Stayed 2 nights

We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely come back! We (2 adults and a teenager) stayed for 2 nights in a family room - queen bed with sofa sleeper. The room wasn’t very big, but we didn’t have much luggage so it was fine. The room and bathroom were very clean and seem to have been newly furnished. Eventhough our room was facing the train tracks it was pretty quiet with the window closed. Huge plus was a working A/C! Also, the breakfast buffet was quite nice! We were able to store our luggage before official check-in as well after check-out. It was easy to get around with public transportation…. The Tram station right outside the hotel as well as the S-Bahn station Donnersbrücke just 5 min away were very convenient. Also, there is a Edeka grocery store with bakery just across the street. Will recommend to friends and I am sure we’ll be back, too!

Good, but bed sheets were dirty on arrival and there was mold on the shower caulk. Otherwise, staff, amenities, breakfast, parking were all pluses.

Positives: close to train station and market. Front desk staff helpful. Buffet breakfast great variety. Several English news stations. Negatives: toilet next to shower with no separation, bed too firm. Room too warm in summer. Noises people above us. No shelf space in bathroom. Sink very low.
