This hotel was stunning and atmospheric. It had the most beautiful unique boutique rooms. I loved the courtyard with various seating areas and orange trees. The building had so much history and character. The reception area was so beautiful and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. It was also only about 15 -20 mins walk to monumental area.

An oasis just a short walk away(15 minutes) from the main attractions. Peaceful location, really quite but a two minute walk away from some fab tapas bars. Staff were very friendly, helpful and communication before and during our trip was outstanding. Great recommendations. Room was amazing (penthouse terrace ). Breakfast delivered to our door. Honesty bar nice touch. Would highly recommend and revisit.

Tolles Boutiquehotel, wunderschöner Innenhof mit kleinem Pool, Zimmer zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll, netter Frühstückskorb jeden Morgen zum Verzehr im Freien, super nettes, aufmerksames Personal und top Kommunikation. Etwas außerhalb des Trubels der Altstadt, aber wunderbare Restaurants etc. in der Nähe- perfekt.

Favourite place to stay in Seville. Breakfast is lovely. This time splashed out (!) on room with a small plunge pool and was really worth it. Even when the weather isn't so warm it's lovely to have a bit of water therapy.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Palacio Bucarelli. It was absolutely wonderful, the restored building is beautiful and the room we chose, with a roof terrace, was spacious and extremely comfortable. The inner courtyard areas are tranquil and cool with plenty of shade. We would recommend staying here if you love beautiful buildings, peace and relaxation within a short walking distance of central Seville

El hotel es espectacular. Estuvimos de aniversario en la habitación con piscina privida, todo un acierto. Inés (recepción) encantadora. La limpieza perfecta y muy agradable la chica. Muy original el desayuno, dejándote la cestita en la puerta con tu selección. Muy original la mini cocina...aunque no la usamos. La ubicación muy bien, al lado de la alameda y cerca del centro paseando. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Communication was very good! The property manager what’s app us before hand on all the details needed for getting in. We were able to check in right away, even though it was a little early. We were so excited to stay at this hotel! How disappointed to be given the El Capital room 4. It was a handicap room! The bathroom was big and handicap accessible. Ugly and not comfortable. There were drain flies all over the bathroom. We told the evening guy at the desk, he came and looked, but did nothing about it. We did not have a coffee maker in the room. Guy questioned us as if we didn’t know where to look for it. He came and saw that we did not have one. He brought us one. No coffee mugs, even though we asked for them. I just can’t get over the amount of drain flies, it was very disgusting.

Nous avons été séduits par cet hôtel intimiste plein de charme (ancien palace s’éveillant) extrêmement confortable Nous avions une très grande et belle chambre isolée et calme avec un magnifique plafond déplafonné Très grand et confortable lit Très propre très calme Excellente literie et belle salle de douche Joli linge de qualité Le personnel est charmant et à votre disposition 🙏 20 minutes à pied du centre ville mais à 2 pas nombreux bars et restaurants très sympathiques tout autour d’un immense place 👍 Le petit déjeuner est déposé à l’heure que vous souhaitez devant votre porte de chambre avec des produits frais et de qualité avec des spécialités locales. Une très très belle découverte et une adresse où l’on retournera avec plaisir et que nous vous recommandons Surtout que s’était notre premier séjour à Séville qui plus est pour le week-end de Pâques (Semana Santa) MAGNIFIQUE 👍

Just the most beautiful hotel. I was surprised by how much space there is on the ground floor - courtyards and seating areas with trees and a pool. Our room was wonderful; big and quiet with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast arrived in a lovely basket and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel room that we stayed in was incredible It was a two story 1 bedroom. The ceilings had to be 30-40 feet tall with exposed wooden beams. Very impressive. The outdoor area was charming and intimate. The location of the hotel is a bit off from the main area in a more bohemian neighborhood... but it was easy to call and Uber and be anywhere in the city in 10 minutes for around 7-8 euros. The hotel did have an issue with electricity and my room was without power for 5 hours. That was frustrating. At checkout when asked how my stay was I told them that the lack of electricity was a let down and that I felt like some kind of compensation was due. I was given a $50.00 credit. I hate having to ask for compensation and I always think it is best when the property offers you something before the customer has to ask... but all in all it was an incredible room. I would stay again and give it another chance. Side note... I did call Hotels.com and tell them about the electricity issue and Hotels.com gave me a $75.00 voucher to use on any stay in the future... so that really left me with a good feeling about Hotels.com.👍
The hotel room that we stayed in was incredible It was a two story 1 bedroom. The ceilings had to be 30-40 feet tall with exposed wooden beams. Very impressive. The outdoor area was charming and intimate. The location of the hotel is a bit off from the main area in a more bohemian neighborhood... but it was easy to call and Uber and be anywhere in the city in 10 minutes for around 7-8 euros. The hotel did have an issue with electricity and my room was without power for 5 hours. That was frustrating. At checkout when asked how my stay was I told them that the lack of electricity was a let down and that I felt like some kind of compensation was due. I was given a $50.00 credit. I hate having to ask for compensation and I always think it is best when the property offers you something before the customer has to ask... but all in all it was an incredible room. I would stay again and give it another chance. Side note... I did call Hotels.com and tell them about the electricity issue and Hotels.com gave me a $75.00 voucher to use on any stay in the future... so that really left me with a good feeling about Hotels.com.👍

