On the way to this place, I got stuck by an issue with air traffic control. Nothing I could do about it. I messaged them. No response. Tried again, nothing. Zilch, NADA - not bothered. They charged me full amount, citing their cancellation policy. Companies need to be more forgiving in such circumstances.

I couldn’t use the terrace due to spiders when I asked to be changed to another room they almost laughed at my face another lady entered her room and the toilet was dirty with dirty toilet paper and she got treated the same way. Absolutely awful and disrespectful and I have lived and worked in danish hospitality I have never experienced this.

I would recommend it to solo travellers looking for something affordable. It is also great that they have a kitchen, which can be used for a small fee and is a nice bonus. The main downside for me was that they do not offer luggage storage, only lockers, and these come at an additional cost. The room is also quite small, so it may not be the most convenient option if you are travelling with large suitcases. I would also suggest adding curtains to the beds in the shared dormitory, as this would provide a bit more privacy. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely book again.

Strange place excellent vibes wonderful staff but our room was such poor value for the cost. So little room and no cleaning The staff are amazing and they make it seem welcome with tons to do and lots of facilities The pool should be private bookable in half hour slots as it’s quite small.
