I expected this place to have more updated rooms but they looked a bit dated. The switches to the lights were a bit weird in that they did not match up between devices. I also didn't like the bedding as there was only 1 pillow per bed and the sheets weren't fitted with the protective layer. The staff were really nice though.

My issue was with some of the perifreral services almost offered by the hotel. In particular I asked about laundry services when I checked in. I was told that in by 9AM would be returned the following morning - not the same day as printed on their laundry bags. I was also informed that I could get Express service. The check in desk man told me that mean in by 9AM and the laundry would be returned in 4 to 5 hours for "a few DKK more". I turned my laundry in to the front desk at about 2000 the day I checked in (clearly before 9AM the next day). About 1PM I asked about my laundry at the front desk. I quick answer, after answering a question about if it was turned before 9AM) was it will be back tomorroe. I pointed out that I had asked for express service, and was told it would be back soon. I asked again about 3PM and was told it would be back between 5PM and 6PM. As I was asking at the front desk at 6PM, the laundry arrived. I should note that the lady I spoke to at the front desk at 6PM actually was trying to get in touch with the laundry when the laundry arrived. I learned at check out the following morning that the "few more DKK" was actually a 100% mark up for express service. I sorry but 800 or 900 DKK for an 850 DKK standard service is more than just a "few more DKK". As to WiFi I didn't discover until the day after check in that there was no WiFi in the individual rooms; just in loer foolr public areas. Would pick this hotel to stay at again - NO WAY.

No facial tissue, or phone in room. Shower floor slippery and no mat. Towels like garage rags, no bar soap, minimum pump soap Good bed and pillows though. Currently 450 E night for a motel 6 experience. I think they give Hotel.com reservations the full downgrade