Communication was very good! The property manager what’s app us before hand on all the details needed for getting in. We were able to check in right away, even though it was a little early. We were so excited to stay at this hotel! How disappointed to be given the El Capital room 4. It was a handicap room! The bathroom was big and handicap accessible. Ugly and not comfortable. There were drain flies all over the bathroom. We told the evening guy at the desk, he came and looked, but did nothing about it. We did not have a coffee maker in the room. Guy questioned us as if we didn’t know where to look for it. He came and saw that we did not have one. He brought us one. No coffee mugs, even though we asked for them. I just can’t get over the amount of drain flies, it was very disgusting.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Palacio Bucarelli. It was absolutely wonderful, the restored building is beautiful and the room we chose, with a roof terrace, was spacious and extremely comfortable. The inner courtyard areas are tranquil and cool with plenty of shade. We would recommend staying here if you love beautiful buildings, peace and relaxation within a short walking distance of central Seville

An oasis just a short walk away(15 minutes) from the main attractions. Peaceful location, really quite but a two minute walk away from some fab tapas bars. Honesty bar nice touch. Would highly recommend and revisit.

Everything was great except they tell us (family of five) that the room we booked for 3 people, as listed on the hotels.com app, is only for two people and it’s an extra charge per day for the third person, which added up to quite a bit for the three nights. Exact same room. Exact same beds. Just a “surprise” at check in. Unwelcome.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Bucarelli Excellent communication before the stay in preparation for arrival. Friendly staff from the minute we arrived. The room was beautiful and we had everything that we needed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use to the plunge pool. We found the location of the hotel to be perfect. A few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants and a short walk into the city centre. The tourist hop on/hop off bus stops just a few minutes from the hotel. We would happily return again and plan to in the future. Such a beautiful city.

Expect a 5 min walk to Hercules area for dining and bars, a 15 walk to the start of the heart of shopping, and a 25 min walk to the heart of the historical sites. This hotel was stunning and atmospheric. It had the most beautiful unique boutique rooms. I loved the courtyard with various seating areas and orange trees. The building had so much history and character. The reception area was so beautiful and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. It was also only about 15 -20 mins walk to monumental area.

The hotel is in a nice quiet area, but is in easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and the city centre. Our room was spacious, with a very big, super comfortable bed and having our own terrace was lovely. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was great.

Beautiful property and excellent service. Our hosts were communicative and prepared for our arrival. The daily breakfast was wonderful. Palacio de Buccarelli is a hidden gem near Hercules Plaza and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 5 minute walk from the river including bikes, taxis, and other beautiful parts of the city. I highly recommend this hotel in Sevilla.

Mooi Palacio met grote en ruime kamer. Miguel doet er alles aan je te plezieren. Jammer dat het ontbijt nogal beperkt is en op de kamer genuttigd moet worden. Omgeving is rustig en op 25 min lopen van het centrum.

Just the most beautiful hotel. I was surprised by how much space there is on the ground floor - courtyards and seating areas with trees and a pool. Our room was wonderful; big and quiet with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast arrived in a lovely basket and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is fairly small but it is in a 400 year old building that has been updated to a very high level of comfort. The hotel provides a basket of items you select for breakfast and is about 1.5 miles from all the major attractions in Sevilla. There is a public bus service to these attractions but you have to learn the bus routes. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is unique with historic heritage that is well maintained. The location is in a great, safe calm area of Seville. The furthest we walked was 25 minutes south everything was within reach. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The roof terrace is highly recommend to relax and cool off from the Seville sun.

Just a stunning property with so much history and character. The staff were amazing, polite, friendly and were super accommodating of my partners gluten allergy giving her a separate gluten free breakfast every morning. Rooms were spacious, tidy and super comfortable. Location was really conscientious with a nice walk into the centre with amazing food and drink options nearby. Would definitely stay again next time I visit Seville!!
