The hotel is quiet, clean and right across from the airport terminals. There were two of us and the room is very small and there really is no lobby. It’s fine for an overnight stay with an early flight - and you’re there only to sleep. The staff we encountered were very friendly. Be sure to let them know ahead of time if you want the shuttle to the terminal.

The hotel staff was outstanding!! The limited staff at any time went out of their way to accommodate us. The facility, however, is run down and in need of some upgrades. No place to sit or wait for your room or have a coffee made arrival a bit inconvenient.

Really friendly staff, rooms are modern comfortable and well fitted. There is parking at the hotel, however the roads are busy as would be expected near an airport so can be a bit hard to spot first timer round. there are two hotels with the same name, p at of the same company which are about 1/4 of a km apart we went to the wrong one, they were really helpful and getting between the two was easy. Hotel is right next to Botica Metro stop do it is easy to go into Porto in the evening.

Proximity to airport is great —about 5min walk to terminal or rental cars. Limited parking on site. Staff was friendly. Told us where to walk to find restaurants. Room was clean, bed comfy. It was a small space with luggage. Some might want to know the bathroom walls do not extend to ceiling, so no real privacy. Also, the AC light is bright and so the room was not fully dark. Recommend ear plugs and eye mask. We stayed here bc we had an early morning flight. It was perfect for that purpose. Would not stay for longer.

Hotel bom para quem quer passar apenas uma noite, principalmente se tiver voo cedo e queira ficar bem próximo ao aeroporto e não se importa com espaço e conforto. Há um pequeno estacionamento (5 ou 6 vagas) sem cobrança, Os quartos são demasiadamente pequenos, um “Ibis Budget” melhorado. A cama é usada de apoio para abertura das malas (evite ter que arrumar malas neste hotel) e para o café da manhã, servido nos quartos, por falta de espaço. A decoração é interessante, mas nada prática, pois ocupa ainda mais o reduzido espaço do quarto. Saímos com pequenos hematomas e arranhões em razão de batidas na mesinha e no suporte de apoio do box. O chuveiro é bom, mas há risco de a água invadir o quarto. O café da manhã é bom, nos atendeu bem. Há isolamento acústico muito bom, mesmo estando ao lado do aeroporto, não se ouve barulho dos aviões e do tráfico intenso de carros na porta do hotel. O staff é prestativo e não tem culpa das características do hotel. Fomos seduzidos pela nota alta atribuída ao hotel. Infelizmente tínhamos 2 noites em Porto e queríamos ir à Braga e Guimarães.

We booked this hotel because it had breakfast and shuttle service to the airport. The breakfast was great and brought directly to your room. There was confusion about the shuttle and we were told that someone would help us with our bags when we walk to the airport. It was raining so this was not a good option, but that is what happened. The airport is very close but when the weather is inclement it makes it difficult. The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful.

I booked this hotel because they had free shuttle service to the airport. We had an early flight the next morning and had a lot of luggage and making it hard to walk to the airport. At check in we let them know what time we needed to leave. We found out when we checked out that the shuttle was broke down so we would need to walk. I thought the whole thing was handled poorly.

The hotel is within walking distance from the airport. The room is small, but just what we needed for the night. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. They drop breakfast off to the door at a time set by us. It was a good breakfast. They even have a Welcome drink and pieces of cake (champagnes). Very good for the money.

Looks different in pictures than in person. The rooms are very small and there is no ventilation between the bathroom and bedroom, as they are next to one another in proximity. The sheets have stains on them and not a comfortable experience, do not recommend if flying out.

It was a perfect place for us as we were flying out the next morning and we were a 5 minute walk to the Porto Airport Terminal. Bed was good and room was spotless! Our room was small, but worked great for 1 night. The breakfast basket delivered to the room in the morning was amazing!

Very convenient for the airport, just a few minutes walk away. Rooms small but clean, comfortable and quiet, and more that suitable for one night before or after a flight. Amazing breakfast brought to you in a basket in the morning at a time of your choosing. Be aware there's no on-site bar, but other options are nearby. Overall an excellent experience, especially for the price, I would stay here again.

What a gem! Everything about this little hotel is great. Friendly efficient check-in. Room is small but has everything you need. It's impeccably clean, great bed and bedding, cold ac, wonderful hot shower, refrigerator. 8min walk from the terminal. And the staff is so kind and gracious even bringing up a welcome cake and glass of sparkling wine. The breakfast basket has hot and cold options and delivered promptly at requested time. Price for the hotel is great. What more can you want? Highly recommend.

The hotel is definitely not its stars worth. Rooms are small, the bath is not entire separated from the room and once on the toilet your companion is with you with all senses!!! To name this a hotel is a joke. Its more a lodge.

