Very nice property and extremely friendly helpful staff. The pool area and access to beach couldn’t have been nicer. Spacious balcony with a hammock and sofa and amazing view. A place to fully relax and enjoy the view.

Awesome location with great rooms. They have 8 pools, which are heated. Overall experience was very good. Only issue I’d be aware of is the excursions purchase from the hotel. The customer service is great but the vendor would run the typical line to up charge the tour once away from the property.

This was my second time staying at this resort as an all inclusive. The hotel and beach are beautiful and the grounds are impeccably kept. The cleanliness is superb including all around the pool area. There is a good choice of restaurants available and have enjoyed dining at each of them including the expansive breakfast buffet including made to order omelets, quesadillas and pancakes. The service is outstanding in all areas. The rooftop pool area, including the bar and restaurant are all adult only and a fabulous place to spend the day.

The view from the roof top pool was amazing and there are so many different great food options but the entire staff was top notch. Everyone was so friendly and polite. Josué even helped me explore local sights that I couldn’t find on google.

The property was stunning, we had a beautiful view of the ocean, and our room was gorgeous. There is so much attention to detail here, service is attentive & generous. We especially loved the rooftop pool and the many dining options at the resort that all offered amazing food. The butler service was a nice and convenient feature to reach out to our helpful butlers if we needed anything. The market is a nice place to shop for whatever you need; I had a very nice experience with someone there who spent time helping me find the right piece of jewelry. She gave me information about the jewelry designer & took such care to polish the necklace I chose, and then carefully wrapped it. The attention to detail here is so appreciated. The chocolates left on the bed at turndown service is also a nice touch!

Food was amazing, the adults only pool was awesome. Staff was attentive and courteous, I would recommend getting the all inclusive meal plan as we spent about $800 per day on food and drinks.

What a wonderful vacation my husband and I had at Garza Blanca for my birthday!! The property was IMMACULATE and the entire staff was EXTREMELY nice and very attentive! Our butlers Tiffany, Leo and Sofia were the BEST! Everyday when we returned to our room there were always birthday treats and on my actual birthday they surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of balloons. I hate I had to leave it behind!! The food and drinks was DELICIOUS. The pools were really nice we visited a different one each day and they never felt packed. Also, the spa was beautiful and relaxing. And we ended the trip with a romantic dinner on the beach. We will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks again Garza Blanca for a beautiful vacation. You owe us nothing!!❤️❤️

I got injured due to room service breaking a glass bottle. No one notified me to be careful and kept finding glass under carpet and all over the room that i cut myself. On top of that rooms phone never worked it was brought to their attention it was fixed and stop working the next day very disappointed.

Sábanas con muy mal mal olor. Pelos en las sábanas y pelos en las alfombras. Angélica y Diana de atención premium nada corteses. El botón tardo una hora en subir mis maletas no pudiendo salir nosotros a hacer nuestras actividades llame tres veces y Diana y Angelica mal. La verdad nunca me imaginé estar en una cama cuyas sábanas olieran fatal.

Our one bedroom suite was beautiful and the beach is beautiful. The ambience here is not consistent with a five star hotel. This place seems to cater to the timeshare crowd. The pools are chaotic, noisy, and crowded. You have to fight for a chair at times. The only way to secure a good spot was to come down as early as 6:30 AM and even then you were not guaranteed that someone else would not take your place. One day there were 2 lounge chairs next to us with six people using those two chairs. We were lucky enough to have one concierge named Ivana who is terrific. Otherwise, the service was poor. One day we returned to our room after 4 PM, and the room had still not been cleaned and there were no clean towels for a shower and no way to relax as we had expected after coming back from the beach. Although we had paid for an ocean view room, our first room did not have an ocean view. We were able to switch to another room after the first night. If you are looking for a hotel that is quiet and a place to relax this is not the place for you.

The food was great. The room was very uncomfortable!! The beds were too firm, could not sleep. There weren't any dressers or drawers to unpack our clothes and accessories. There was not a table and chairs in the room for any type of dining.

This place was fantastic. My wife and I did sit through the presentation for hotel membership and Ruben was excellent, but his boss was way too pushy. All together, it was an excellent trip, but be mindful of the membership presentations cause it took like 3 hours of our day.

This resort is the best resort we Have ever been too!!! I also want to say that our butlers Omar & Tasha were very professional!! They was also very helpful with questions we had about cabos and other inquiries. They are truly amazing!!! We love everything at the resort and will definitelv come back!!

