Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, clean bathroom, quiet, convenient location but it might be tricky for first-time visitors (From Sendai Station's Central (West) Gate, walk north past Parco, use the 2F pedestrian walkway between S-PAL 2 and AER, then take the elevator or stairs down to street level - there's a Lawson near the hotel entrance)

Clean room, very good location close to the JR station, typical APA hotel where the room is small and there is only central heating in the winter, which can be quite warm and there is no window you can open.
