Are you in very loud music, then the hotel for you. We reserved the hotel because of the infinity pool on the roof. But the DJ and the fact that the hotel rents out the sun beds out to outside party people makes a great hotel not cool. The staff was nice and so was the rooms. But we are not coming back.

Tolles freundliches Personal, unglaublich leckeres Frühstück. Die Aussicht vom Infinity Pool ist richtig schön. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Leider liegt das Hotel an einem Kreisel wodurch der Verkehrslärm bis in die Zimmer zu hören ist und leider haben die Zimmer keine Schallidisolierung. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns jedoch gesagt dass sich bis nächstes Jahr noch einiges ändern soll. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch nicht sehr viele, aber eine Straße weiter ist eine Einbahnstraße, dort gibt es sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Really nice stay at Hotel Napa Suites just before the Christmas. The hotel had really put effort on making the place look nice and there were all kinds of amazing decorations in festive spirit. The location is conveniently within walking distance from the Aiya Napa attractions, but not in the middle of all the bars, so it is pleasantly quieter. The staff was very helpful and nice. The restaurants were open, even if the hotel was fairly quiet during this off-season. Especially restaurant staff was just amazing, always helpful! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Parking was next to property and very easy to use.

The staff were amazing, they were very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Like to mention Consantio, Themidis, Nico and especially the amazing Mirsini that seemed to hold the team together with her great charm. We would happily stay in Napa Hotel again. We had a fantastic room with our own pool, even though we didn't use it, as we ventured to the roof top bar/pool area its was lovely having the outside space to relax in for our own purpose. Carry on what you are doing this place is a winner!
The staff were amazing, they were very friendly and very attentive to our needs. An amazing stay Great customer service, staff were all very welcoming and professional Excellent breakfast- worthy of 5 star status- even offered any hot beverage freshly made- not just from a machine-the chef checked his buffet, extensive choice and care to detail. Spa on rooftop was breath taking as well as the infinity pool Great customer service from the hospitality manager Clare who went out of her way to support and give recommendations Absolutely worth staying here- although on a round about do not let that deter you ... great local restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the main ayia napa strip would definitely book again Thank you Napa Suite team ! Das Zimmer war immer sauber, der Teppich im Flur hat seine besten Seiten hinter sich, das Frühstück bräuchte mehr Abwechslung (vor allem beim Gebäck,Früchten und Joghurts...jeden Tag das gleiche, keine Abwechslung...Rührei war immer kalt, Früchte zu hart zum Essen

I would have gladly given this hotel 5 stars but the lack of sound proofing in the room stopped me from doing so. In the first night we couldn’t sleep, we heard all the cars driving by. Everything else about the hotel is top notch. Breakfast is excellent, the infinity pool and the views from it are breathtaking. The room itself is a bit dated and small, but the bed is soft and comfortable. Its location is also a downside, you need a car to get to the beach

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt super, nur die Frühstücksauswahl könnte vielfältiger sein. Nicht das es zuwenig oder zu klein gewesen wäre aber es war jeden Tag dasselbe. Leider war auch ,in unserem Zimmer, die Klimaanlage sehr eigenwillig. Aber alles in allem ein top Hotel!

Gorgeous private pool, lovely room with living room and bar. The bed was very comfortable. Claire the guest relations manager was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Hôtel magnifique! La piscine sur le rooftop est superbe, c'est un vrai bonheur de nager avec cette vue sur la ville. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. La chambre est moderne, hyper connectée et nous avons particulierement apprécié l'accès au chromecast, qui permet d'avoir un contenu dans notre langue, ce qui est assez rare à Chypre. Le petit dejeuner est royal! Seul bémol, l'emplacement sur un rond point très bruyant qui rendait peu agréable le balcon. Je pense que les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont plus agréables. Nous sommes cependant ravis de notre séjour.

een klein maar supermodern hotel en erg fraai ingericht. nadeel is dat de afstand naar het centrum slechts 700 meter bedraagt, maar terug naar het hotel bergopwaarts is en dat is best een zware opgave voor oudere mensen. in de directe omgeving van het hotel is bijna geen vertier en er is geen goed openbaar vervoer in de nabijheid van het hotel. het uitzicht vanuit de kamer en vanuit het zwembad op het dak is geweldig.

I would have gladly given this hotel 5 stars but the lack of sound proofing in the room stopped me from doing so. In the first night we couldn’t sleep, we heard all the cars driving by. Everything else about the hotel is top notch. Breakfast is excellent, the infinity pool and the views from it are breathtaking. The room itself is a bit dated and small, but the bed is soft and comfortable. Its location is also a downside, you need a car to get to the beach

Die Lage des Hotels war ungefähr 10 Min zu Fuß von der Partymeile entfernt und daher dachten wir im Vorhinein, dass es ruhiger wäre als es im Endeffekt war. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einem Kreisverkehr, der stark befahren ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommmend (am Pool eventuell schon ein weneig zu viel, daher kommt man sich ein wenig beobachtet vor). Der Aufenthalt hier war sehr gut, einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Musik am Pool zu laut war. An einigen Poolbetten war es nicht möglich eigene Musik zu hören, da die andere zu laut war.

Das Napa Suites liegt perfekt außerhalb der Party-Zone von Ayia Napa. Zusätzlich ist man mit dem Mietwagen direkt am Ortsausgang und an der Umgehungsstraße zu den östlichen Stränden. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und bieten schöne LED-Lichteffekte. Das Frühstück bietet große Auswahl und ist absolut frisch. Der Ausblick kommt noch dazu. Apropos Ausblick - der Rooftop Pool ist einfach großartig. Und im Oktober findet sich zu jeder Tageszeit eine freie Liege.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Boutique- und Adults-Only-Hotel. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Umso schöner war es, dass uns stattdessen direkt und ohne Nachfrage angeboten wurde, mittags zu essen. Das konnten wir zwar nicht immer nutzen, jedoch ein nettes Entgegenkommen. Alles in allem ein großartiges Hotel – vermutlich das beste Adults-Only in Ayia Napa! Möchtest du das auch auf Englisch oder Französisch für eine internationale Plattform?

Séjour très agréable, l'hotel est vraiment beau. Nous avions une suite pour 4 personnes, les lits étaient juste incroyables. Chambre trés grande et confortable avec suffisemment d'intimité pour chacun. Par contre, balcon avec vue sur le parking... La piscine n'est pas grande mais agréable et les transats sont chouettes (assez nombreux pour tous le monde car l'hotel est petit). Nous aurions pu mettre 5 étoiles mais le seul bémol a été l'horaire de la demi pension. Pour le soir, 18h-20h. Soit trés tot en vacances.

I mentioned an issue with getting a coffee in the morning and the head barman brought us a cocktail - such attention to detail and professionalism makes it feel top class. Beautiful view. This hotel keeps us going back, year after year. There has been a big upgrade aince our last stay, moat notably on the rooftop area. Staff are amazing, with Dorothy and her team making sure everything was to a high standard during our time. Best hotel in Napa, no kids, relaxed, great drinks, great atmosphere.
