered who was a little curt….maybe having a bad day! We wouldn’t stay here again only due to how hot the room was but the rest of the facilities and location were great

Fint hostel, med hyggelig personale. Rolig utenfor når man har vinduet åpent, men veldig varmt på en varm sommerdag. Man får bare åpnet vinduene en del, og det er ikke AC, men utenom det var det helt supert. Jeg reagerte også litt på at vasken er i fellesrommet, ikke inne på toalettet. Det var litt irriterende med tanke på å forstyrre resten av rommet på natten

Immer sehr stickig im Zimmer, obwohl das Fenster offen war.Eine Klimaanlage könnte dieses Problem lösen. Sonst zufriedenstellend

The mixed 8 persons room was too small in a way. It was a warm day (22°C ish) and could not open windows. Ventilation was terrible for this time at least. I had a decent buffet breakfast. Very friendly staffs. Appreciate good front desk service.

Location was central and ideal for exploring Copenhagen. We requested cot and this had been prepared in the room ready. We all slept so well, baby included. The room was basic but had everything we needed. There is a bar and games you can access during the day. Also the option to buy anything you may have forgotten. We also used their lockers to store our bags after checkout so we could explore for the day. They were about 60DKK for the day and a large one holds a fair amount of luggage. Only downside is there’s only 1 lift which can be a bit of a waiting game. Had we not had the pushchair we wouldn’t have needed it, but something to be aware of if you do require a lift. There’s also a tourist section near to reception with brochures and also discounts for certain shops / attractions - very handy!! The staff were all approachable and friendly. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would definitely return!

It was okay, not very clean hotel. We got a room just above the bar and it was very loud, so we went to ask for a different room and the staff was amazing, we got an upgrade to a family room on the 6th floor.

Comfortable stay! Good location and friendly staff! Just didn’t know how to turn off our bathroom light.

Det var meget centralt i Kbh. Nem indtjekning. Dog skulle man kunne tale engelsk for at samtale med receptionisten. Dejlig seng. Havde forventet at jeg kunne lave kaffe på værelset eller hente kaffe i receptionen, men det kunne jeg ikke. Jeg havde nok for store forventninger til stedet.

Dejligt ophold, Med søde personaler.

Grat location, over all adequate hotel. Had loud Tecno music playing until 1am. Elevator didn't work.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach super, weil Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel klasse und alles in der Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür, Zimmer klein und basic (kein Kleiderschrank!), aber gemütlich und ruhig.

Average hotel in a good location just north of city center. Typical European room - small but okfor two. Somewhat on the noisy side between rooms and from street with windows open.

The hotel was in a very good location the main lift was a bit slow the bar had run out of crossiants on the morning we came down for breakfast. The room would have benefitted from a hoover and a bath mat

Struttura bella, pulita, molto giovanile. Colazione mediamente fornita ma mediocre di qualità. Il prezzo é altissimo. In linea con la Città. 500 euro per 3 notti per 3 persone dei quali 2 bambini.

Generator lå centralt i København og der var en 24-7 åben reception med mulighed for tilkøb af morgenmad. Der var hvad der skulle være. Rengøring på badeværelset på værelset var dog meget mangelfuld. Toiletbrættet var knækket men da vi sagde det i receptionen skiftede de det straks så det var godt. Morgenmad var god til prisen. Ville godt benytte mig af Generator igen.

Kleines, aber sauberes Zimmer. Leider kein Doppelbett, dafür eigenes Bad. Preislich absolut ok, Frühstück für 75 DKK. Wenn man sich in der Umgebung anschaut, was man für den Preis bekommt, dann ist das wirklich sehr gut. Leicht erreichbar mit der Metro, schöne Bar auch wenn die während unseren Besuchs immer ziemlich voll war. Sehr nettes Personal.

Tre overnatninger på lille værelse til gade med meget støj. Spiste en enkelt gang aftensmad på Cafeen på lokationen. En burger med den tørreste brioche bolle jeg længe har fået. Ungdommelig stemning og masser af unge turister, hvilket er forventeligt på et "luksus-hostel", men kke optimalt til romantisk eller afslappende ophold. Var tilfældigvis i bad, da housekeeping bankede på på anden-dagen. Gik ud 15 min senere, og da jeg kom tilbage på værelset sidst på dagen, havde de ikke vendt tilbage. Så ingen rengøring eller skift af håndklæder i tre døgn. Og til DKK 3700,- for tre overnatninger for én person, plus ca. DKK 1500,- for parkering, er der langt bedre og billigere alternativer. Men hvis det vigtigste er central placering og man er til fest og farver, så er det helt fint. Er man mere til ro og luksus, så vælge noget andet.

I always choose Generator for good location , nice place friendly staff BUT …. Very disappointed with the very POOR BREAKFAST, juice very watery and fruit from a can very bad taste and very bad , PLEASE, you need to improve the breakfast!! THANK YOU

Tolle Lage. Das Hotel bietet bescheidenen Frühstück an aber für einen guten Preis, was viel teurer in der Stadt wäre.

Very pool information regarding breakfast. The buffet was terrible. See what you buy before confirming. The room was expensive compared to Copenhagen standart. The location is top notch, definitely the best part.
