Breakfast was very reasonable (10€) and decent spread for a continental breakfast - beats paying much more for airport food. Reception staff were very friendly and approachable. Bar was open for snacks after late flight arrivals and able to take up to the room which was great. About 7 minutes walk to the airport so overall this was a great stay for an overnight layover in Porto.

Property was nice, close to the airport. Didn’t have a shuttle so not sure if we would stay there again. Yes, transportation is close by so we took that to the airport to go home but a shuttle would’ve been nice. Some areas of our room needed some caulking but other than that, it was a nice hotel.

Our room had no air flow to it, it was very stuffy. Luckily we could open the window but I wouldn’t want to stay there when it was hot. Very small room. Shower was moldy and leaked water out everywhere. Hotel felt dingy. We never tried the breakfast. Happy we didn’t. We would not stay there again.

We had a large clean comfortable room with good lighting. Location is excellent for the airport and metro link into the city. Staff were very friendly and recommend an excellent local restaurant about 5 minutes walk away.

Im Badezimmer war es leider sehr schmutzig, nur oberflächlich geputzt. Die Glaswand war auf der WC Seite sehr verspritzt! Auch ein vertrockneter Kaugummi lag im Badezimmer auf dem Boden und im Kasten hatte es einige Haare. Der Spiegel ist sehr unglücklich platziert. Beim Frühstück ist der frischgepresste Orangensaft der Hit. Die Beedinung der Kaffeemaschine jedoch sehr ungeeignet.

Very poor experience. Room smelled damp, had to open windows to cool down as aircon was not working - checked in late with early flight so didn't want to spend time to resolve/change room. Bathroom, mouldy, loose tap, toilet seat not attached, peeling paint. 2 flat pillows provided for double bed. Strong prison cell vibes - avoid.

O Hotel e perto do aeroporto. 12 minutos de caminhada o que e bom parabquem vai dormir e pegar outro voo no dia seguinte. O quarto tem um otimo tamanho e uma pequena varanda para fumadores. Agora, a limpeza é pessima, como se ve nas fotos que anexei. Chega a ser nojento. Evidentemente nao cuidam disso.

The room was beautiful and modern and the beds were far enough apart to be comfortable for a brother and sister sharing but the bathroom facilities all had see through glass which made it awkward. You can't stay with anyone other than your spouse comfortably.

Stayed one night since it was about 10-15 walk to the airport. Good clean hotel. Quiet. All the amenities including a mini balcony to get some fresh air. One thing I couldn’t work was the TV but they have working WiFi so no bother. Breakfast was continental nothing special for the price but cheaper than airport breakfast. The hotel is good but nothing around except the airport. A couple of restaurants sparsely located near by. Good for a night or so.

The room was a good size and clean, although there was some areas of maintenance needed. The bed was very firm, a bit too firm in my opinion. Unfortunately the air-con didn’t seem to be working. Although when we checked out we mentioned this and was advised it’s controlled centrally and that we should have called reception. Nothing tells you this, and it doesn’t make sense having a control with instructions in the room if that’s the case. Had to open window wide to cool room down, then leave it slightly open to stay cool which meant we had noise come in from the road/airport. The stay was ok and convenient for the airport, but nothing outstanding.

The main problem with this hotel is that it is NOT soundproofed. Airport hotels should be completely soundproofed as we are here to sleep before or after a flight. I can hear people whispering in the corridor, so when they talk loudly at 2am they wake me up. I can hear the TVs on in other rooms and all the rest. If you plan to stay here, you need earplugs. TV Channels in English are horrible (too few and too awful). This is the reason why I cannot give it a higher rating. The room is very clean. The chair is cheap plastic; all furniture is cheap except for the mattress which is very new and comfortable. The room is very clean, which I appreciate. The staff were all very nice, from reception to the cleaning personnel. But in a hotel we need to sleep, so you need to fix your door soundproofing at the very least.

I arrived at the hotel at 3:10pm to check in , the front desk told me that check in is at 4pm so I had to carry all my stuff to the waiting room and wait . The hotel was empty not busy at all , this is the first time I have this situation were the hotel could not assist to just gave me the room earlier . Any ways I thought it was unprofessional not having the courtesy to just gave us the room at that moment .

Zu Fuß vom Flughafen in 10 min erreichbar, Check- in war unkompliziert und schnell, freundliche Rezeptionistin, Frühstück war auch voll in Ordnung. Das Buffet wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt.

I arrived at 1:30 pm and was told I could not check in early unless I paid a 15€ fee. During my trip when I arrived early at other hotels, they were always very accommodating. Instead of providing good customer service, by allowing an earlier check in, the hotel was trying to gouge me and the guests that came a little early. The room did not have a fridge. The hotel is updated, clean and conveniently located next to airport.

Hôtel avec chambre très confortable (lit 180, serviettes épaisses, calme pas de bruit extérieur de la circulation). Hôtel situé à proximité de l’aéroport de Porto, à pieds une dizaine de minutes. Very nice hotel, I barely heard any airplanes even though it's a 10 minute - a bit suicidal - walk to the airport. Only downside is the food choices and prices at their snack bar, which is just warmed up microwaved food.
