Clean room. Nice and very helpfull staff. Local cusine breakfast was very tasty with amazing views from terrace at sphinks and pyramides.

I booked a Balcony Room, but upon arrival, I was given a room with only a window. Not a single staff member offered a sincere apology for the mistake. Instead, they only offered a single lunch as compensation, which is insulting given the price difference. It seems like this hotel intentionally overbooks their premium rooms and expects guests to just deal with it. I’m writing this so no one else has to go through this frustrating experience. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

This place is about as close as you can get to the front gate to Giza as it gets. The rooftop restaurant has a view that is so unreal. You get to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the pyramids in an unobstructed view. The staff will set up anything you want for a fair price, and their egyptologist Halla knows everything. We plan on going back soon.

Fruits are not fresh, rooms are clean, but the elevators and floors are filthy. Dining Staff are nice. But Guy Mohammad over charge everything. Everyone around that are want to rip you off. It’s not a good impression for tourists.
