Villa Gum

Clean well kept property in peaceful area. Well managed and clear access instructions given via What’s App. Would definitely go back to Villa Gum if visiting Menorca again.

The villa was very clean and check in was easy. Pool a great size, clean and not too heavy on chemicals, sun and shade available all day outside.Great location - walking distance to Cala'n Bosch and make sure you take a short walk to the coast for a phenomenal sunset. Air con only really worked in bedroom, not in the living area so it was very, very warm in the rest of the house but the bedroom provided a nice cool escape from the heat. The villa is a little tired in places but very well equipped. Only real thing to note was the main bathroom had a very strong smell, but as there was an en suite in the main bedroom it didn't bother us. If there are more than 2 people staying, the lack of air con in the other bedrooms would be difficult in the summer months. Fans are provided but air con is absolutely necessary for us! All in all, a great stay.

House very much as advertised, really easy to live in for our 11-night stay & comms with agency great. Pool was lovely, BBQ great & local area had lots of restaurants and lovely beaches to visit (some we did via car, others we walked to).

Maison tres pratique, tres fonctionnelle, proche de tout. Seuls bemols: l'humidité dans les armoires, et lebruit de la grande route le matin assez tot en semaine

La maison et très bien placé , il y a tout pour passer un bon séjour, rapport qualité prix est correct. Je conseille donc cette maison.