Check in was super quick. Lad on reception was polite and professional. Free mini bar in the room, which was unexpected. The room was quite nice. Electric shutter with a black out. Then a double glazed door, with another double glazed door behind that, so sound insulation is excellent. Our room had a sink in, which i dont like, but I dont think the other rooms had that feature. The bathroom has no seperate ceiling, which doesn’t leave much to the imagination, and the bathroom light, lit the bedroom up, so that room would probably suit single occupancy better. Bed was comfy, and the shower is excellent. The breakfast basket is a great touch. We both agreed we'd stay there again.

The place was small. It showed up as king size bed and spacious on the website but it was pretty cramped. We were given room to the left of the entrance and I. Front of the check in desk. It was noisy and not very private. You literally entered the hotel and go to desk and our room was in from of the entry and desk. We heard every check in and all talking. The coffee maker was not clean and had webs on it. The bed took up the room and it hot and cramped. The designs are pretty but not practical. Everything was metal and the headboard was noisy. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Alors moi j’ai le sommeil léger et j’ai trouvé qu’on entendait le bruit des voitures sur la route et la chambre était en face de l’accueil donc forcément un peu de bruit . sinon personnel au top.

As always, people make the difference. The young woman who came to open the door for us made us feel really welcome. The other young woman who brought us the breakfast basket was also very nice. I wish I had asked for their names, as they both gave us excellent service. Muito obrigados! The room itself is small but the space is used very efficiently. The breakfast is excellent, and, as for location, you couldn't be any closer to the airport. I wish all airports had a hotel like Solar Antigo close by. Once again, thanks for the great service we received!

Exceptional service! We had an early morning flight and thought we might miss breakfast at the hotel. However, during check-in, the staff informed us they could prepare a breakfast basket for us and asked what time we’d like it delivered. Sure enough, it was delivered right on time! We also arranged for the airport shuttle, and it was waiting at the door promptly at 6 AM, exactly as scheduled. Punctuality and hospitality were outstanding. A service! Thank you for going above and beyond. Love from Canada!

I recently had the unexpected pleasure of staying at Solar Antigo Porto Aeroporto after a long day of travel left me completely exhausted. This property is excellent. The location is perfect if you are returning a vehicle at the airport. You can either ask them to pick you up or you can walk. You can also walk to the airport or their 24 hour shuttle will take you or pick you up. It is very close. The staff go out of their way to make your stay relaxing and comfortable.

The hotel close to airport. The staff/ owner very nice, greeted us with two glasses of green wine and cakes. Our flight was on 6:00 am in the morning, Mark packed breakfasts for us and drove us to the airport at 4:00 am in the heavy rain. We really appreciated that.

We booked this hotel because it had breakfast and shuttle service to the airport. The breakfast was great and brought directly to your room. There was confusion about the shuttle and we were told that someone would help us with our bags when we walk to the airport. It was raining so this was not a good option, but that is what happened. The airport is very close but when the weather is inclement it makes it difficult. The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful.

I booked this hotel because they had free shuttle service to the airport. We had an early flight the next morning and had a lot of luggage and making it hard to walk to the airport. At check in we let them know what time we needed to leave. We found out when we checked out that the shuttle was broke down so we would need to walk. I thought the whole thing was handled poorly.

Really friendly staff, rooms are modern comfortable and well fitted. There is parking at the hotel, however the roads are busy as would be expected near an airport so can be a bit hard to spot first timer round. there are two hotels with the same name, p at of the same company which are about 1/4 of a km apart we went to the wrong one, they were really helpful and getting between the two was easy. Hotel is right next to Botica Metro stop do it is easy to go into Porto in the evening.

It was a perfect place for us as we were flying out the next morning and we were a 5 minute walk to the Porto Airport Terminal. Bed was good and room was spotless! Our room was small, but worked great for 1 night. The breakfast basket delivered to the room in the morning was amazing!

This property was not a comfortable stay. I chose here because of the breakfast. It was not worth the extra $30-$50. Breakfast was delivered to my room in a basket. The orange juice was not natural but a pre-mixed sugary juice. The jello and yogurt were expired and were terrible quality. I would not stay here again.

To start off positive, the hotel is extremely close to the airport and has on site parking for like 4 cars. On the other hand, the rooms are extremely small, the “suite” was like 30% larger than a standard bedroom, about 3m by 4m. When we checked in, the room smelled extremely moldy and like mildew. We were on the bottom floor which is partially underground which explains the mold. When I told the employee I had mold allergies, she shrugged and was like whatever. I could immediately feel an allergic reaction, and after getting zero accommodation from her, I took two allergy pills and dealt with it because it was super late. The finishes were cheap and there was almost nothing luxurious about the property.

Quaint and beautiful, every attention to detail was given. From check-in to check-out and a complimentary ride to the airport--- what a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay again if we are in Portugal. Loved it!! Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, staff members and service were exceptional. Very helpful. They have 2 hotels with same name in 500 meter distance and we ended up getting in the wrong hotel, but Thiago was on the reception was very generous to offer a ride to the other hotel were we actually booked. Highly recommend this hotel.
