Guadalupe de recepción nos atendió horrible, a nuestra llegada parece que era un crimen llevar mascota, grosera y prepotente. Te cobran un fee de $350 extra por noche por mascota y no puede estar en casi ninguna parte del hotel. No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones lo cual moríamos de calor y me llevaron un ventilador destartalado que hacía ruido toda la noche y no pudimos dormir. Los precios del restaurante excesivamente caros. La alberca es una miniatura. El estacionamiento muy incómodo porque está fuera del hotel y se llevan tu coche a dar una mega vuelta. This was our second stay at Cinco Rodavento. The staff is very welcoming and go out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasant. We booked a King bed room and really enjoyed the space. Very spacious, comfortable, and modern room. The amenities were top notch as was the rain shower and plush and plentiful towels. We were in room 7 upstairs and thoroughly enjoyed our private patio with rocking chairs. Great place for before or after dinner cocktails. The hotel plays mostly mellow music in the courtyard until 10 PM, which we mostly enjoyed as well. The foliage and vines on our patio were beautiful. The hotel supplies filtered water in-room that you can get refilled anytime. No need for bottled water here. The RUF rooftop bar is certainly worth checking out. We had a cocktail up there one night and were waited on hand and foot! I think we were the only guests at the hotel during our stay. The only negative experience we had was some loud sanding and construction taking place early evening outside some neighboring rooms. It seemed odd to be doing loud maintenance during that time of day. We called the front desk and they promptly stopped the work. Good customer service. If you are looking for an upscale, chic but non-pretentious hotel, we highly recommend Cinco Rodavento. Great location between the water and zocalo and walking distance to most sites.

The decor and location were perfect for the weekend stay. The electric car charger was an added bonus that they should highlight more. Unfortunately my excitement for the massive bedroom ended when I laid my head to sleep. I wish I was given the option to upgrade to a room that wasn’t noisy. The noise from a nearby club vibrated off the headboard and the free earplugs left by the hotel did nothing to help me sleep. Overall a good stay, but I would have enjoyed more of Valle de Bravo if I wasn’t so tired.

El lugar es muy céntrico, todo se puede hacer caminando, la alberca es muy pequeña pero tiene una muy bonita vista, el costo de los alimentos se me hace un poco excesivo, la atención del personal es excepcional y las habitaciones son muy cómodas

The first floor king bed room was excellent - very spacious, high quality bedding and amenities, and nice rain shower. There was a standing fan, though air conditioning would have been nicer, since it was warm and I didn't want to leave the sliding glass door open all evening. Beautiful and modern property overall. The RUF rooftop bar should not be missed for sunset cocktails and appetizers.

Las instalaciones del hotel están en muy buenas condiciones, la ubicación es perfecta ya que está a 15 minutos caminando de la presa y del centro pero, sobre todo, el servicio excedió totalmente los expectativas. Es un hotel pequeño con sólo 28 habitaciones lo que mantiene un ambiente tranquilo, la comida en el restaurante es rica y a buen precio con mesas interiores y al aire libre. Tienen cargador para auto eléctrico sin costo para los huéspedes así es que regresé con el 100% de batería. Contratamos un par de excursiones, me puse en contacto con la administración del hotel y me ayudaron a coordinarlas desde antes de llegar con ellos.

En general muy bien, el tour de las mariposas me pareció un abuso en el costo, si hubiere ido en mi coche, me habría salido en el 15% de lo que me cobraron. El cuarto, por el ambiente, era un poco húmedo.

El hotel esta muy lindo y la gente es muy amable; sin embargo nos hospedamos en la habitación 23, que se encuentra justo debajo del bar del RUF. Esto ocasionó ruido todo el tiempo. Se escuchaban bancos arrastrarse, botellas ponerse en el piso, musica, etc. Esto hasta las 12:30 de la noche y comenzaron a arreglarlo en la mañana a las 7:00 am. Muy molesto pues nosotros no ibamos de fiesta sino a descansar.

El hotel esta muy lindo y la gente es muy amable; sin embargo nos hospedamos en la habitación 23, que se encuentra justo debajo del bar del RUF. Esto ocasionó ruido todo el tiempo. Está súper agradable, nos gustó mucho. Sólo tuvimos problema por que las cortinas black out no eran del tamáño de la ventana y además estaban mal colocadas por lo que entraba la luz.

Guadalupe de recepción nos atendió horrible, a nuestra llegada parece que era un crimen llevar mascota, grosera y prepotente. Te cobran un fee de $350 extra por noche por mascota y no puede estar en casi ninguna parte del hotel. No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones lo cual moríamos de calor y me llevaron un ventilador destartalado que hacía ruido toda la noche y no pudimos dormir. This was our second stay at Cinco Rodavento. The staff is very welcoming and go out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasant. We booked a King bed room and really enjoyed the space. Very spacious, comfortable, and modern room. The amenities were top notch as was the rain shower and plush and plentiful towels. We were in room 7 upstairs and thoroughly enjoyed our private patio with rocking chairs. Great place for before or after dinner cocktails. The hotel plays mostly mellow music in the courtyard until 10 PM, which we mostly enjoyed as well. The foliage and vines on our patio were beautiful. The hotel supplies filtered water in-room that you can get refilled anytime. No need for bottled water here. The RUF rooftop bar is certainly worth checking out. We had a cocktail up there one night and were waited on hand and foot! I think we were the only guests at the hotel during our stay. The only negative experience we had was some loud sanding and construction taking place early evening outside some neighboring rooms. It seemed odd to be doing loud maintenance during that time of day. We called the front desk and they promptly stopped the work. Good customer service. If you are looking for an upscale, chic but non-pretentious hotel, we highly recommend Cinco Rodavento. Great location between the water and zocalo and walking distance to most sites.

Las instalaciones del hotel están en muy buenas condiciones, la ubicación es perfecta ya que está a 15 minutos caminando de la presa y del centro pero, sobre todo, el servicio excedió totalmente los expectativas. Es un hotel pequeño con sólo 28 habitaciones lo que mantiene un ambiente tranquilo, la comida en el restaurante es rica y a buen precio con mesas interiores y al aire libre. Tienen cargador para auto eléctrico sin costo para los huéspedes así es que regresé con el 100% de batería. Contratamos un par de excursiones, me puse en contacto con la administración del hotel y me ayudaron a coordinarlas desde antes de llegar con ellos.

The first floor king bed room was excellent - very spacious, high quality bedding and amenities, and nice rain shower. There was a standing fan, though air conditioning would have been nicer, since it was warm and I didn't want to leave the sliding glass door open all evening. Beautiful and modern property overall. The RUF rooftop bar should not be missed for sunset cocktails and appetizers.