This resort and the customer service is the worst that I've ever been to. I have been to cancun and many other los cabos resorts but this place was the worst. First of all, check in took way long, wasting our time. What is the definition of all inclusive resort??? There is not enough restaurants to go to and the rooftop restaurant for lunch is not kid friendly. Its for lunch not even for dinner. Then the only choice we had was outside food truck for lunch. The cafes (coffee and gelatos are not included in the all inclusive) Toothbrush, toothpaste are not provided, you have to pay for them and they are $21 USD. They are just travelers kit kinda toothbrush. Our baby had a allergy reaction so we asked for medicine, of course they dont have it so we went down to market to purchase them, they are $70 USD for claritin!!!!!! are you kidding me? The restaurants have menu that are not inclusive and it is not written on the menu nor told and they would charge extra for it. Nothing to do there, spa is extra charge and masssage is $350 USD for 50 minutes.. do you think you guys are in beverly hills? We asked the concierge if there is anything special for our parents 70th birthday, any cake they can do with a candle after dinner but no answer so I asked again..... never got an answer.... What kind of customer service is this??? Will never and ever go anywhere that is affiliated with your company ad will never recommend to our friends.

Awesome location with great rooms. They have 8 pools, which are heated. Overall experience was very good. Only issue I’d be aware of is the excursions purchase from the hotel. The customer service is great but the vendor would run the typical line to up charge the tour once away from the property.

The beachfront was absoloutley beautiful and serene. However the resort was not quiet as it echoes and you could hear children screaming from sun up to sun down. We chose this resort for the amenities and food at the restaurants was sub par for the price of the all inclusive. Would recommend to stay here but do not pay for the all inclusive - definitley not worth it

The property was stunning, we had a beautiful view of the ocean, and our room was gorgeous. There is so much attention to detail here, service is attentive & generous. We especially loved the rooftop pool and the many dining options at the resort that all offered amazing food. The butler service was a nice and convenient feature to reach out to our helpful butlers if we needed anything. The market is a nice place to shop for whatever you need; I had a very nice experience with someone there who spent time helping me find the right piece of jewelry. She gave me information about the jewelry designer & took such care to polish the necklace I chose, and then carefully wrapped it. The attention to detail here is so appreciated. The chocolates left on the bed at turndown service is also a nice touch!

Overall everything was great. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I dined at 3 of the restaurants (Steak, Japanese, Mexican) and loved every dish. The breakfast buffet was standard for all inclusion with a lot of options. I booked a massage and while it was pricey, it was one of the best Ive had. I recommend going early to appt to take advantage of the saunas and jacuzzi. The adult only jacuzzi was full of kids and families. My room had a loud noise that was annoying (thought it was refrigerator or AC) I didn’t complain bc i didn't want to pack up everything and move. If you plan on doing the beach bike tour, bring close toed shoes. Location was good for me as it was only 25 minutes from airport and I stayed at resort the entire time. If you are wanting to do shopping or walk around the city you will need to uber.

Service awesome- Adding tip to the all inclusive dinners, drinks, etc was not so nice, we should be free to tip cash and don’t worry about waiting to close the check… Items on the menu NOT included in all inclusive - that’s a no no for me I wont be back or refer anyone else to visit this hotel

Would stay at this place over and over again! The staff was incredible. So clean and the room and view were wonderful! We did the all inclusive option which we normally stay away from and the food was all absolutely delicious!! Would recommend for couples or for families!!

This resort and the customer service is the worst that I've ever been to. I have been to cancun and many other los cabos resorts but this place was the worst. First of all, check in took way long, wasting our time. What is the definition of all inclusive resort??? There is not enough restaurants to go to and the rooftop restaurant for lunch is not kid friendly. Its for lunch not even for dinner. Then the only choice we had was outside food truck for lunch. The cafes (coffee and gelatos are not included in the all inclusive) Toothbrush, toothpaste are not provided, you have to pay for them and they are $21 USD. They are just travelers kit kinda toothbrush. Our baby had a allergy reaction so we asked for medicine, of course they dont have it so we went down to market to purchase them, they are $70 USD for claritin!!!!!! are you kidding me? The restaurants have menu that are not inclusive and it is not written on the menu nor told and they would charge extra for it. Nothing to do there, spa is extra charge and masssage is $350 USD for 50 minutes.. do you think you guys are in beverly hills? We asked the concierge if there is anything special for our parents 70th birthday, any cake they can do with a candle after dinner but no answer so I asked again..... never got an answer.... What kind of customer service is this??? Will never and ever go anywhere that is affiliated with your company ad will never recommend to our friends.

This was my second time staying at this resort as an all inclusive. The hotel and beach are beautiful and the grounds are impeccably kept. The cleanliness is superb including all around the pool area. There is a good choice of restaurants available and have enjoyed dining at each of them including the expansive breakfast buffet including made to order omelets, quesadillas and pancakes. The service is outstanding in all areas. The rooftop pool area, including the bar and restaurant are all adult only and a fabulous place to spend the day.

Pros: Garza Blanc is one of, if not, thee most clean and well maintained resorts I've visited. You would always see staff cleaning on every corner you turn. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Cons: The food is not that great. While they have 8 pools, theres only 4 restaurants and the best one was Hiroshi (Japanese restaurant). There are very limited activites for the guest. This resort is strictly for relaxation.
