Great hotel in a vibrant location. We loved our big room and spacious bathroom. Bed was firm which we loved. Coffee maker and water filter provided. Facilities at the hotel are excellent. Cafe on level 4 was a great spot for a club sandwich at the end of busy days if you didn’t want to hit the streets. Bonus ice cream if you’re a Marriott member was a special treat. Staff were helpful and special shoutout to Tom Kim who helped organise multiple taxis for us. Central location close in Myeongdong. Very close to the hustle and bustle of markets/shopping street. Most places were within AUD12 and the hotel is close to pickup stops for day trips if you want to book Viator or similar. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was located 5 minutes walking distance from Myungdong street and Lotte department stores. It’s very new and clean. Just like any new big city buildings, self parking wasn’t easy but I payed about $20 and did valet parking. The parking price was for whole stay (I stayed 2 nights) not per day and in and out privileges. The club lounge food and drink was excellent. The gym and swimming pool was spacious and well equipped.

The house keeping has done a very good job in keeping the room clean and tidy. I must express my special thanks to the concierge lead by Mr Cho, they have done a fantastic job in helping us to communicate with the UBER driver and to call the restaurants to confirm our reservations. The check in and check out procedure was speedy and professional. We stayed in this hotel for a week and they make our holiday wonderful. Thank you

Leurs points forts c’est la situation (en plein cœur de Myeongdong) et la piscine (15m de long/1m20 de profondeur - il ne faut pas réserver de tranche horaire pour y aller comme c’est le cas dans beaucoup d’hôtels en Corée). La chambre de luxe nous a déçus : 2 fenêtres très étroites qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir (impression d’être dans une pièce sans fenêtre) avec une vue triste et limitée sur l’immeuble noir d’en face. La clim est réglée sur 24 et c’est impossible de la modifier. En août il fait 35 degrés en moyenne dehors. Dans l’hôtel la différence de température est bien trop radicale, on avait froid dans la chambre. Même en arrêtant la clim il a toujours fait froid. Carrelages en marbre dans la salle de bains : ça glisse beaucoup c’est super dangereux. La déco de la chambre nous a donné l’impression d’être dans les années 80… Le staff en revanche est prévenant et il faut mentionner leur bar lounge, seul endroit où on a eu droit à une excellente musique d’ambiance et pas de la K pop…

Great hotel, vey nice and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Fantastic beds: we had 2 single beds per room, which were closer to a double bed than a single. The only negative was the breakfast: wanted to charge me 48 Euros (US$55) per person for the buffet..... come on!!!

Overall a very good hotel, perfectly located. Nevertheless, I really didn't appreciate that the receptionist tried to get us in a room of a lower category than the one we booked. After mentioning clearly that I was not happy she reassigned us the room that was booked, just explaining that the hotel was full and basically she gave it a try! Really unpleasant.

Meu quarto era com club lounge e café da manhã incluso. Me negaram entrada no café da manhã normal do hotel, disseram que somente poderia ir no club lounge, todos hotéis que fui da rede poderia usar qualquer espaço do café tendo acesso ao club lounge. O café no club lounge era muito pobre. No último dia fui às 6:40 e estava vazio, mesmo assim recusaram. No quarto tem um equipamento para solicitar amenities, mas não funcionou após as 23:00 até as 7:00 do outro dia, dizia alguma mensagem em idioma coreano mesmo estando configurado para inglês. Fiquei sem toalhas, estávamos em 3 no quarto, deram apenas duas!
