Nemt at tjekke ind og ud. Aflåst bagagerum og stort areal, hvor man kan sidde og slappe af. Værelserne var ok, men simpel “pap” væg og dør til toilet og bad. Og kanter rundt om væggen til rummet var ulækre at se på. Fin morgenmad med ok udvalg.

Cheap but not nice. The bed was good but thats about it. Fan was loud and went on all night. The shower is pretty much right above the toilet. You also pay to get your bags stored on site, when you have checked out.

For me I found it a good value basic accommodation. 15mins walk from Copenhagen main train station. Had the bigger captain so good size, comfy bed & warm room. Room right by door from lift so could be noisy, but didn’t disturb too much. Used the gym, which was better than expected even if rather tired and tatty. Used the locker to store luggage for a few hrs pior to check in. It cost around £7 for 6hrs for a large locker. In all, was a cheap & cheerful stay.

Considering it is a budget hotel , it`s not bad at all. Clean rooms , good breakfast although there are others so much better with much much more variety in Copenhagen , decent gym with decent equipment.

I understand that this is a budget hotel but the lighting in my room was poor (apart from the bathroom) and the room was uncomfortably hot (the thermostat didn’t seem to work). The fridge made intermittent noises that woke me in the night.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel last week. The room was small for a twin room but as it was just me, it was just fine. There was plenty of storage space for two and the beds were comfortable. Outside the hotel was super quiet, however I was slightly unlucky because someone in my corridor decided to play music on via their phone speakerphone at 5am whilst walking down the corridor. The doors have to slam to close, which was also a disturbance trying to sleep in a bit in the morning. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bathroom, however could be improved: the shower/ shampoo is in sachets and there were 2 sachets for the whole of my stay. That would not have worked had i washed my hair. Also, there were some suspicious brown stains on the shower curtain in a location where it's not impossible that it would have fallen inside the toilet, had the lid been left open and the toilet itself unflushed. Other than that, no complaint, the hotel was easy to find from the main train station, super close to the local suburban train stop, near a coach station and a big Ikea and couple more shops. I mainly walked into town from there, which was quick and easy. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again as the "issues" were either not the hotel's fault or easy to fix. and the price was a bargain on this occasion.

Captains room very big, the size of the pillows are cushions, and don't expect to get another we was declined. Breakfast expensive for what was on offer, not worth 125DK per person. Location was very close to the centre, Me personally wouldn't book her again.

Got a free room upgrade but I could hear running water at basically all hours of the night, it sounded like my shower was on. Also the fridge in the room would make very loud noises during the night which would wake me up, it sounded like someone was banging on my door.

I arrived very late at the hotel as I had a late flight from London. The receptionist was very rude when I could not really decipher the number he wrote on the key card. He just would not write it clearly and did not give clear instructions how to find the room. I went up and when I could not make out which was the room number I went down to reception again and tehn he re wrote the number clearly. The next day I was told I could keep the same room for teh second night but the cleaner removed all my stuff and I had a shock upon entering the room and seeing all my stuff had gone. Eventually the stuff was found but a pair of socks made from alpaca wool and given to me as gift was lost. The reception area is chaotic and the reception does not know what theya re doing. Terrible, people should not be staying there.

Really shocked about this hotel. During the 1st night of our stay the fire alarm went off. Everyone evacuated from the builidng. Didmt see one staff memember navigating or communicating with us. No one informing us it was safe to go back into the building. Try speak to reception next day nothing! We had dirty towels in our room asked reception for clean towels. Didnt help. Really badd communication. I am not happy, i suffer severly with PSTD and for the fire alarm to go off at half 3 in morning with no commuincation what was going onn whether ot was safe is really terrible for a hotel company!

Great location! Only 10-12 minutes walk to the train station. I was worried about the size of the room from reviews but I think the space is used well and didn’t feel too small. Breakfast wasn’t the best, probably wouldn’t eat there again. Good value for money and pleasant staff.

Great hotel, location brilliant, room small but everything you need for a city break. Reception queues can be long but processed quickly. Walkable to local metro, city centre and shopping centre. Easy transfer (bus 5C) to airport and 700m walk. Would stay again.

This hotel was a 10 minute walk from the railway station and Tivoli gardens. It was quite a walk to the main centre and restaurants but in a quiet location. Good clean rooms that are basic, but if all you want is somewhere to sleep, then it's perfect. I would definitely stay there again or at any other Cabinn hotel.

This hotel was a 10 minute walk from the railway station and Tivoli gardens. It was quite a walk to the main centre and restaurants but in a quiet location. Good clean rooms that are basic, but if all you want is somewhere to sleep, then it's perfect. I would definitely stay there again or at any other Cabinn hotel.

Værelset helt fint. Sjældent en morgenmadsbuffet ikke er pengene værd, men på trods af booking systemet var der lang kø, manglende service, ikke-fungerende juice maskine, og et udvalg der var mangelfuldt.

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel and nobody came yo clean the room, I went to the reception to complain and only there I was told that I had to use a bar code to ask the cleaning!! I don’t have a crystal ball to foretell the way to clean the room. And when they came the cleaning was very poor, and my room was minuscule! .. instead of Cabinn Copenhagen hotel , I propose to change to Capsule Copenhagen hotel

Of course you could not expect so much for a budget hotel. But the size of the toilet is tiny. You have to be strategic when you bath or brushing teeth. And the shower area is not separated well. It is the first time I need to dry the washroom floor by myself when staying hotel. If I had the chance to book the hotel again, I rather consider others hostel or pay more for decent environment.
